Last few hours of August to do this so: here's my #abcreadingchallenge2020 Short Stories or Essays! 📚 I started this book quite a while ago, back when I was still at school (gosh, it feels so weird to think I used to follow physical classes from 8am to 5pm), but I don't wanna read it all in one go, so I'm slowly getting through! 📚 I'm secretly a huge nerd because unlike the other books, I bought The Calculus Gallery for fun, its really awesome and I certainly plan on reading more books like these! February 2020 reading wrap-up

The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling Every year in February, I reread the Harry Potter series. This tradition started a few years ago when I joined a reread via Goodreads, which I enjoyed so much that I decided to keep it up. I alternate between the original English editions and the nostalgic translations in my native Dutch. Can you see how battered the books are? One of the things I realised this year is how much these stories, the Dutch editions specifically, have formed me as a language user. So many words that I use and jokes I make can be traced back to specific scenes in these books, and rereading them really does feel like coming home a little bit.

Heartstopper Volume 3 by Alice Oseman I also managed to squeeze in the third volume of the queer graphic novel series Heartstopper, a series I absolutely adore and with which I managed to complete the February prompt of the #ABCReadingChallenge (which was romance!)

Better late than never...? 📚 Due to some personal reasons, I had quite a break from all my social media, but here I am again! School is finally finally almost done this semester, I've made my last exam today and I've only got like two more deadlines but those aren't particularly difficult 🤞💻 📚 My #abcreadingchallenge of January was quite easy, since this book has been on my list for quite a while!
