Yesterday, I was having a mostly internal "dialogue" about my docket.
I'm just gonna indulgently use the Sides to summarize pieces of my headspace:
Virgil: Another visit to the shrink. Another time to tell the guy 'Hey, I fucked up with my meds and sleep again!'
Logan: Staying consistent and compliant does help considerably. Especially to stave off-
Virgil: I know! The meds are fine, but it feels like we're getting a bad grade as the client/patient, here.
Patton: Didn't the doctor say we're being too hard on ourselves?
Virgil, totally glossing that over: Oh, and today's DD is high knees! The thought of being a fucking nuisance to the downstairs neighbors is mortifying.
Remus: I mean... if you can find a bathroom you can lock, go for it there!
Logan: Hm, make sure the floor isn't wet first.
Virgil: What if people wonder things!?
Remus: Just say, "Thought the stall was in use and was doing my best to hold it!"
Virgil: I don't want to be perceived.
Anyways. Appointment was actually productive and did find a secluded space in the health services campus to do the damn high knees (76 reps), it was fun.
Walking home, I was feeling overall pretty better. (In a very, "human doing their stupid walkies is good for brain" way.) :,D

Okay, counting in the walking earlier, just did the remaining of my exercise docket.
No way in hell I was doing today's DD - 40 lunge punches. Legs are just too done.
Day 4 of LIIT was done at Level 1. Just arm stuff. Probably could've done more. But I'm going to real easy on myself... given my state today.
Day 4 of ZEN was 10' meditation. Part of the "going easy on myself" thing was doing this lying down in corpse pose. Got a lil bit of arm numbness building up - but keeping the calf muscles extended was preferable to pain spiking AND nerve decompression parasthesia. Anyways, focused on my breathing and observing the HR going down just a lil bit over the course of the session.
(Mind wandered a bit - but this was relaxing.)
Highkey tempted to go take a damn nap, now.

How did Treasure Planet manage to come up with the greatest aesthetic in all human history? Victorian elegance plus space-age flair, with just enough dirt and grime and wear and tear to make it feel real? A combination of traditional and computer animation that perfectly embodies the movie's blend of old and futuristic? How does it get any better than that?
