Vil Fairest Villain Hc

Hear me out.

After the SDC after his overblot. Vil goes on about how he "wants to be on the stage till the end". He always gets casted as a villain tho..

But here in this world we have villain movies and TV shows. So why doesn't Yu/MC tell him about this????? Never does Vil say he Wants to be a hero. He just wanna be on stage till the end of the show.

Like after Vil whole flashback, I thought of the talk Deuce and Kamil have during their training. Where Kamil makes the comment about Deuces way of thinking is like someone trying to write with their wrong hand. Then complaining they can't write.

On top of that the whole thing with Epel being "cute" and hating that. But Vil is trying to get Epel see the benefits that come with that.

Basically I think of Vil as the person who wants people to be true to themselves and others. So like man work Your angle, be the Fairest villain in the land idk. I just think he should get to do the Twisted version of a Loki series kind of deal.

So because of Loki, it got my brain thinking about Variants of RWBY characters and these are some that comes to mind:

Ruby Variants: A older Ruby who lost her eyes, a Ruby who never became a huntress and a much more serious and pessimistic Ruby.

Yang Variants: A Yang who never lost her arm, a Yang in which Raven never left and a Yang who was raised by Raven in the bandit tribe.

Weiss Variants: A Weiss who joined the Atlas military like Winter, a Weiss who never rebelled against Jacque with her becoming head of the SDC and a Weiss who decided to become a singer instead of a huntress or running the SDC.

Blake Variants: One who never left Adam/The White Fang, one who completely cut ties with Team RWBY after the fall of Beacon, one who left the White Fang with her parents instead of much later, and one who didn't leave her team after the fall of Beacon.

@friendly-neighboorhoodtrashcan very politely expressed an interest in our shipping AU OCs. Because we have so much backstory planned and I haven't really written it down anywhere I am going to use it as an excuse to info dump a little. I apologize in advance. We will start with the Schnee-Rose Family. The other families will come soon in their own posts 🙈

Schnee-Rose Family

- Everything I'm about to layout picks up after the wedding (check out this post for some back story and info on the wedding lol)

- After Yang and Blake get married, Weiss and Ruby are sort of forced to move to Atlas

- Weiss has to run the SDC and fix all of the shit that her dad fucked up

- She also plans on creating a new Vale branch of the SDC and it will take a lot of work to get approved and a new HQ built in the kingdom

- While Weiss works on getting the Vale branch up and running, Ruby works at Atlas Academy as a combat teacher

- She would much rather be working at Beacon, but she knows this is only temporary

- Ruby and Weiss adopt their first child, Passio, shortly after moving to Atlas

- At only a few months old, Passio was a very fussy baby and she drove her mothers absolutely insane, but they love her all the same

- Passio is a monkey Faunus, born in Atlas and, I won't lie, we do not know why she was put up for adoption yet as I said this story is a work in progress lol

- After seven long years, and Passio getting into plenty of trouble as a little child, the family of three is finally able to move back to Vale

- Ruby is absolutely thrilled and she immediately begs Oz for a job at Beacon

- Shocking to no one, Oz hires her and she starts teaching a combat techniques class (yeah, there's a bit of nepotism happening, but also she's more than qualified so no one complains)

- Oscar and Ali are still at Beacon and Ruby loves seeing her little cousins everyday (she teaches Ali her first year back at Beacon, but she missed her window to teach Oscar)

- After settling down for a little over a year, the Schnee-Rose's adopt their second child, Cameron

- Cam is 6 years old when they are adopted, born and raised in Vale and, you guessed it, we are not sure why they were put up for adoption (there's a lot of adoption going on, we havent dwelled on the "before they joined the family" part much lol)

- Passio grows up connected at the hip with her cousins Ebony, Blaine, Phoenix, and Lokie

- All six of them were born the same year meaning they will all attend Beacon at the same time

- They are more than aware of this throughout their Signal years, they call themselves Team PEBPL (they pronounce it "pebble")

- RWBYJNPR constantly remind them that they might not be on a team together and that they will absolutely be split up due to the fact that there are five of them

- They do not care

- Fun fact: Phoenix is genderfluid and Passio loves using that fact to fuck with people. Most people just use "they" as a neutral way to acknowledge Phoenix's gender identity but Passio thought that was too boring.

Reveren (future teammate): "Where did Phoenix go?"

Passio: "He went over to their parents to say goodbye before she leaves."

Reveren: "What????"

- When they get to Beacon, Passio, Phoenix, and Lokie all end up on Team PRPL together (more on this in later posts)

That's all we have for Passio and Cam (without going into detail about their Beacon years which, again, will be covered later)

Relating to the recent reblog of a RWBY comic

I recently reblogged a comic in which the artist was portraying Weiss in a way that, in my opinion, did not accurately represent her character growth. If she were drawn in a Volume 1 style, I probably wouldn’t have said anything. To frame this better, consider Skye from Agents of Shield. She has changed a lot throughout the show, including going by a different name I’m not giving here for the sake of spoilers. Her hairstyle has changed, her style of dress has changed, her physique and demeanor have changed. All of this to reflect how she’s evolved as a person, showing how the events of the show have affected her. If you drew a picture of Skye in her Season 1 style, doing things she didn’t even know were possible until later seasons, and interacting with a cast of characters including those from Season 4 (for example), I would object if she demonstrated the same knowledge and personality as she had in Season 1. Here’s another example. If you drew Thor as he looked at the end of Thor Ragnarok, but he still had Mjolnir and he was acting like he didn’t know Loki was the son of Laufey the Frost Giant, I’d object to what is a clear lapse in continuity. So if you draw Weiss in her Volume 4 style, meeting Blake’s parents, and acting like a racist rich bitch who resents the Faunus for attacking the SDC and her family, I’m going to complain. I don’t even like Weiss much, especially not prior to Volume 5 (which improved her a lot in my opinion). But I love this show, and I won’t stand idly by when I see it represented poorly.

Hi dear, just wondering if you know of some kind of dissing going on? On SDC's panel, Tom looked a little forlorn while Chris & Mark were having a great time. There's only ONE cast-pic with Tom in it. Now one reads about screening in Australia, the first press interviews are out - but Tom isn't even mentioned. I realize he had other projects like Hamlet, Aardman etc. but still.... Thanks you! You're my prime TWH news source. Thanks for all your time and effort you're putting in. Best!

I am very much certain that this is simply because Marvel wants the emphasis be on Hulk and Thor. Loki is one of the most loved characters of MCU. They want to keep Loki out of messing the marketing of the film because he would inevitably take over everything. So my opinion is that it is not dissing, it is just a marketing decision.
