Who’s ready for another six of crows fic idea even though I haven’t written the first one yet?

Nearly 10 years after the events of Crooked Kingdom, 25-year-old Captain Inej Ghafa liberates Maya, a 16-year-old Fjerdan girl, from a pleasure house in Ketterdam. Maya is grateful to Inej, but she’s also vengeful and wants to track down the man who led her to her position. She explains to Inej that she and her father fled to Kerch when they discovered she was Grisha, adding that they didn’t go to Ravka for fear of prejudice against Fjerdans. But in Ketterdam, already struggling, they found themselves scammed out of their money and informed of massive debts they owed to a gang. With no other options, her father sold her in indenture to a council member and used the money to pay the debt, promising her that he would find a way to save enough money to pay out her contract as soon as he could. 2 months into her indenture, Maya received news of her father’s death after he was killed by the same gang leader who he’d originally been in debt to - apparently trying to steal the money he needed to free her. Mere weeks after this, the councilman who owned Maya’s contract died. Her contract changed hands several times, until she eventually found herself trapped in a pleasure house. Maya wants to track down the gang leader and avenge her father. Although she intends to negotiate Maya away from killing him and encourage her to find a route to healing, Inej agrees to help her find her father’s murderer. She asks Maya is she knows anything about him that could help her to begin her search, and Maya replies that all she knows is his name: Kaz Brekker.

Yesterday I watched Cartoon Saloon’s short “Screecher’s Reach”, and thought Daal’s hair was almost exactly like how I envision Mathilde Lachance’s hair, so I decided to try and draw her. Today I stopped cleaning up the sketch after about an hour because I got bored, so it’s going here.

Sometimes I'm like. OK so I'm a decent to good fic writer. But like. Am I a good *writer*? Do I have what it takes to even consider taking writing even semi-seriously (and do I even want to)? But I do want to. I've always wanted to. But I need to know if I'm good enough. But I won't know if I'm good enough until I try and show it to an unbiased audience. Idk idk idk.

Sorry that the rest of the mutual requests are taking a while - the UK is going through a pretty bad heatwave atm, which is making it very uncomfortable to actually sit down and draw. Fortunately it should be cooling down soon, so I’m hoping to get them done in a few days time!

so far tho, i have to say none of them. i'm going in very different directions with these characters so far lmao. i just added an extra little detail to san's new build that is gonna be hard as hell to explain lmao but once you get it it's like 😱. but yea long story short with san, he's now a stealthy assassin (that's basically what a gloom stalker is) that's the easiest way to explain it, and w/o giving spoilers bc idk how in depth im gonna go yet, there's a reason why...😏

i actually came up with an idea for it and have made all the profiles!! its suna x fem!yn classmates / enemies (?) to lovers, im only really putting enemies to lovers cause it is very one sided and yn doesn’t even know that her enemy is suna LMAO. its fluff and crack ig. it is gonna take me ages to actually post tho cause i want all the parts to be finished before i actually post it ://

idk about buttons - like, here it rains a lot so they rust really fast. And pointed rusted things aren't exactly a good idea to have on ya haha /lh. That's just my view on it though, I'm sure plenty of people would be interested! I have been considering looking into patches. I wanna make my own queer-version of a Battle Jacket, and I've been toying with the idea of looking for a really nice maw/teeth patch to sew into it.

This is FAIR...I have actually decided to put a Hold on the buttons idea, too, not just because of the rust issue being a potential problem but also because of the fact that with getting a new job, comes Money Tightness. I want to save on dishes so I may be spending the money I planned on using for button making to Instead use for a small sink dish washer, to make it less difficult to do That task while adjusting to things.

Who knows, it's still a potential option, though! I would also love to do other vore related merch like keychains and t-shirts since I actually have some good places to get them from now, but since they do require money to make any money back from them...it will be a Later thing. Patches would be so cool to make though, honestly, if I knew anything about how that process worked and my hands worked better with the needles/thread aspect of art, I would totally make something like that. Gotta get your vore rep in somehow >:]c
