it's been challenging lately to say the least.. but I'm here to check in even thru my lack of energy + state some things I've been v grateful for:

phonecalls - talking with Lark + Marie for almost 3 hours was v soulfulfilling, needed + long overdue. friends from college are lowkey the best - also love my monthly calls w/ Papa, I always learn something new about him, myself + about how the Universe works. hearing his stories + mind always make me feel like it's okay to have your quirks + ways just always strive to give love, seek understanding + show up the next day ready to be better.. and truthfully the ability to always find humor in the moment (no matter what it is)

Sun - although it has been rainy, stormy and gloomy on + off, the moments w/ the Sun have been beautiful + uplifting. the Sun reminds me that obstacles always come + whether or not anyone sees you, you rise the next day with all your strength.. whether your light beam is visible or not

emotions - lows, highs, everything in between + beyond. moments of discomfort, moments of bliss, incomprehensible moments + moments with{in} - don't even have much words bc whewwww
