‘your lover may not be the best in showing his affection for you, but when he does try, it’s always in the ways you least expect.’
☀︎|tags. toji fushiguro x female reader. fluff, slight angst, suggestive. subtly implied age gap (reader early 20’s, toji early 30’s). size difference. mentions of hickeys. reader gets called ‘princess / little girl.’ based on an anon request.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“am home.” toji announces under his breath after locking the front door. he kicks his shoes off and makes a beeline towards your shared bedroom. as expected, you were there, body wrapped in a thick blanket to protect it from the recently cold temperatures.
you smile and toji’s fatigue becomes nonexistent. it was like he hadn’t just fought for his life for almost two hours straight — making money to quite literally survive. and to provide for you in the best way he could.
“ah, hi, babe! welcome hom—” your sentence was cut short by a heavy weight settling down atop your chest. toji’s body presses you back into the mattress, big hands instantly searching for their desired destination; that being your waist.
his warm breath - the heavy sigh that carried his worries - instantly softens the look in your eyes. it was this vulnerable side of your lover that you adored most. it wasn’t a sight you got to see often after all.
toji wordlessly attaches his lips to your exposed neck as he withdraws the blanket from your body. even though he has yet to utter a single word to you, his actions told you all, “missed you, toji.”
he mumbles something incoherent in response which you could guess were words of acknowledgement. you were ticklish, your skin tingling with every peck left by the dark-haired man whom you loved dearly.
“were ya waitin’ for me?” toji’s voice was muffled, his mouth busy kissing and sucking your skin. his rough fingers move under your clothes and run up to your shoulders—freeing them from the straps of your top.
you tilt your head to the right so he could gain more access to your skin. you didn’t protest nor said anything about toji’s sudden display of affection. you rub his back and allow a hum of satisfaction to escape your throat, “mhm. was waiting for you all night.”
your voice sounds like a soothing lullaby to the older man. a heavy breath leaves his lips and his sloppy kisses on your neck and shoulder blades abruptly come to a halt.
toji rests his head in the crook of your neck. the pad of his thumb travels up and down the marks he had left—his saliva subtly glistening under the light from the bedside lamp.
“tsk. i told ya not to stay up f’me, princess.” your lover grumbles with his tired eyes half-closed, fingers not stopping their rubbing motion, “but i guess there’s no point in tellin’ you that right now.”
toji still can’t understand why you go to great lengths to show your love for him. he’s a cold hearted assassin, a man whom is feared by many including his own clan and yet you love him unconditionally.
despite it all — he still appreciates the fact that you stay up to welcome him home. even if he may not directly show that said appreciation.
“‘i told ya not to stay up for me,’” you teasingly mimic toji’s deep voice and can only laugh at your own antics afterwards. however, a sudden pinch to your side makes you squirm and yelp. it didn’t stop there; toji took the opportunity whilst you were caged underneath him to remind you of who’s boss.
soon enough your high pitched squealing and broken giggles is all the noise that fills the room.
“whadd’ya say there, little girl?” toji grunts as he blocks your futile attempts to escape. he could see the tears gathering at the corners of your eyes, your body writhing around the best it could and your little hands trying desperately to push him away.
you shake your head and continuously apologise between loud giggles, vision blurry from the tears of joy. there’s a triumphant smirk on toji’s face once he notices how quickly you gave up your act of confidence, “heh, that’s what i thought.”
one of his hands gathers both of your wrists and effortlessly pins them above your head. with a grin, your lover kisses his way down to your neck again — this time being more passionate.
you take the chance to calm yourself down, chest still heaving with each breath. a pout forms on your lips, but was swiftly replaced by a content smile due to the giddy feeling in your chest.
it’s playful moments like these that remind you of the many reasons why you’ve fallen in love with a man like toji. to others, he might be nothing but a monster—a ruthless and cruel individual—but to you, he’s everything you need and vice versa.
toji’s lips were soft, yet lightly rough to the touch. they’re chapped from the cold temperature he had to withstand when he was outside. you felt bad; you had been laying in bed all night, wrapped up in multiple blankets whilst your lover was quietly suffering.
you know that if you tell toji your current worries, he’ll brush it off with a simple ‘tha’s just how it is’ or a ‘don’t worry ‘bout stuff like that’. still, you cannot help but be concerned about the way he easily disregards his own health.
“toji,” you call out his name as his kisses reach the curve of your breasts. the older man lifts his head in response, eyebrows slightly raised at the sound of his name leaving your lips.
you push down the lump in your throat. your warm hands cup his face and you could feel his stubble prickling your palms. you lower your gaze to the rest of his body — finally getting a good look at his worn out physique.
there were faint droplets of blood hidden right under the collar of his shirt. ones toji probably forgot to wipe away after his mission. his black shirt clings to his torso, the dark spots of sweat subtly evident and the small tears in the fabric proof of his hard work.
you could care less about the fact that toji hadn’t taken a shower before cuddling with you. the first thing he did when stepping into the apartment, was to search for you. that alone told you enough: he needed the comfort your presence brings him — he just didn’t know how to convey that message.
“kiss me.” you whisper and your lover immediately complies with zero hesitation; that’s exactly what he had waited for you to say. his lips crash down onto yours, his large hands hold you by your waist and his tongue brushes against yours like it was the first and last time you’d kiss.
toji’s breath hitches the moment he feels you tenderly scratch his arms with your nails. you always do that to calm his nerves after a stressful day—grazing the tips of your nails back and forth against his bare skin. and it works wonders each time.
“fuck,” the dark-haired man curses in a low tone. his grip tightens on your body and his lips detach from yours. you notice the look in his eyes once he opens them; the look of pure love for you, “i missed you so much — so fuckin’ much.”
you softly giggle at his passionate words and steal another kiss from him before settling back against the pillows. your hands travel upwards to play with his damp hair whilst your legs wrap around his waist.
toji gladly accepts your affection and settles down on top of your body again, careful not to completely crush you with his weight. his face was buried between your breasts, taking in the familiar scent of you which calms him down even more.
“i’m glad you’re back home.” you whisper lovingly whilst continuing to massage his scalp. your tired lover answers with a curt nod and a sigh — this time one of content instead of exhaustion.
“yeah, home.” toji wasn’t referring to your shared apartment. he was referring to you; his forever home. there was an overwhelming amount of love in his heart for you and only you.
if only he could properly express those feelings to you. if only he could express himself.

Pjo characters x the wonders of road trips.
Saw a TikTok on this and it was so wholesome, I just had to make my own little hcs. Cast means the prophecy 7 + Nico+ Will+ Reyna +every other pjo character I can think of.
1. The night before the road trip >> best believe Percy and Leo ain't getting enough sleep cuz of the hype. (Yes they'll be traveling at the crack of dawn)
2. Jason will be the first one awake and out of the house (already in the driver's seat) waiting for everyone else, yes he's blasting some old timey music while waiting.
3. Piper being the last one awake (despite sleeping beside Jason-who literally is a human alarm clock)
4. Piper literally just getting in the car (called shotgun) still in her pjs.
5. Frank would help fit/carry into the medium sized camper van they rented.
6. IF THEY RUN OUT OF SPACE TO SIT FRANK CAN SHAPE SHIFT INTO A HAMSTER OR SMTH AND STAY BY HAZEL.
7. Percy "YOU'RE NOT PLAYING THE PLAYLIST I MADE FOR THIS ROAD TRIP" Jackson.
8. Leo " U BETTER PLAY PERCY'S PLAYLIST FOR THIS ROAD TRIP" Valdez.
You can tell that I love PercyLeo bromance.
9. Nico having to literally drag Will out of bed and into the van (yes they're both in their pjs too.)
10. Reyna and Annabeth discussing the route to their destination and planning the stops along the way. They have maps layed out on the floor with Leo's random mech stuff acting as markers of the landmarks they'll visit.
11. One of the rare moments where Annabeths hair is in a half moon, and Percy's living for it.
12. Piper transfers to sit with Will to talk about Taylor swifts folklore album (yes the lore of it, and there is a notebook of their theories involved) Nico acts like he doesn't care but he's secretly invested.
13. Annabeth takes up shotgun (arm wrestling match decided who gets to, and she won against Percy)
14. Annabeth and Jason just chatting about anything and everything in the front while Percy throws random questions around.
15. Jason definitely is the type to hang his arm out while he's driving.
16. Annabeth is reading a book to Percy aloud (they're both cuddling of course) and eventually everyone just quiets around to listen to her voice.
17. Nico and Frank playing mythomagic somewhere along the way.
18. Piper painting Hazels nails to a different color every few hours.
19. Reyna brought knitting needles, she teaches Leo and Hazel. Hazel- who picks it up quickly. Leo- who picks it up even faster and is now knitting everyone a sweater.
20. Will and Nico falling asleep (Nico on top of Will) and Jason throwing a blanket on top of them.
21. Jason finally re-signs his driver seat to Reyna.
22. Piper, Jason and Percy playing eye spy.
23. Will and Nico playing 'punch buggy' but instead of a punch it's Will kissing Nico on the cheek everytime they see a blue car (upon Percy's request).
24. When they stop at a gas station, Leo bought all the snack he could find (Nico's credit card was used)
25. Backstreet boys comes playing and Percy, Leo, Will are all jamming out.
26. Taylor Swift starts playing and all of them are screaming the words out.
27. Hazel and Nico pointing at different clouds and telling which animal they look like.
28. When Will finally gets to ride in shotgun, Reyna is on the driver's seat. It's slightly tense, but they both instantly warm up to each other (they are talking about each other's camps)
25. Annabeth and Leo taking pictures of any beautiful building they see along the way. Then discussing it's design.
26. Percy and Will will definitely vibe the entire ride, idk how. They just will. (So many Wills in one sentence.)
27. When Percy finally gets to ride in the driver's seat, Annabeth (who's holding his hand) is beside him fast asleep same with everyone else in the van; Leo and Frank slouching against each other, Hazel falling asleep on Nico's shoulder while Will takes the other shoulder, Piper's head on Jason's lap while her legs are propped up on Reyna's. It's sunset and everything is just so tender. Then Percy's crying eueue.

Fate Laid Differently In a Taxi Ride
Tumblr media
Jake Lockley × fem desi!reader
Word count: 1k+ words
.
.
.
This wasn’t the night that you had wished for.
When your boyfriend called you up in the afternoon to tell you that he would fetch you to take you out for dinner, you were beyond the moon. Both of you had been so busy for the past weeks that neither of you had been able to do anything together, be it indoors or outdoors. So you were excited and spent hours rummaging through your wardrobe, trying on one dress to another. Finally, you settled on the black cami dress, satin and fitted against your figure, that you remembered your boyfriend liked. Your face was covered with makeup and your dark, raven hair flowed freely down your back. No matter how modern your outfit may be, you would always love to adorn yourself with accessories of your Desi culture—a simple matching set of Jhumka drop earrings and necklace.
Basically, you were dressed over the top, not just to please your boyfriend but yourself. You deserved a good night and having yourself pampered. Soon enough, your boyfriend came by minutes after and off you two went to your favourite italian restaurant. You were pleased at how the night came to be.
So the outcome of the night wasn’t what you were expecting.
Here you were sitting opposite of your boyfriend, who started off sweet and romantic in the beginning, but now looked guilty and sad like someone who just committed a crime.
“I’m sorry, y/n, but I actually want to break things off with you.”
Your heart shattered into pieces and you felt yourself becoming one with rage and disappointment. Tears were already free flowing down your cheeks and without replying, you stood up from your chair and headed out. Deep down, you were hoping that he would chase after you but after more than 20 minutes of walking down the sidewalk, you realised he wouldn’t be chasing after you.
You wanted to break down and cry from the pain you felt but you were not the type to cry in public, or at least you tried your best not to. So quickly you hailed down a taxi and entered the vehicle to hide your messy self. The moment you sat down at the back seat, you couldn’t even bring yourself to speak or look up. You stared down at your lap, hoping that the night would just swallow you whole. Without realising the taxi began to move even though you had yet to mention a destination as you were drowning with waves of emotions.
The taxi moved smoothly and you couldn't even tell how long or when it began. Before you know it, your soft sobbing filled up the space inside the vehicle.
“Are you okay?” The taxi driver spoke soft, curious and you noticed the Spanish accent. Hearing his voice somehow calmed down your nerves a little and it made you look up. You could only see dark brown eyes through the rear-view mirror as they stared back at you. Somehow seeing them made you feel a little warm and safe even though you know nothing about this stranger.
“Just—” you laughed dryly, wiping the tears away with your fingers, “just stupid, stupid night is all.”
“Someone broke your heart.” It was a statement and not a question, as if he could read you through the dark of the night.
You wanted to deny at first but you chuckled and nodded. "Yeah."
"Your boyfriend?" He inquired as he swiftly took a left.
"Ex-boyfriend." You corrected him with a slight edge to your tone. Remembering your ex-boyfriend made your blood boil and hands curling up into fists—regretting that you didn't punch him before you left the restaurant.
"Lo siento, hermosa." The corners of his eyes crinkled up slightly. "Ex-boyfriend."
"He must have been a stupid guy to hurt a beautiful woman like you." The taxi driver added.
You shook your head as you felt warmth travelled through your cheeks at the sudden compliments—you knew basic Spanish to understand him speaking in that language. Tucking loose strands of hair behind your ear, you somehow jumped to the first thought in your mind. "Have you been a taxi driver for a while now?"
He seemed amused at the question before shrugging his shoulders. "For as long as I can remember, yes. As a taxi driver, you meet many people. Bad, good, rude, kind—you name it. You would either chat with them or say nothing."
It felt weird that you found yourself captivated with his voice; it was calming and playful too, and hidden with untold stories. Not to mention that the Spanish accent lured you in further even without seeing his face fully.
"Besides that, there are also times when some passengers forget to tell where they wanna go and I just drive around."
It took you a few minutes to take his words in and fully understand the meaning. When you did, you gasped and cursed yourself in your mother tongue at your foolishness, smacking your forehead in embarrassment.
"I'm so sorry. It slipped out of my mind." You muttered softly but loud enough that he laughed. His laughter made you smile though you suppressed yourself—at least, you thought you did.
"It's okay. I don't mind accompanying a beautiful passenger like you." He quipped while winking at you through the rear-view mirror. Again, you blushed like a teenage girl. Then you proceeded to tell your address and he redirected the route to your neighbourhood.
The ride to your apartment was filled with chatters between you two. Random questions were easily exchanged and the both of you talked as if you had met one another before. So when he finally pulled up outside of your apartment building, you felt your heart sunken in despair. You didn’t want to end the night and wanted nothing more but to continue talking with the taxi driver. Yet, you knew better than to keep someone from doing their job especially when the night was still long. With a reluctant heart, you pulled out a couple of bills from your purse to hand them over to him.
“Hermosa, it’s fine. Keep the money. I don’t need it.”
“But—”
He let out a charming chuckle as he fixed the flat cap on his head; with the help of the lights outside, you can see a bit more of his handsome features that were causing your heart to race a mile.
“Maybe..” he paused and flickered his eyes upwards back to the rear-view mirror to look at you, “you’d like to go on a dinner with me as payment instead?”
His suggestion caused both of your brows to raise up out of surprise and also the fact that your mouth almost agreed as quickly as you heard it.
“My ma told me not to say yes to strangers.” You replied with a hint of playfulness and seriousness mixed together in your voice and it was visible on your features.
“Then we best make ourselves acquainted, right?” He replied with a hum.
Maybe you should be more wary of him. After all, you only knew him for less than an hour, or was it less than 30 minutes—either way, you should have been more careful of the taxi driver. But you couldn’t help yourself from wanting to know him better and accepting his offer.
Turning around from his seat, you finally saw his face properly and you were correct, he was ravishingly good looking, and your heart stuttered a beat.
Offering you the most charming smile that one can have, he extended his hand to you as if to seal the deal of your fate to be entwined with him.
“I’m Jake.”
You did what your heart told you and shook his hand.
“I’m y/n.”
This wasn't the night you wished for but you didn't mind a bit.
.
.
.
Translation:
Lo siento: I'm sorry
Hermosa: Beautiful

A/N: I wasn't sure if I correctly portray Jake Lockley but this is how I envisioned he'd be with someone he finds interesting. Hopefully, I did him justice! If not, I'm sorry—😭
Also, I'm not a desi girl but this is made specially for my dear friend!

🐽 Whole hog Camille miss? Spare a whole hog Camille? 🍦
Tumblr media
✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name?
I think Camille Louise Brandenburg was one of the first ocs I named with BehindTheName or similar. Just picking something from a list as opposed to trying to come up with something myself. I wanted something that was pretty, European (specifically plausibly British with some foreign roots), and felt sort of noble.
🌼 - How old are they? (Or approximate age range)
Visually speaking, Camille fluctuates between her late 20s and her mid-60s as she ages at a regular pace every time she reaches the end of her lifespan and is reborn. Actually speaking she is probably by default my oldest oc, even older than my other time-travelling types. I'd put her at over a billion years old.
🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)?
Nope! She is aromantic. Not asexual, as she likes every now and then to have a little bit of fun, but she doesn't feel the urge to get settled or tied down to any one person like that. She does have a very dear friend that she visited as frequently as possible during his lifetime, William Clarence. They knew each other when she was still mortal.
🍕 - What is their favorite food?
Ice cream! The particular type changes with the season but she IS themed after neopolitain ice cream for a reason. She also likes all kinds of gourmet, luxury foods that are hard to get access to.
💼 - What do they do for a living?
She's got a little traveling ice cream parlor that she runs for fun, the Loop n' Scoop, her current hobby at present. She's got a long line of odd jobs, side hustles, projects, and pies with her fingers in them that she's picked up and put down over the years. She also works as a sort of interdimensional luck/UE cultivator, depending on the specific mythos she's working in, to help safely allow it to accumulate and disperse without harming as many people as possible. She also used to run The Savior Brigade, which was a sort of field medic adjacent group that would rescue souls confirmed to be dead by the timeline in various disasters in the moments before their "canon" death, letting them live out the rest of their natural lives if so they chose before being returned to the time and place where they were destined to die.
🎹 - Do they have any hobbies?
Oh, loads. The ice cream is just the most recent and most enthralling of them. She tends to prefer creative hobbies over everything, but she keeps fit to help stave off dying of heart failure and whatnot because that's kind of unpleasant.
🎯 -What do they do best?
Realistically speaking, she's probably better equipped at actually traversing dimensions than most everyone, given her impervious nature and her natural sense for the fabric of spacetime and the way lives weave through it.
🥊 -What do they love to do? What do they hate to do?
She's a tourist at heart. She loves meeting new people, seeing the way they live, and helping them how she can. She's got a bit of a complex about it that's helped carry her through her long life.
She abhors violence, and especially killing, even when she's not the one doing it. She tries to turn a blind eye to it when it's necessary but is not always successful.
❤️ - What is one of your OC’s best memories?
Running all around town with Clarence after ditching both of their classes. He bought her an orange and it was so precious to her she didn't even eat it until it had already grown a little bit dehydrated and mealy, just left it sitting on top of her dresser to admire.
✂️ - What is one of your OC’s worst memories?
You'd think it was the funerals of any one of her friends, but no, it was realizing that her ward had betrayed her.
🧊 - Is their current design the first one?
Nope. Camille's very first form was a self-insert (before she was named Camille, even) dimensional traveller in a setting built specifically for selfshipping. I eventually introduced Camille's design as a more mature version of the old character (Winter Corvak), before spinning the old character into an UTAU (Winter Seiyuu) that eventually I shelved altogether. I keep changing Camille's outfits but her fluffy pink hair and pudgy body has been roughly consistent.
🍀 - What originally inspired the OC?
I'm gonna be real, we're cooking with Nu Who the Doctor juice right here first and foremost. However, I've always been drawn to the River Song archetype of time traveller where time travellers meet out of sequence. Finally, there was a screenshot of a Tumblr post floating around Pinterest about this girl with a bob before and after curling it, and the colors in that screenshot lit some part of my brain up.
🌂 - What genre do they belong in?
I feel like she is so built for adventure sci-fi it's not even funny. But if I had to put her somewhere else, a courtly slice-of-life would be fun for her. Enriching.
💚 - What is your OC’s gender identity and sexuality?
She's aromantic, and is too old to care much for gender, but does tend to present femininely
🙌 - How many sibling does your OC have?
I never gave her any, lol. I could see her with some though as part of her backstory.
🍎 - What is the OC’s relationship w/their parents like?
A little strained. She was too wild to stay at home really, and didn't want to be arranged-married.
🧠 - What do you like most about the OC?
I like how versatile she is. She makes for a great character to just pop in and play dolls with because she's very consistent to write, but at the same time, easy to vary without being forced to remember every little detail about her.
✏️ - How often do you draw/write about the OC?
I don't write prose much for her because it's kind of difficult to pin down her life and arc because of how MUCH of it there is. I'm currently using her in an rp with @the-goblin-cat and @jin-kies, though, as a hook into the wider multiverse in our zany Monster of the Week adjacent game. I used to doodle her a lot more in high school but it's been a while since I've drawn her in general.
💎 - Do you ever see yourself killing off the OC?
I could literally never.
💀 - Does your OC have any phobias?
She doesn't much enjoy tight spaces or being confined or tied down for a long period of time. She has the wanderlust in her. Restless. She can only be in any given set of coordinates once, after all.
🍩 -Who is your OC’s arch-nemesis or rival?
Her former ward, Ardell DeOreo, who serves as her foil.
🎓 - How long have you had the OC?
Since at least mid-2016 as Camille. As Winter Corvak, I've had her since 2014. That's between 8-10 years!
🍥 - What age were you when you created the OC?
God, 13. At the youngest. 15 at the oldest.
send me an emoji + an oc (or order the WHOLE HOG)

Top 5 places you'd like to visit
ooh! a good one because i am truly not a travel-for-whimsy person. i largely find travel awful unless there is a specific reason for said travel, i.e., someone specific on the other end i want to see. that said, there are places i would willingly go if i had the opportunity (money and politics included) and could do so without being "part of the problem" while doing so. having lived in a major tourist destination for almost two decades has made me very aware of the ways tourism is a scourge, and i have a lot of complicated feelings on travel for travel's sake as a marker of success and education or wev the common belief of it is as a result.
that said:
5. scotland. while i do have one singular friend there whom i would enjoy seeing, this is a place to which i would travel without that being the main purpose. i don't have any deep reason for it. i think it's extremely lovely, would love to see some of the castles, and some of the really old graveyards. i also have this weird idyllic notion that i would enjoy hiking and staying in bothies in the process. i have a really distant relative who was forced out by the clearances but has never actually been part of the draw.
4. tibet. this is definitely a "if i could not be part of the problem" thing. because i don't mean like, chinese controlled tibet. like, tibet as it belongs to the indigenous people of the region. i just want to learn as much as i can about it from the people who love it, who can tell me about it without the oppressive government twisting, and it may be the one place on my list i want to see purely for this purpose. it's also, for many reasons, the one place on this list i am least likely to ever have the opportunity to visit, second only to one place i will mention shortly.
3. australia. while i pretty famously have a dear friend here, my desire to have my ass kicked by nature extends far before that friendship was even in its infancy. seeing @icescrabblerjerky would obviously be the main goal now, but i really need to have a kangaroo stare me down from his native land or something. there is also a "don't be part of the problem" element here, as respecting, supporting, and understanding indigenous culture is always a goal of mine wherever i might be.
2. far northern america. like, canada, alaska, and even the northwest stretches of the upper peninsula. like i grew up there and have never been to copper harbor. i've been to alaska once on a layover with enough time to go to the best state fair i have ever experienced, but i'd appreciate the opportunity to see more. the northwest territories. the yukon. nunavut. i don't have a goal or actual destination in mind, but the far reaches of turtle island/mishiike minisi hold a lot of (probably obvious) appeal to me.
1. your house again. obvs. you have cool dogs and take me for walks. i know i am cheating a bit, but really. you're the main attraction of the midwest, baybee.
there needs to be an honorable mention here that has too many caveats to list, but north korea. having lived in seoul, i think it's natural that i would be curious about it. there is so much about life in seoul that was in relation to the north in an odd and casual way that i only sort of grasp, even after 20 years of it being a factor in my life. we did visit the dmz and incursion tunnels on a guided historical tour, and there is a "city" (kijong-dong) you can ostensibly visit (we were forbidden by our specific circumstances from doing so), but that tour experience has a very bizarre atmosphere i have a hard time putting into words, and as i was much younger and not a korean speaker like my spouse, i am sure a lot was lost on me. like, our guide made a joke about there being a body in the han river as we drove by on our tour bus and so many people (mostly korean people, as we were surprisingly the only americans on that tour???) found this hilarious, but i found it extremely uncomfortable. like i said, a lot was lost on younger me. so, a complicated mention here.
so, there you go! thanks for the ask! i am feeling needy for them today lmao.

David x Lycan Reader Part 3
Y/n had found out yesterday that not many vampires were left from the Western Coven. A Lycan attack almost wiped out the Western Coven. Y/n counted 26 vampires not including David and Thomas. Y/n was shocked, a long time ago the Western Coven had many vampires but now no more than 30 remain.
Semira stands near the entrance with her lover Varga.
Y/n sees Thomas and Ameila walking first then David and Selene following right behind them. The remaining Western Coven follow their leader Thomas inside.
Y/n walks around the castle, you climbed a tree that has a great view of the inside of Serima office. Y/n hides behind the tree, y/n waits for David and the others to enter. Y/n then hears the door open; y/n takes a glimpse through the window, y/n sees Serima siting in her chair, Thomas and Amelia are sitting on a couch. David and Selene are sitting down on chairs near the door.
Y/n hides behind the tree, you then hear a commotion inside the office. Y/n sees David pointing a gun at Serima, Thomas has a sword pointed at her. Y/n sees Selene on the floor, lifeless. Y/n sees Serima drinking Selene's blood, Amelia tries to open the door but nothing.
Y/n hopes off the tree and over the 20-foot fence, you begin scaling the wall.
You see metal cover the windows, y/n break the glass and then you break through the metal. Y/n steps inside, you have eyes on Serima. You move lighting fast behind her, y/n snaps her neck. You crouch down and hold Selene, y/n rocks back and forth y/n then lowers your head, Y/n forehead touches Selene's forehead, she awakens with a gasp.
She holds on to y/n tightly, "Micheal and Eve safe". Y/n then stands, and you begin making your way to the window. When y/n hears "where are they", y/n turns and looks at Selene.
"Both safe, asleep in chambers", "when can I see them", y/n looks at Selene for a bit then y/n jumps through the window. You disappear into the night, y/n heads to the chambers to awaken Micheal and Eve. Y/n had rescued them from Marius before y/n headed to the Nordic Coven. Micheal was barely alive, and Eve was almost drained completely, she was barely holding on.
The chambers restore Micheal and Eve strength.
Y/n had to travel a long way to retrieve Micheal and Eve. Y/n had to travel through Slovakia and Hungary. The final destination was Romania, a castle lay on top of the deadly mountain. Y/n scales the mountain side, y/n reaches the top of the mountain. You walk the castle door, y/n grows claws on your left hand, y/n sticks your claws into the holes, then y/n turns the key to the left.
Y/n pulls out your claws, the doors open. Y/n steps inside, y/n heads to the dungeon. Y/n walks in and sees Micheal and Eve. You walk over and turn off the chambers, Micheal and Eve begin walking up slowly.
Y/n had given a bit of your blood to Micheal and Eve. So, they could see y/n wasn't a threat to them. Once both of them wear awake the door opens, both of them step outside.
"DAD", Eve hugs Micheal tightly, "EVE", y/n waits a bit to speak to them. Eve lets go of her dad, she looks at y/n and Micheal does as well. "Your mother", y/n looks at Eve. "You lover", you look at Micheal "is waiting for you two. Follow me".
Y/n grabs a torch from the wall and leads them through a secret passage. Y/n opens the door and Micheal and Eve step outside. "The Eastern Coven, a castle in Czech Republic, you won't miss it".
Eve looks at y/n "you aren't coming", you shake your head.
Y/n looks at Micheal, "best hurry, she misses you both dearly", "thank you". Micheal goes over and hugs you, so does Eve. They begin walking, when Eve turns around and waves, y/n waves back. Y/n shuts the door and begins walking back to the dungeon. Y/n puts the torches back on the wall, y/n heads to the throne room.
Y/n seats on the throne waiting and listing for anything, but nothing.
The castle used to be booming with laughter from your friends and pack mates. But then Viktor and his death dealers came, they broke into y/n castle.
They killed all of y/n friends and pack, once a strong pack of ten became one.
Next Part coming Sep. 6th

여행
Let's do some travel (여행) with our lyrics today!
Pick your mode of transport - plane, train, boat, subway or bus, we have them all!
(We don't have a car because listening for 차 in Korean lyrics is like listening for birds in a forest.)
I start with plane because that was the second word in skz lyrics I ever recognized! The reason for it was that I just started learning with a teacher who taught me that word and then a few hours later heard the song: Airplane!
Tumblr media
Minlix say hi watch our vid for all your 비행기 needs!
That's right 비행기 is airplane and they repeat it a lot in the song. It took me a while to hear it because the accent on it isn't the same as when it's spoken in regular conversation but once you hear it you will always hear it :)
It's at the very start, let Chanlix guide you!
YAYA 비행기 비행기
멀리 떠나 올라타자 비행기 너와 나 함께 타는 비행기
the second part translates to:
"let's go far, get on the plane you and I together on a plane"
The verse changes twice to:
짐 싸고 와 올라타자 비행기 같이 가 날 따라와 비행기
But 비행기 is always at the end so you can't miss it!
youtube
3RACHA 기차 choo-choo
Time to get on the train with 3racha!
That particular gem is from Runner's High (almost at the end, just before Chan comes in with "sound the alarm") but we get it a bit more in TTATH, Slump and Subway II.
In Subway II we also get more choo-choos from Chan :)
Choo-choo를 외치며 가지고 놀았던 기차 아직은 나랑 붙어 다니네
The train that I played with while shouting choo-choo is still with me
In Slump, the Korean version, this verse repeats twice:
이러다 여기 혼자 멈춰질까 두려워 꿈을 꾸며 달리던 기차는 고장 나고 여전히 눈앞에 아른거리는 많은 섬 그곳에 나 혼자 못 닿을까봐 두려워
I'm afraid I'll stop here alone The train that I was dreaming of broke down many islands still looming before my sight I'm afraid I won't be able to reach them alone (This translation brought to you by Papago, Han's lyrics are far too advanced for me :D )
And in TTATH:
나는 무궁화호 타고 기차여행 할란다
I will travel on the Mugunghwa train
(this line also gives us 여행 - travel!)
You can catch Chan singing it here in his verse that starts at 2:10 (the actual word is at 2:20 the verse also contains 비행기 so try to catch them both!
youtube
:D ok ok full line:
그래 너는 비행기 타고 날아가라 나는 무궁화호 타고 기차여행 할란다
Yes, you should fly by plane I will take the Mugunghwa train
Alright time to sail away on a 배, yes, a pear! No, just kidding, a ship, but also a pear :D
ngl I only know of one instance of them using it but it's pretty good.
In the 3racha version of Broken Compass:
음악이란 바다 위 내가 탄 배는 쓰리라차
On top of the sea of music, my ship is 3RACHA
Now this line is in the middle of Changbin's verse so you'd think that would be the end of that but ACTUALLY he slows down here just for you so a) give this poor forgotten youtube channel a listen, b) give this INCREDIBLE song a listen and c) listen to Changbin to hear the 배! 1:27 for this particular line:
youtube
Full disclosure he continues then to say:
남의 것을 지 않아 우리 방식대로 배 위에 월척을 담아
But Papago and I are both struggling with this one, something about pulling big fish on the boat in their own way!
지하철 time, short trips only :)
In Subway Pt. II Han gives us:
I wanna take a taxi 좀 더 편안하게 지하철 탈 돈 모아서 차라리 먹을래 서브웨이
I'd rather save money and take the subway and eat Subway
... listen he was 16 and also this is more amusing in Korean :D
Han goes on to use it 3 more times in the next verse which (the verse) I personally find hilarious so read with me!
I caught it at commute time, the seats are gone I lean on the subway door around 8 a.m And when I doze off, the subway door opens I lose my balance and kiss the floor of the Onsu station (역) My two legs that run in shame wake me up from the half-asleep mind I take the subway opposite my destination
This song is one of the ones that were removed when they became a real band for (c) reasons so there's no official link so have a lyrics vid instead:
youtube
Sometimes the best trip is a trip down memory lane so let's go with Chan on this 버스 ride.
Now I know what you're thinking "that's literally just the word bus written in Korean, I think I got this one" and sure yes you're right but HAVE YOU LISTENED TO 4419? DID YOU KNOW IT WAS A SONG CHAN WROTE ABOUT ALL THE TIMES HE RODE ON THE 4419 BUS TO SCHOOL WITH BAMBAM WHO WAS HIS BEST FRIEND AT THE TIME AND WHO HE MISSED AFTER BAMBAM DEBUTED?
Yeah now listen to it again with those lyrics in mind:

Here in Bastakiya, the town itself is the ideal site to visit.
Sharjah
Tumblr media
In terms of locations in Sharjah, there are numerous museums, parks, landmarks, and other attractions to pick from. The Sharjah Fort, also known as Al Hisn Sharjah, is among the fascinating locations around. Many tourists find this fort appealing since it provides them with information about Sharjah's past. It is amazing to go through this fort now that it has recently undergone restoration. A visit to this fort makes exploring the city more enjoyable.
Another location that families and kids can visit is the Sharjah Aquarium. You might watch the locals doing the customary dance for the general public in addition to the cafeteria. Every cent paid was worth it for the exhibits.
Ras al-Khaimah
Tumblr media
The beaches on the Gulf are a draw for Ras al-Khaimah. The National Museum houses archaeology and local history exhibits and is housed in a centuries-old fort. Jabal Jais is one of the towns in Ras al-Khaimah that may be visited and enjoyed. Jabal Jais must be visited if you want to see the natural beauty of undeveloped mountains. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets and get a sense of what a "thorough" vacation in Jebel Jais is like.
Fujairah
Tumblr media
The Fujairah Fort, the Dibba Society for Culture Arts and Theatre, and Al Hayl Castle are a few of the must-see locations in Fujairah. The iconic fort in Fujairah is encircled by a man-made lake that is filled with seawater and rocks. This fort offers some spectacular views. Although it was built in 1500, the fort is still in good condition. For all those who enjoy history, this is the place to be.
In the midst of numerous mountains is the history of Al Hayl Castle. This fort belonged to the old Sheikh of Fujairah. Once you've ascended the tower, you can see the entire area. The tranquility here gives the impression that you are thousands of kilometers from Dubai.
Sir Bani Yas Island
Tumblr media
Al Gharbia is an area in the UAE that includes Sir Bani Yas Island. It is dominated by the Arabian Wildlife Park. Additionally, you have the opportunity to see the many archaeological monuments, such as the Christian monastery and the Salt Dome Hills.
The wildlife in the national park belongs to uncommon species. You may spy on around 13,000 different species, which is a genuine delight for both kids and adults. The golden jackal, wild caracal cats, gazelles, deer, mountain sheep, and approximately 200 kinds of birds and bats, among many other endangered species, can be found in large herds.
Reasons for Traveling
One big advantage of choosing to travel is learning. You gain fresh information and have the opportunity to learn new skills. You must understand that travel can teach you more than even graduating from high school. What better country than the UAE, where you may experience several cultures, to do this? Compared to reading all those textbooks and taking many tests, this way of learning tends to stick with a person longer.
Tumblr media
You have plenty of time and room to reflect and learn more about yourself after getting an Emirates tourist visa. You encounter many difficulties while traveling, which can make you more resilient. Being adventurous is simple in the UAE because there are so many different adventures to choose from. When planning a trip to the UAE, keep in mind that there are kid-friendly excursions, museums, water parks, shopping malls, and entertainment options available.
The availability of connecting flights and a variety of transportation options make traveling to the UAE convenient after you’ll get an online Emirates visa. You only need to make a small amount of preparation and purchase your ticket to visit this amazing location.

At sunset, Nashville's rooftop bars reveal a gleaming new skyline that is primarily made up of hotels.
Nashville Yards is a brand-new mega-development that is anchored by the 25-floor Grand Hyatt, a 21-story Luxury Collection hotel dubbed The Joseph, an 810,000 square foot, 33-story JW Marriott with 533 rooms, and the Thompson, which casts shadows over the low-rise Gulch neighbourhood. All have been newly built, most since 2020. The Graduate Hotel, which is close to renowned hot-chicken eatery Hattie B's and brims with Southern charm, or the megawatt Soho House are examples of smaller launches with outsized personalities that are not included in the list.
The development of the W, a mirrored tower with 346 hotel rooms that are partially cantilevered over a 26,000-square-foot retail complex, cost $191 million, which is a testament to how quickly things are changing. In October 2021, only five months after it first opened, it was sold to new owners for $328.7 million, or $950,000 per room.
Almost every luxury brand is descending: Nashville is anticipating an inflow of five-star hotel brands over the next three years, including 1Hotel, Edition, Conrad, and Ritz-Carlton, as well as a complete renovation of the city's historic landmark, The Hermitage, which first opened in 1910. The Four Seasons, which is expected to debut in a 40-storey tower with 235 hotel rooms and 144 homes with access to a seventh-floor pool deck that seems like it could have been plucked from Beverly Hills, will likely be the most opulent.
Dean Stratouly, president and chief executive officer of hospitality investment business Congress Group and a co-developer of the Four Seasons, compares Nashville's economic future to that of Austin. He adds, "We first started looking in Nashville around 2016 and I was astounded by what was percolating," citing the city's hospitable tax-base structure, a state government that is aggressive in luring industries, and quickly expanding infrastructure. These are some of the same factors that led major firms, like Amazon and Oracle, to relocate their headquarters and construct sizable offices here recently, helping to spark a wave of urban white-collar worker migration from both coasts.
But on top of all that, there are really uncommon draw cards for investors in the hospitality industry. Notably, practically every significant US city, including Los Angeles and New York, is within a four-hour flight of Nashville. According to data from hotel industry researchers STR, Nashville has routinely seen increases in both occupancy rates and average daily prices that have helped boost statistics countrywide. Nashville has been one of the five best-performing metropolitan markets during the pandemic.
While bachelorette parties contribute significantly to the city's reputation as a tourist destination, they only account for 1 per cent of tourism-related revenues; corporate travel, which typically generates steady business, accounts for 40 per cent of these, giving the city longevity with a broad range of visitors. Despite the ongoing uncertainty surrounding meetings and conventions, Nashville expects to welcome more tourists in 2022 than it did in 2019. This is even with the record number of travellers passing through Tennessee to reach the Great Smoky Mountains.
According to Butch Spyridon, president and chief executive officer of the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation, "Nashville's [Davidson County] annual hotel revenue in 2022 is projected to be 187 percent higher than it was 10 years ago." Spyridon believes there are currently no indications that the growth is slowing.
According to Spyridon, Nashville's development began in 2004 when the city changed its moniker from Music City USA to Music City and began to forge a distinct identity that wasn't just based on Americana and country music.
However, the campaign's focus went beyond a simple name. Nashville has subsequently held events, including the NHL All-Star Game and the 2019 NFL Draft, thanks to the $623 million it set aside for the building of Music City Center, a 2.1 million square foot convention centre that opened in 2013.
The city's rapidly expanding supply of hotel rooms has been filled as a result of the continual inflow of tourists attracted by such events. "We had 4,200 new hotel rooms open during the pandemic, and another 3,100 are under construction to further strengthen our market," said Spyridon. Nearly all hotels were completely booked for the return of the Country Music Awards in early June. "We've been on a 12-year roll of positive momentum."
Of fact, not all indicators reveal the same picture; despite an increase in room counts during the pandemic, the city and every other travel destination experienced reductions in 2020. Even still, Nashville and Tennessee's statistics weren't as bad as they were in other regions of the nation.
And Nashville has experienced the opposite, as opposed to other markets, when the inclusion of additional inventory results in a decline in rates. "In the first four months of 2022, Nashville city hotel revenue was up by 10.5% compared to the same time in 2019," says Spyridon. Despite the fact that business travel has not yet fully recovered, according to forecasts for the entire year 2022, Nashville "will sell 900,000 more rooms than in 2019, delivering a 20 percent increase in hotel revenues."
The majority of Nashville's high-rise construction was previously concentrated within a one-mile radius of the city centre. Soho House, which debuted in February in the historically warehouse-heavy Wedgewood Houston neighbourhood, five minutes south of downtown and on the other side of I-40, is one of the recent boundary-pushers. Despite the neighborhood's continued industrial aesthetic, it has been welcomed by neighbourhood businesses, including hip coffee shops, art galleries, and vintage shops, as well as a sizable Live Nation presence, which has attracted a full-time, skilled labour.
One of those who recognised Wedgewood's potential before it was hip was Ben Weprin, who owns more than $1.3 billion in real estate in Nashville, including the aforementioned location of his own rapidly expanding brand, Graduate Hotels. In 2015, he purchased the May Hosier Sock Factory building and quickly notified his friend and Soho House CEO Nick Jones about it. Jones believed Nashville had potential in 2014, but it was too early in the city's development for him to make a decision. Recently, it was simple to sell.
The 47 hotel rooms, a Cecconi's restaurant, two stages for live performances, and a 74-foot-long outdoor pool are now all part of the 97,000-square-foot, four-storey Soho House. The atmosphere is laid-back but chic; even during the workday, it's crowded with individuals eating lunch and relaxing with laptops.
A new hotel called Southall will debut this fall in Franklin, 25 minutes south of the city, with 62 rooms and 16 cottages situated on a working farm. It will be a more accessible, more affordable alternative to the always booked-out Blackberry Farm, which is three hours east.
“With Nashville booming nearby, I saw an opportunity,” says Southall’s owner, Paul Mishkin. “We initially toyed with the idea of a B&B, but as we talked to more and more people who lived in the area for years, we were strongly encouraged to go bigger—and that we did!” he says.
Like Southall, the majority of Nashville's newest luxury hotels are promoting the city's upscale dining scene rather than its history as a country music mecca. Sean Brock, the winner of the James Beard Award, has a restaurant at the Grand Hyatt, while Tony Mantuano, formerly of Chicago's renowned Spiaggia, relocated permanently to Music City to manage the ambitious, pasta-focused Yolan at the Joseph.
Luxury companies follow where boldface chefs succeed: Even Kering has stated that it is considering expanding in Nashville, particularly for its Gucci and Balenciaga boutiques.
Nashville is now much more than just Music City, which begs the question of how much luxury Tennessee's capital can sustain before losing its distinct personality. Nashville lost 11,000 citizens in 2021 after a decade of continuous expansion, according to figures from the US Census Bureau, signalling that the extraordinary population boom sustained in 2020 has already peaked.
However, the city is not only interested in Americans who can work from anyplace. It unveiled a six-year, $1.4 billion airport improvement plan in early June, concentrating on the infrastructure required to attract more transatlantic and long-haul flights. In other words, Music City is already planning its next performance—on a bigger stage around the world.
