WARNINGS: none, just fluff. janis being a gay mess.

Janis Imi'ike and Y/N Y/L/N have been best friends since they were in diapers.

Their parents were best friends in college and stuck together for years. So it was like they were destined to be together.

Y/N was there for Janis through everything, but they got even closer after the Regina incident. Janis had gone to Y/N's house crying after what happened and the two, along with Damian, spent the rest of that night watching the girl's favorite movies.

Janis fell in love with Y/N that night.

Years and years of denying their feelings brings them to senior year, aka "post-bitchy regina".

Everyone was friends so it was a lot easier to go through their last year together. Instantly, (without Janis and Y/N's knowledge), everyone decided that senior year was going to be "Project Get Y/N and Janis Together".

Regina, Janis, and Y/N all had homeroom together and Regina began texting in the group chat.

(Former) Queen Bitch👑: guys. they are staring at each other. the tension is suffocating.

Detective Gretchen🕵️‍♀️: OMG! That is ADORABLE!

Beyonce: Janis's sketchbook. It's got tons of beautiful drawings of Y/N in it. Regina and I stumbled upon it accidentally a couple of weeks ago.

Detective Gretchen🕵️‍♀️: OMG!!

Nerd: THAT'S SO CUTE!

Beyonce: I think it's time we subtly show Y/N the book.

That weekend, the group all met up at Janis's house for their weekly sleepover. Damian decided to put his plan into motion. Whenever Janis was distracted, he snuck upstairs and put her sketchbook in plain sight, then he snuck back downstairs.

Then he put it into motion.

"Hey, Y/N. I was wondering if I could have some ibuprofen? I have a headache and I know you always have some." The girl smiled and nodded, standing from her place next to Janis and heading upstairs.

Janis watched the girl go and turned back to see everyone smirking at her. "What?" Damian giggled. "Girl, keep it in your pants." Janis blushed. "What are you talking about?" Gretchen squealed. "You totally have a crush on Y/N! It's so cute!"

Janis blushed harder. "I do not have a crush on her! She's my best friend." Karen smiled. "Your best friend that you wanna kiss. Which is really cool because Gretchen is my best friend that I wanna kiss."

Everyone paused and looked at Gretchen, who was blushing harder than Janis. Regina broke the silence. "Okay, we'll come back to this. But Janis, they're right. You and Y/N have feelings for each other and I think it's time that you tell her. It's our senior year. We don't know what the future holds, we just don't want you to regret not telling her."

Janis took the blonde's words to heart and nodded. "Okay, I'll tell her." She got up and with the cheering from her friends, she went upstairs to talk to Y/N.

"Y/N, I need to tell you something."

Janis froze in her tracks. Y/N was looking at her sketchbook. Specifially, a portrait that she drew of Y/N. Janis stuttered over her words. "Y/N, I can explain."

"This is beautiful, Janis. Is this how you see me?" Janis swallowed hard and nodded, walking closer to Y/N.

"It's how I've always seen you." Y/N's breath hitched as Janis continued.

"Y/N. I love you. I've loved you since you comforted me after the incident with Regina. Maybe even longer. And I really wanna be with you. Those pictures I've drawn don't even compare to your actual beauty. Every time I look at you, the rest of the world melts away. And if you give me the chance, I really wanna be with you."

Janis couldn't say anything else because Y/N kissed her.

Y/N was kissing her.

Y/N WAS KISSING HER?

The girl's lips were a lot softer than Janis imagined. It was everything she imagined actually, and more. The two kissed for a minute before cheering made them break away from each other.

They looked to see their friends standing in the hallway, all smiling widely.

Y/N tucked her face into Janis's neck, hiding her blush. Damian spoke. "So?"

Janis smirked back at him. "My girlfriend and I will meet you guys downstairs."

Have you seen the leaks about Aenma returning? We already had 90% of screentime given at Nazi Princess, more screentime wasted on Hugh and the other scumbag, second Dyanna who doesn't freaking exist on the book, now a flashback with a character who doesn't bring anything to the table and has been dead for 30 years.What's next, Milly?

this season has only 8 episodes with so many characters being underdeveloped (Baela, Rhaena,Criston, Aegon etc) and the most IMPORTANT dragonseed as Nettles nowhere to being seen!!! And without her, Daemon's story will be so underveloped as her is his redemption.

This show is House of Rhaenyra,not GRRM's Dance and Aenma probably will be used for more of the same mushy pandering to endear us to their rootable "heroine"

I don't think this is true. So far we've gotten no flashbacks and I doubt that will change until we reach the end…

That being said it is obvious this show is doing everything in its power to prop up the queen of delusions at the expense of literally every other character who they are willing to throw under a bus for her. Hell, this propping up is hurting Missy Anne too because she’s not a good person so they have to strip her down aka take away her personality to make her into a Dany type of figure.

This is why we haven’t gotten anything on Nettles because though she’s a secondary character, she’s one of the few people Missy Anne screws over that outright makes her look bad(she’s the evil queen in Netty's story complete with trying to murder her in her sleep) so they are pushing her back to minimize her impact so as not to make poor Karen look bad.

She also makes Daemon look good. She’s his most unselfish loving act because was willing to face down an army of men and give his life for her own and since they are seemingly trying to give him the villain edit…

If they could get away with it they’d cut her completely from the show, but everyone else including media publications(links: collider, screen-rant, comic book resources) recognizes her importance to the story.

The show is suffering big time for this(no one even likes this crap) and will continue to do so if they choose to only focus on one person when this should be an ensemble cast. Everything complex and interesting about the dance is being taken away and whittled down to men bad and oppressors and women good(well certain women).

I think I got away from this ask, but this show and the changes being made are a mess.

I also like Magical girls a lot!! Whenever i see Sailor Moon or a fandom that hasn’t been active in a long time i get really excited :)

Precure is currently my favorite Magical girls anime I’m in, I’ve watched Yes 5 and Gogo and my favorite was instantly Karen Minuzaki aka Cure Aqua. I don’t know how but she’s just so epic!! I’m excited for the adult show coming soon!!

I also finally watched Across The Spider-verse and oh my god i loved it!! I’ve actually watched it twice!! Pav is just the greatest little guy, Hobie has such a really interesting design, I feel like Peni needed more screen time during the movie, Lyla is such a queen!! I cant wait to see them in the next movie!!

I’m going to say this now, Noise cancelling headphones are a gift and we have to protect them at all cost!! If you need a new pair get yourself some Noise cancelling headphones If you can. I don’t care about the price if it gets me to focus in class and not throw a desk at someone for chewing gum then it’s worth it!!

Denna let out a cry of joy as the ship crested over a wave and hut the end of it with a hard think. The wind was causing their vessel to speed quickly across the ocean as she and Kwynn headed south to attend a wedding in the neck. The banner of House Ceallach, a white raven on a black banner, sailed above on the mast. Her wife, the Lady Ceallach was busily speaking to the captain as they were only perhaps a few miles before making port.

House of the Dragon S1E8 "The Lord of the Tides". We open with the Lord of Hightide injured from fighting in the Stepstones. Vaemond seems intent on taking it from his own family. Rhaena stands beside Rhaenys as she sits the Driftwood throne. I like how there is still succession debates going on among the Houses of the Blackwater Rush. Is it a Valyrian trait to turn on family; I wonder how they plan on introducing the next Lord of Driftmark, Alyn Hull aka Velaryon. The King tries to focus on the happy as Alicent prays for lord Vaemond. They toast Lucaerys as everyone else including Aegon the fuckwad decides to be a fuckboy. Seriously, that little rapist would reserve the death he gets later. Switching to Dragonstone we see that new fortifications have been built on the great fortress as we zone in on the firemount for some reason. Deep within a crevasse, we see someone stealing a Dragon Egg? It's Daemon he pries the egg from a strange almost dragonglass-made nest. Daemon seems happy about the new eggs as he receives a message from his daughter. Grown-up Jacaerys definitely is lighter in hair than his younger self, as he practices High Valyrian over Aegon's epic table. He is dismissed as Daemon enters to give information to hise Niece-Wife, about the ongoing turmoil of Hightide. Vaemond's own action makes me think he's been causing more problems as we see the Strong Children getting their status questioned. Honestly, I wouldn't put it past Lord Otto to play up the bullshit. The Velaryon-Targs make their arrival back in King's Landing where they hope to put aside ongoing issues with Lady Rhaenys. THey are welcomed by no one, the Queen isn't there (way to go Ali-Karen) and a person pops up without notice. Inside the Red Keep is silent, everything is darker as there's more evidence of the Seven. The typical bullshit of the Andals as many of the Valyrian accouterments have been removed. The Queen Wears a seven-pointed star like it's a fucking shield on her as we see the Greens are trying further to attack the kids. It would have been less outward about it. Sir Erryk alerts the Queen to what we will find out is Aegon being a raper (and her being a total White Karen and pushing to cover it up). Rhae enters her father's chambers with Damon as they are much darker and more forlorn than before. Viserys' illness has spread farther than before. The right of his face is almost entirely bandaged as only his nose is left free. WE can see that the King is fading, Daemon informs the King of the Sea Snakes fall in battle. When Daemon pushes the King seemingly just repeats it. WHen he meets the youngest boys including Visery II and Aegon III, his stuttering scares the children. I mean they are kids. In the Queen's presence the girl is crying, her face roughed and ruffled I am they didn't fucking show us the actual scene. The aftermath is all we need when it comes to the GoT TV series' history of treating women. She tells him how she asked him to stop and the Queen appears to have some mercy for the girl. Some sympathy but honestly, as I watch I know it's all fucking fake. Alicent proceeds to basically threaten the shit out of the girl showcasing that she's not just a bad mother, but also a terrible Queen! She even pays the girl off like a fucking Corporate HR Karen. This scene is so seriously horrific as the girl is forced under duress to drink Moontea to abort the child. So, wow, I really wished they didn't have this, but I will say this Alicent is trying. The soon to be future King as he's ignoring everything all the Queen can do is strike him. Yup, this is a real Bateman hotel. He's ignoring Helaena, and then he tries to whine about how the world is so hard. Helaena pops up and being the just pure soul she is asks for Dyana to watch the kids. Her walk in to speak to Alicent ends as predictably as it could. The Strong Lads head out to the training yard dressed in dark cloaks as befitting their status as scions of House Targaryen. They discuss their current status as Aemond being a total badass in the fighting ring faces off against Sir Criston. Aemond is just so fucking unhinged as he asks his Nephews if they wish to train. In the situation pops Vaemond who is here to be the pissant he is and we prepare as the Lord of the Tides is to be decided. Otto does it all under the guise of putting a child in command. This could easily be decided by Rhaenys standing as a fucking Regent. She has served with her husband and we know Daemon is also a battle-ready fighter. Whatever it is, we travel to the Godswood where Rhaena leads in Rhae to speak to her family. Rhae is right that Rhaenys is there to proclaim herself. Laenor is still alive, and we know Rhae hatched the scheme to let him fuck off under the lie of being dead. It makes me wonder how Rhaenys come to side with the Black Council if she's just going to ignore shit. The Hightowers are going to pry away at Rhae for her status and for her children. We know that Laenor tried to have sex with her, but gave up for his own boundaries. SO she turned to someone to help and that was sir Harwin Strong. If Larys had not broken his family apart as a fucking Kinslayer the Strongs would have been there to back the Black Council. Rhae pops up in the night to speak to her father about the "Song of Ice and FIre". The writers here are leaning hard into more Dreamer work, but we know that Aemond's future came true. Rhae admits she likely didn't really want to lead the kingdom, she's lost a lot here. How all of the ongoing weight of the future and her desire to rule are so damn overpowering. Watching Rhae beg her father is so fucking heartbreaking. She is trying so hard, but her former best friend and her father are tearing it all apart. And the King can do nothing because he's falling apart from his own illness.

Valar Morghulis. As he is wrapped again by the Maesters he speaks to Otto as he calls for supper in the redkeep. He wants his family, his fading vision of family unification, to be somewhat true, even for a moment. As he taken back to bed we see sores covering his body as a shadow of the Seven paints the room. Back in the throne room Otto stands before the chair facing toward those issue and sits upon it. THe fool. Vaemond is up, he goes with the History, and goes on his purist bullshit. The Velaryons have married into the Targs enough for both Houses to have a healthy CLaim. I mean that he pushes harder on declaring the Strong Kids as illegitimate. Rhae's argument begins as someone else, the King enters, and he's hobbling worse than Maester Aemond is. Half is face is masked in gold much like Baldwin IV of Jerusalem. His walk to the Iron Throne is painful as he glances between his wife, brother, sons, grandchildren and his daughter. He basically tells Otto he's there to sit, even in pain, he will sit the Throne. Valar Dohaeris. Bearing down on his cane he is helped up by his brother who for once seems above his own bullshit in this scene. Daemon picks up his brother and the Crown and settles Viserys into the Iron Thone. Excellent acting done by Paddy Considine. THe King's actions here will mean that Vaemond get's set aside, and so does Luke. Baela sits with the Strong Kids, she mentions the fucking marriage agreement. But this seems like a nice build up as Lord Vaemond decides to go full on bullshit. He throws a tantrum and decides to argue with the King. He is about to say it when we see that Daemon is about to go stepdad on his ass and murder the fucker. He calls it out before the King. and insults the heir-apparent of the Seven Kingdoms. And as the king calls for his tongue he beheads Vaemond using Dark Sister. I will be honest, this was an epic as fuck scene, as Lord Rhaenys sits over the body of Vaemond is prepared for funeral. Rhaenys speaks of the STranger, of how Death has haunted her House too much recently. First her daughter, then her goodbrother. Laenor is not included since he was willing to traumatize his family to fuck off. Yes, I get it he wanted to go do his shit, but he left his mother with a lie instead of at least a clue. "It both gladdens my heart and fills it with sorrow." He makes a point at going straight for the jugular at the division of the Hightower and Velaryon Targaryens. He removes his mask to showcase the damage done to his face by the disease that has been eating at him. Valar Morghulis, the king shows him his true face. He's trying so hard for his family to not continue this bullshit. If only Alicent would -just- let shit go. He -begs- them to let it go, and we can see that Alicent is filled with emotion. Which will result as Rhae gives Alicent a compliment, and apology. Rhaena tosses the woman another fucking olive branch, one that could have ended all of this. ALL OF THIS. She admits that Rhae will make a fine Queen, but there's Otto in the background ready to stir shit again. Can someone just off or detongue the bastard. Aegon is a literally drunken fool, and Aemond is a war-weary asshole. And Aegon decides to insult to injury and Jace stands like a man. He could apologize for attacking Aemond (which would have done nothing, but made him appear the bigger person). He did the smart thing though in not playing to Aegon's childishness. Helaena pops up and talks about how horrible her husband is and this was great. Aegon deserve to be eaten by a fucking Dragon as Jace walks off to be with Helaena. This is a pairing that should have happened, but no Karen Queen had to push them together. The family seems happy hear at least a little bit, Aegon is a fuckwad who should be gelded. Rhae is smiling even Aegon is happy as is the Queen. For a night, the King gets his dream, a family without stsrife, but this is a false narrative. He is dying, we can see as the pain begins to take him and Daemon watches. Aemond decides to open his fucking mouth, decides to level another insult, he decides. Alicent is trying at this point, we can see that it is now the generational feud that is spreading now. She says she will return on Dragonback, but I don't think the Princess will return. We switch to the dark of the Keep as music plays in the background. Someone is stalking somewhere in the night. Is this Daemon visiting the White Worm. No it is someone else. We sweep into the King's bedroom where he is struggling with the pain of his illness. I do rail against ALicent, but the woman IS trying. She is dealing with a father who encourages her to cover up and not actually deal with her sons problem. She is surrounded by men who have pushed her into this situation. And she is in a marriage where her husband is a walking corpse. In his throws of pain he speaks of the prophecy of the Song, and he eventually pushes ALicent into a position which is foolish. If anyone writes a good Alaenyra story giving Rhae and her a good start I will jump on that bitch fast! Alicent leaves her husbands room after hearing his rambling as she thinks he wants Aegon to succeed. Knowing nothing of what he meant she will take this as the King Breathe's his very last it seems. He tears up, seeing how the ravages of his future will result in the death of his line mayhap. Thus the King died, Long LIve King Aegon II and thus came the Dance of Dragons. Gay Canon Damn, like seriously damn, I have some really good ideas involving a few characters here. I wanna say that once I finish up some work I will be dabbling in an Alaenyra story for next season. A sort of spite to the fuckery that is the sexism of Westeros. I want to be clear, this is me spiting what Weiss and Benioff did to a sound storyline. I like what HoTD is doing, I think it has a solid story in its hand. At the same time I want to take in hand what I think could have been a take on the Targs not descending into the sickening rot that will become of their future Kin. Hottakes The Driftwood Throne is pretty bamf.

Thank gods they didn't actually show us that gender violence scene.

I like how they are playing up Aemond as a childish almost sociopathic clone of Daemon. The stand off near the end mirrors their ended together well above the Gods Eye.

This show is really doing a good job as expressing and showcasing generational trauma.

Helaena is fucking precious.

All of these time skips are fucking with my head.

They say only four seasons, I would have made it six with fewer time skips.

My Characters

Riley is always my MC, but I have given her different last names and different middle names in different stories. All of my character's personalities vary from story to story. And Riley is perhaps the most variable of them all.

All of the Riley Campbell Chronicles: Riley Beth Campbell (after her mother Elizabeth)

Savage Love: Riley Amalas Brooks (after her aunt, the queen of Monterisso)

Star Crossed: Riley Renee Brooks (after her grandmother)

Face Claim: Barbara Palvin

Liam is almost always an LI for my Riley, if he's not with Riley, I pair him with Maxwell. In most (but not all) poly fics, she is married to Liam. Occasionally he's in a throuple with either her and Max or her and Drake.

I've written Liam as understanding of her torn feelings about him and Drake and as more jealous of it. I've written him as sweet and innocent and I've written him as possessive and controlling.

In the tradition of most royal houses, I have given him (as well as Leo and any of his children) multiple middle names.

Liam Nicolai Ulysses Augustus Rys

Face Claim: Daniel Henney

Drake is almost always a LI for Riley as well, either as a rival for her affections or in a poly situation with Liam. Her relationship with him is often (but not always) a secret even when all involved are in a CNM situation, due to concerns about scandal.

I've written Drake everywhere from completely no jealousy in him to murderous jealousy over her and everything in between. Depends on the tone of the story I'm going for.

I've given him the middle name of Nolan, after one of the greatest pitchers of all time, Texas Ranger Nolan Ryan. His son is almost always named Jackson or Jaxon after his father.

I created more boards for him during Drake Walker Appreciation Week. Here they are:

Max is a wild card. I've written him as her best friend and I've written him as her lover. There are a few one-shots where she and Max end up exclusive but I really love him with her and Liam as a throuple.

When not with Riley, I've paired him with Liam and once with Savanah. I also have two boards for him because I created a new one for Maxwell Appreciation Week.

Maxwell Percival Beaumont.

Face claim: Xavier Serrano

Rashad is not a LI in canon, but I went ahead and made him one in Bad Romance and was surprised at how many people enjoyed his character and his relationship with Riley.

Canon didn't give him a last name, so I did.

Lord (and eventually Duke) Rashad Faheem

Face claim: Manish Dayal

Leo really became a more filled-out character for me when I wrote him in Bad Romance Disney Adventure. I have only paired him with Riley once so far and it was in the past tense. I have almost always put him with Olivia until it occurred to me to put him with Drake and I'm shocked at how much I love that pairing.

Hudson Rys, Leo's eldest child, who is forever salty that his father's life choices robbed him of being king.

Whew, I have to admit, it’s good. Better than all the remakes.

Spoilers below, but here are my thoughts/theories:

Kelly is not Karen, have we learned nothing guys? Marlene’s game is red herrings everywhere in the beginning. My guess is she is actually happy Karen is dead, having lived in her shadow. I could definitely see her being a nemesis, but she’s still a wild card for me.

On that note, Kelly’s mom has to have been bullied by Imogen’s. She seems to be withdrawn (maybe she knows her husband is cheating/gay?), maybe she was close with Angela. I am assuming most of the adults went to HS together. How wild if Karen’s dad was also Imogen’s?

Would Wes have been in HS with them all too?! He is so sus. I do love that this time around, Tabitha knows what he is doing and recognizes the manipulative tactics he’s using on her.

Imogen’s pregnancy is such a strange plot direction for me. There’s no way there’s going to be a baby on this show? But then, I am not sure what will happen there. Identifying the dad has to be a huge reveal, otherwise we’d know?

Unrelated to plot but what the fuck is with the fashion?! Imogen’s Spirit Queen outfit was such a let down for me. The old PLL was mostly fashionable for its time.

I LOVE that Minnie “Mouse’s” mom is played by Lea Salonga AKA Princess Jasmine!

Finally, A. The jump scares and camera slanting were so scary for me lmao. The shed next to the school- um?! has anyone found the janitor yet? Why is it still up if no one uses it? I think it’s just one A right now. It has to be Angela, Angela’s sibling, an ex, idk. Or someone from this generation connected to Angela in some way.

Bit of a DnD Nerd here.

You make some excellent points in your ramble but I would like to suggest something you may not have thought of.

People have talked about the (implied in such a way that I'm kind of horrified that I didn't pick up on it without someone else pointing it out to me) abuse that Virginia subjected Henry to, so have you thought about the possibility of her somehow being more involved next season?

Because there's one iconic DnD villain that hasn't been referenced in the show yet.

Tiamat, the Dragon Queen

She's a multi-headed (normally 5, but she does have a 3 headed form too), predominantly red dragon who's known as the Mother of Evil Dragons.

It's a show that heavily references Dungeons & Dragons, so I think it's fair that a "dragon" (in however loose of a term they want) make an appearance at some point, and what fits better for the final season than the Dragon Queen herself?

I think Virginia herself is coming back for sure, but probably in the form of flashbacks and memories.

I do like the idea of Tiamat as a symbol for Virginia, or more specifically maternally linked trauma, especially based on the group who’s supposedly fighting her in Will’s painting. We’ve got the whole Party, but the front lines are Will and Mike, the target being predominantly Mike.

Will’s there at all to indicate that this is linked to Henry, given the nature of their relationship within the narrative structure. This inextricably ties Tiamat to Virginia, and through her maternally linked trauma, by association. This is why can’t be about Will himself, because Joyce is a good mother. I’ll talk more about Will’s positioning in a bit, though. Before that, I want to think about Mike.

Mike’s mother Karen is heavily paralleled to Virginia. Karen’s not a great mom, and Mike has a lot of trauma from the parental neglect he’s experienced at both her and Ted’s hands. However, Karen is the one that notices Mike is struggling and tells Ted not to go after him, among other instances (such as her telling Mike he can talk to her, but not following through, and her treating Mike well when he’s pretending to be ill in a way that’s easy for her, but dropping the ball and punishing Mike when he actually needs support).

So, this definitely feels like Mike’s battle here. Mike needs to face down the maternally-linked/familial trauma that’s been creeping up on him for years, and he’ll need the support of his friends to do it.

He’s especially going to need Will. That’s why Will is directly by his side fighting in the front line. Once again, community support becomes key. From other illustrations, Will is directly using magic to support Mike while the dragon burns his heart shield. Aka, Will using magic/love to help Mike through his emotional hurt.

I think Mike’s going to win. He’ll just need the support and love of his friends to do so.

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing Morguna and the Green Queen, I got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked Faustie into collab’ing with me! We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve contributed about 900 words towards the 2500-ish we have so far. Going to see if I can squeeze any of my BBB squares into this fic.

Stucky’Verse Bingo Round 1 - [SVB_R1] (Ends 22 29 Dec)

Seventeen fills, three WIPs and a couple of ideas. Have one bingo & am shooting for hopefully one more bingo with the fics listed below - thanks to the mods extending the deadline by a week!

* B2- Pets - Posted Reluctant Four Footed Heroes on Monday. It was inspired by a round of square interpretation during the BBB Discord party. Stucky domestic shenanigans with Alpine & Dodger which came in at 226 words.

* A4 - Fairy Tale Curse - Despite being custom-made for a continuation of Beyond the Beast, I just haven’t been able to to pull anything together in time. 😞

* C2 - Meet Ugly - Posted Deck the Halls on Friday - a No Powers AU holiday fic that crossed over with my Winter Break Advent calendar prompt Day 1: Putting Up Holiday Decorations at the Hospital. It came in at 517 words.

Bucky Barnes Bingo - [BBB_R5] (Ends 10 Jan 2024)

I’ve got twenty-two fills for four bingos, four WIPs, and a couple more Vague ideas. Aiming for a blackout - we’ll see how close I get!

* B3 - Sunrise/Sunset - squished this into Chapter Nine of Never More to Go Astray to wrap up my Star Wars fusion fic with Jedi!Steve, Mandalorian!Bucky and fugitive!Tony in a Stuckony finale. It came in at 781 words and posted this morning.

* U3 - Fireplace - posted Making Room on Friday - a soft WinterPepperony + Morgan holiday ficlet that came in at 256 words.

* C2 - Yelena Belova– The plan is to use this prompt in the next chapter of Peresmešnik, (aka Three Avengers and a Baby), which is I poked at a little recently and is currently sitting at 1551 words (800-ish of which are mine).

* C5 - Marriage of Convenience/Pretend Couple - planning to use this in the next chapter of Lady Natasha’s Consort and Lord Steve’s Companion. Got a spark of an idea the other day that might get me a bit further on this fic.

* K3 - Magic - Wrote up A (Not So) Misplaced Gift as a crossover with the Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF232 Among Any Option]. It came in at 301 words and will post to Ao3 before this event ends.

* May Adopted - Insomnia - finally got this filled with The Dead of Night, which also filled a Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF211 An Old Friend] along with my JBB FREE square. It came in at 317 words and will post to Ao3 before this event ends.

* August Adoptable: Take the Shot - Got inspired by a discussion over on the BBB Discord server about which Avengers would be the best at pool/billiards - pulled in a BaBB December prompt: Wingman and kept my original WinterHawk pairing to write up It’s In the Way That You Use It - a No Powers AU with a meetup at a bar pool table - Natasha and Steve acting as the wingman/woman. It’s coming in at 1313 words and will post Friday.

Tony Stark Bingo Round 7 - [TSB_R7] (ends 15 Feb)

Twenty-one fills and zero WIPs as of the moment, with a couple of ideas in play.

* T2 - KINK: Cock-blocking 'bots - I still want to combine this with the Fictober Day 27: prompt "I don't know if they will accept this."

* T5 - Shawarma - possible crossover with SAUB Canon Divergence – Battle of New York-related?

* A2 - KINK: Concubine - possible crossover with SAUB Gentle Dom and SRB Multiple Submissives. I’ve got a fairly fleshed out (so to speak) story in mind (Dom!Tony/sub!Steve/sub!Bucky) - just need to get it on paper.

* A3 - FREE – @SomeSortofItalianRoast and I are looking at collabing on a Steve/Tony/Scott fic - still need to throw some ideas around on this.

* R5 - Doppelganger/Evil Twins - The Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF214 Broken Mirror] got me at least a good start on the idea I’ve been playing with for this square. I posted NamNori on Tumblr and have a general idea of how I want to build on it to also fill my SAUB AU: Crack square. It’s currently sitting at 360 words.

Houses of Hawkins

The main houses of nobility within Hawkins that hold political sway. There are numerous other noble houses, but these are the ones that hold power over provincial decisions and hold seats on the crown’s council. (aka canon characters)

There are a few characters who were never given names in the show so I had to come up with them (ie Steve’s parents, Chrissy’s brother, Tommy’s parents, etc)

* - indicates the head of the household.

(MAJOR spoilers for the ending of Chapter Four below)

The Harringtons:

Monarch of Hawkins. Ruled from year 1-208 of the Golden Crown.

Consists of the King, Richard Harrington*, the Queen, Catherine Harrington, and their son, Steve Harrington. Nancy Wheeler, while married into the crown, retains the name of her family, though is a member of the household by proxy. Richard’s brother was the Lord of Kerley before the fall of Mirkwood when he was slain.

After the uprising, Steve Harrington is the only blood member of his lineage remaining.

The Byers:

Household in charge of the province of Kerley.

Consists of Joyce Byers* and her children Jonathan, Mike, and El. They are not of nobility but were granted the title of lordship by the crown after the reclaiming of Mirkwood. Since Jonathan is the sworn sword to Nancy, Will is the heir to the lordship. Their bloodline is old, and there are whispers that their lineage stems from a family beyond the Moonlit Wall from a time during the Old Kingdom.

The Wheelers:

One of the two households who control the province of Maple. Reside in the furthest northern city in the province.

Consists of Lord Ted Wheeler*, Lady Karen Wheeler, and their children Mike, Nancy, and Holly. Nancy was originally the heir to the household, but relinquished it to her brother upon marrying Steve.

The Sinclairs:

One of the two households who control the province of Maple.

Consists of Lord Charles Sinclair*, Lady Sue Sinclair, and their children Lucas and Erica. Lucas is the heir to the estate, but Erica has been trained since she was young for the role as well.

The Hendersons:

One of the two households who control the province of Elm.

Consists of Lady Claudia Henderson*. Her husband died by assassination during a visit to Loch Nora - no one has yet been convicted of any charges. Her son, Dustin, is presumed dead after the final siege of Moonlit Wall. It is assumed her household will die with her, but there are rumours she may give her title to one of the children from the north (Erica Sinclair or Holly Wheeler).

The Cunninghams:

One of the two households who control the province of Elm.

Consists of Laura Cunningham*, Phillip Cunningham, and their children Chrissy and Hayden. With Chrissy killed during the war, her younger brother Hayden is the only heir to the seat. They all hold a deep resentment to the crown after Steve vindicated the man they feel is responsible for Chrissy’s death.

The Hagans:

Household in charge of Dearborn.

Consists of Lady Elizabeth Perkins and her array of daughters and granddaughters - including her estranged granddaughter, Carol Hagan. Lady Perkins has named Vickie, a previoiusly unknown decedent only recently reunited with her house name, as her heir. There are rumours it was intended for Carol before her marriage to the Hagan household.

The Carvers:

Household in charge of Mulberry.

Consists of Lord Gordon Carver*, Lady Rose Carver, and their son Jason Carver. Jason is the sole heir to the estate. They are the leaders of the uprising and subsequent political upheaval. And, [redacted until chapter 5/6 release].

Sexuality headcanon:

Yuzuriha, Karen, Arashi, Kotori - probably all straight. Kanoe - bi af and Hinoto stikes me as someone who has no sexual attraction but does have romantic one so heteroromantic ace. Karen is so 🔥 damn she'd be too powerful as bi or lesbian

Out of all their ships I like Sorata/Arashi the most. Tbf when we're talking about X couples 90% of time we latch onto gays, aka subkam, fuukam or seisub and we sleep on one of honestly amazingly developed couples that's Sorata/Arashi. I wish we'd get to see ending clamp planed for them one day, somehow I think there night be some diversion from Sorata's fate path of dying for woman he loves (like maybe dying by the hand of woman he loves, which can happen if Arashi ends up brainwashed by Hinoto...)

For Arashi I guess her bond with rest of Seals. Tbf she mostly interacted with Sorata during X. Karen and her parental relationship with Nataku, it had no right hitting so hard 💔 for Hinoto and Kanoe I have none really and for Kotori I guess her dynamic with Fuuma and Kamui but that one is bond to get awkward eventually, for very evident reasons

As for non-canon ones, I'd so want Kotori and Hokuto to meet in some AU 🥺🙏 clamp plz. Beside that it'll be hilarious af if Arashi and X!Subaru were to hang out (like waiting for Kamui, Sorata and Yuzu to return to dorm). They'd drink tea in complete silence for like... 30 mins

NOTP:

I'm not the biggest fan of Kusanagi/Yuzuriha part. I like how when she confessed to him he was basically 'you're a kid' and despite Yuzuriha harboring feelings for far older man and him clearly caring about her, nothing romantic ever happened between them. In summary, I like their platonic bond very much but not romantic one

Random headcanon:

Girl sleepovers are very much needed. Girls' night ❤ although poor Kotori, she's too pure to be let around Kanoe. Also I can't believe our sexy girls Karen and Kanoe never met, that's basically a crime. Satsuki and Hokuto must be invited for girls sleepover too.

Boys can't have sleepover of their own for very obvious homoertoic reasons

General opinion:

They're all so beautiful and deserve happy lives and love and therapy and not whatever this *points at X where characters had 0 happiness for 18.5 vols* is. Yuzuriha and Kotori are so pure we should put them in ccs.

Marvel Studios Reveals Phase 5 and Beyond - The Multiverse Saga

Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige took to San Diego Comic-Con to reveal Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - The Multiverse Saga. We also get a peek as the beginning of Phase 6.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premiers on Disney+ on August 17, 2022. The series stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk, an attorney who specializes in superhuman-oriented cases.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever releases to theaters on November 11, 2022. The remaining royalty, warriors, and residents of Wakanda will have to fight to protect their nation from intervening powers after the death of King T’Challa. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler. The film stars Angela Bassett (Queen Ramonda), Letitia Wright (Shuri), Danai Gurira (Okoye), Winston Duke (M’Baku), Lupida Nyong’o (War Dog Nakia), Martin Freeman (Everett Ross), Tenoch Huerta (Namor), Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livanalli. The film marks the end of Phase 4.

Phase 5 seems to pick up, then, with Secret Invasion premieres on Disney+ in Spring 2023. The series stars Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Ben Mendelsohn (Talos), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Kingsley Ben-Adir, Emilia Clarke, and Olivia Colman. Seems a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls have been infiltrating Earth for years.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania releases to theaters on February 17, 2023. Scott Lang and his family begin further exploring the Quantum Realm...and come face to face with Kang the Conquerer. The film stars Paul Rudd (Scott Lang / Ant-Man), Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne / The Wasp), MIchael Douglas (Hank Pym), Michelle Pfeiffer (Janet Van Dyne), and Kathryn Newton (Cassie Lang).

Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 releases to theaters on May 5, 2023. The film stars Chris Pratt (Peter Quill / Star-Lord), Karen Gillan (Nebula), Pom Klementieff (Mantis), Dave Bautista (Drax), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Vin Diesel (voice of Groot), Bradley Cooper (voice of Rocket), Sean Gunn (Kraglin / on-set Rocket), Will Poulter (Adam Warlock), Maria Bakalova (Cosmo), and Chukwudi Iwuji (High Evolutionary). James Gunn directs. This film marks the end of this arc for the Guardians.

Loki season 2 premieres on Disney+ in Summer 2023. Loki stars Tom Hiddleston (Loki) and Owen Wilson (Mobius).

Blade releases to theaters on November 3, 2023. The film stars Mahershala Ali.

Iron Heart premieres on Disney+ in Fall 2023. The series will follow Riri Williams, who fans can meet first in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Dominique Thorne stars as Riri Williams, a genius inventor who creates “the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man.” (Marvel)

Agatha: Coven of Chaos premieres on Disney+ in Winter 2023. Kathryn Hahn stars as Agatha Harkness.

Daredevil: Born Again premieres on Disney+ in Spring 2024. Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock / Daredevil) and Vincent D’Onofrio (Wilson Fisk) are returning to reprise their roles from the Netflix series.

Captain America: New World Order releases to theaters on May 3, 2024. Anthony Mackie returns as Sam Wilson, aka Falcon, aka Captain America?

Thunderbolts releases to theaters on July 26, 2024. The film will feature a new group of heroes.

Fantastic Four releases to theaters on November 8, 2024.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty releases to theaters on May 6, 2025. The film users in Phase 6 of the MCU.

Avengers: Secret Wars releases to theaters on November 7, 2025.
