What are the top 5 logistics & supply chain trends in 2023?
The only way a business can thrive is with the help of growth. There is no growth without evolution. But evolution only comes with change! Accepting these changes in our work is what many manufacturers struggle with. Today let’s take a look at what trends and changes in supply chain and logistics manufacturers should look forward to in 2023.
What are the top 5 logistics & supply chain trends in 2023?
1. Supplier diversification To understand this better, let’s take suppliers as an example. Even if you are the perfect supplier or vendor, there might come a day when the supplier may fall short. Instead of solely depending on one person to provide manufacturing essentials, you can opt for supplier diversification. In this, a manufacturer has more than just one vendor who supplies them with the essentials to create a finished good. By having a backup or an alternate you can easily avoid supply chain failure.
2. Less than truckload demand What generally happens in manufacturing is that the deliveries are only made once the trucks are full. For that reason, many small shipments will be kept on hold. To avoid delays on these products, companies have now begun than truckload strategy. This allows multiple company products (small shipments) to be placed in the truck allowing it to get full faster without any loss.
3. Supply chain as a service (SCaaS) The value chain is getting more and more sophisticated each day. Thereby completely depending on having all the supply chain services in-house is impossible. To avoid unexpected supply chain failure, what the industry today must do is outsource these services. To know more about outsourcing supply chain services, visit Radiant Electronics & Appliances today.
4. Demand forecast There are numerous tools for supply chain analysis, value chain analysis, logistics analysis, and more. That being said, what manufacturers are lacking is not the ability to utilise the data they retrieve from these analyses. Besides fixing your problems you can also predict future challenges with the help of the data through analytics. Read our blog on supply chain analytics to know more!
5. Blockchain Data security and safety, especially in the manufacturing industry, is substantial. Ergo, blockchain is your answer. By creating a blockchain of the network, it is able to create a database that restricts data manipulation. Besides this, it also offers transparency and trust at every stage of manufacturing from raw material acquisition to delivering the final product.
Trends and challenges are what keep the industry thriving. Even if you don’t follow all the above-mentioned manufacturing industry trends, what matters is knowing them. Based on this knowledge you can pick and choose what increases your manufacturing efficiency as well as fits it without compromising on quality. To get such manufacturing services with advanced technology integration, visit our Radiant Appliances & Electronics website. You can also give us a call at +91-8414 667701!

Tumblr media Tumblr media
At Star Crossed Acting Agency (Or SCAA) there are only 300 cubicles. Not including offices, meeting rooms or board rooms. But actual cubicles. So of course () scratched her head pacing around the 15th floor wondering where her cubicle would be. She was assigned Cubicle 707.
There were countless employees at the agency and there were even more clients too, but more then 700 cubicles? Even SCAA couldn’t manage that, even as one of the biggest acting agencies in the world. …No, THE biggest. You’re guaranteed stardom if you just were signed to SCAA, there were countless famous actors and there was even a sister company called Star Crossed Modelling Agency (Or SCMA). It was like a huge safety net for the rich and famous. Diligent PR, connections with many big directors, brands and studios.
Maybe not a safety net for its employees. Because if there was one thing () couldn’t say is that  she wasn't stressed. Her old manager was notorious for being picky, arrogant and a tyrant. Work was hell on earth but it paid well.
It's no wonder the offices were all well decorated with the same moody blue paint used throughout as accents. Curtains framing the floor to ceiling windows, overhanging lamps, arched door frames, beautiful natural light. An office worker’s dream to be working brutally at least somewhere somewhat aesthetically pleasing.
But that wasn’t the only perk in this hell hole.
The actors.
Every once in a while one of your favorite (And somewhat narcissistic) celebrity crushes could be just roaming the halls, talking to employees, and their managers. It’s not rare for somewhere like SCAA.

OMG HOLAAAA OTRO HISPANO AUTISTA !!!!!

If it's still free Koga + snowball fight :D
🔮anon
Tumblr media
Snowball Fight!
w/ Koga Oogami x GN! Reader
i have never touched snow in my whole life
Tumblr media
Warning: Mild swearing, otherwise, nothing!
Tumblr media
"Hey, hey! Kogacchi! It's snowing outside! Let's play!" You were pestering UNDEAD's lone wolf as you usually did, seeing as you were one of the few people that didn't seem to incur his harsh tones and even pricklier words. He was trying his best to ignore you, but you simply would not stop poking at his face.
"Stop it! The hell is Kogacchi, anyway? Weren't you calling me something else last week?" He swatted your hand away, with enough force to make you not want to try again, but not enough to actually hurt you. Why would he go out of his way to do that? Well, the reason was quite obvious.
'Ehh? You never like any of the names I come up with, Oogami-san!" You pout, and Koga had to look away lest he fall for that for the nth time this week. That of course didn't make you happy, wrapping both of your arms around him in an attempt to pull him out. "Come on! There's so much snow! We can even make a snowman if we wanted!"
When Koga realized that he'd probably waste more energy trying to fend you off like this, he reluctantly followed you outside, you happily leading him into an empty space you found. "Tada!" You present it to him, and Koga realized you weren't playing when you mentioned the amount of snow that piled up.
"So, so, what do you wanna do first, Ooga-" Before you finished, you felt the very distinct impact of fresh snow coming into contact with your face. "Ohoho? Now that's the spirit!" You quickly bunched up some snow and threw it at Koga, who easily dodged it.
"Hah! Just try hitting me with your weak ass throws!" Koga taunted, making another snowball before throwing it square at your face again. He'd never admit it to you, but maybe it was a good idea that you dragged him out like this. He was in quite the rut with his music recently, and maybe this was just the perfect way for him to vent his frustrations. Not that he thinks you'd notice that; you probably just lucked into this.
He ducked his way out of another snowball, before chucking another one at top speed. Unsurprisingly, it hit you again, but you didn't even seem to mind it at all. Your laughter filled the air more than the sounds of crunching snow, and Koga could tell from the vapors you were exhaling how much fun you were having.
Koga doesn't really know why, but whenever he's around you, he really feels like he can just relax. Maybe it's your carefree air, or the way you never care about how he speaks, but you just have this certain hold on him that he can't explain. It's completely unrelated to how he thinks you have the cutest smile, or that you always seem to know when something is troubling him.
In the instant that he was overcome by his thoughts, he felt a snowball smack him directly in between the eyes, quickly wiping it with the back of his sleeve. "Ahaha! I hit you, Oogami-san!" You pumped a fist in the air, and for just a second Koga didn't feel like retaliating.
He still did, of course, cutting your little victory celebration short with another well aimed snowball. This time though, your entire body fell against the soft snow with a light thud, and Koga breaking out in a cold sweat. He rushed to your side, kneeling down beside you to see if you hit your head anywhere.
"Heh." Next thing he knew, you shoveled a whole pile of sand into his face with your arm, a smirk making itself apparent on your face. Koga quickly wiped it off, feeling stupid for ever being worried about an idiot like you. "Was Oogami-san scaa~red that he hurt me? How cute~" You stood back up, dusting the snow off your body.
"As if! It's not like getting hit in the head would even do anything when yours is as empty as it is!" Koga didn't notice how red his face was getting, and of course you took this as your golden opportunity.
You placed a hand on top of the still kneeling Koga's head, giving him a smile that always does critical damage to his heart. Well, it was supposed to, until he realized that you were just rubbing snow on his head. "Aagh! Come here you fucking bastard!" He quickly got up to start running after you, the snowballs being ignored in lieu of just a standard chase.
When you slowed down to take a breath, Koga took the chance to tackle you, knocking the both of you down. "Got you, goddamn asshole!" Still though, Koga hadn't won yet, seeing as you wrapped your arms around him, enveloping him in a tight hug.
"Uwah~! You're being so bold today, Oogami-san!" That sets a fuse in his brain, breaking free of your hold and grabbing your hands before you could try anything sneaky. When you realized that there was nothing you could do at this point, you seemed to placated, your body loosening up as your expression softened. "You feeling better yet?"
Koga runs a hand through his hair, wondering what exactly his brain was thinking when he fell in love with such an idiot. "Yeah. But no thanks to you, so don't get any ideas!" He decided to roll over, lying down beside you as you both stared at the sky.
"I'm glad to hear it regardless! After all, when my lovely Kogacchi is sad, so am I!" You pinched his cheeks and Koga wanted nothing more than to stand up and kick you, but maybe for another time.
Koga turns to his side, pressing a quick peck on your cheeks. Though you were annoying and loud, you still put up with him, and Koga knew that he wasn't exactly the easiest person to get along with. He's glad that you still decide to hang out with him regardless of how he treats you, and sometimes he's even glad to call you a friend.
"Kyaa~!" Yeah nevermind, you were just plain annoying.

Originally made these two for the @tricoufamily duo challenge, but completely forgot that the genre was supposed to be historical so let's just say they're making history. Still sharing though, and I even gave them a little bio if you're curious
Sim 1 - Milo Banks
Stoic
Light brown
Long
Freckles
Sim 2 - Evan Banks
Nervous
Extra long
Ginger
Vitiligo
Dynamic - Sibling Rivalry
The Banks family is what many call a dynasty in the making. Milo (left) and Evan (right) Banks are some of the biggest names in the SCAA. According to their father, the moment Milo figured out how to grab his first infant-sized basketball, Evan was there to try and steal it right out of his hands.
Their talent and competitive spirit have since pushed them to surpass the expectations anyone had for them and led them to the top of the SCAA rankings. For the past four years, the UBrite Dragons have dominated the league thanks to their synergy. Now that their college career are reaching their end, there is no doubt that they will both enter the SBA draft. The question that remains is: will their talents will be lent to the same team or will they finally decide to split up and shine individually?

Have decided that fancy expensive hairpin is a wedding gift (or adoption gift. Maybe both) from Zhongli to his new child, puppet reader.
Scara will not be outdone and commissions a beautiful lacquer jewelry box and a cosmetic box for their previous red eyeliner. I had other thoughts about the archons gifting things like it’s a battle for puppet reader’s platonic affections. Just think of puppet reader staying with Venti (when it’s his turn per custody agreement) and he’s playing his lyre while they dance.
Hm, so the crack idea of all the archons in Scaa’s boss battle would be even better post battle because of Scara erasing his existence from Irminsul. I’m leaning towards the altered memories being more of puppet reader essentially trapped inside or locked away as the foundation of the Shouki no Kami since they are unwilling and Dottore was doing Dottore things. (Archons get an attack stat boost due to their concern for puppet reader’s wellbeing would be nice.)
Bloom anon
Very beautiful and fancy hairpin that's probably funded by the funeral parlor haha and of course, Scara with the need to overthrow other people's gifts by giving a better one (you wonder where the hell he even gets the money for these)
Locked away makes it even more sad knowing they just got repaired that day, like the broken puppet that they are could do nothing, essentially passed out inside. Would also say attack speed boost too for the urgency of it all hahahha

Finalmente, sería ideal si no tuviera enemigos insectos o fúngicos.

Brewing Up the Numbers: A Deep Dive into Barista Pay Rates in the US 2024
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A Barista Making Delicious Coffee Do You Know Barista Pay Rates In The USA A barista is a person who prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages, typically in a coffee shop. They are responsible for grinding coffee beans, operating espresso machines, steaming milk, and creating latte art. Baristas also often have a good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and different coffee bean varieties. The word "barista" comes from the Italian word for "bartender," and it was originally used to refer to someone who served all kinds of drinks, not just coffee. However, in English-speaking countries, the term "barista" has come to be used specifically for someone who makes coffee drinks.Baristas can work in a variety of settings, including coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, and hotels. They may also work in mobile coffee carts or at events. To become a barista, there is no formal training required, but many coffee shops offer barista training programs. These programs typically teach baristas how to operate espresso machines, steam milk, and create latte art. Some baristas also choose to get certified by a professional organization, such as the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).Baristas play an important role in the coffee industry. They are the ones who are responsible for creating the perfect cup of coffee for their customers. They also help to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in coffee shops. The humble barista, the artist behind our morning lattes and afternoon pick-me-ups fuels our days with more than just caffeine. But how much does this artistry translate into their paychecks? While barista pay rates have been a topic of discussion, there's still room to delve deeper and uncover hidden aspects of this conversation. Unveiling the Nuances of Barista Pay Rates Scraping through internet data, we can glean valuable insights that paint a more comprehensive picture of barista pay in the US. Here are some key takeaways: 1. The Regional Ripple Effect: While national averages hover around $15.55 per hour, location plays a significant role. Baristas in major cities like Seattle and San Francisco can command hourly wages up to $18.75, while those in rural areas might see rates as low as $7.93. This highlights the crucial factor of cost of living impacting barista compensation. 2. Experience Matters, But Not Always As Much: Salary expectations naturally rise with experience. But for baristas, the pay increase might not be as substantial as one might think. The median pay range for entry-level positions is only $2.16 lower than that of experienced baristas, suggesting limited opportunities for significant wage growth within the field. 3. Beyond the Hourly Wage: Unveiling the Perks: While hourly rates are crucial, understanding the full compensation picture requires considering benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. These perks can vary greatly depending on the employer and can significantly impact a barista's overall well-being and financial security. Visualizing the Landscape: Infographics to Brew on To further illuminate the multifaceted world of barista pay, let's take a look at some data visualizations: Infographic 1: A Coast-to-Coast Barista Pay Rates Comparison

In recent years, Canada-based Indian restaurants have formed strategic partnerships with supply chain companies to meet the increasing demand for authentic Indian cuisine, particularly triggering an unprecedented spurt of online food-deliver restaurants at Port Credit, such as Indian Cuisine by the Lake. This innovative approach ensures a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and allows these restaurants to reach more consumers. Let us delve into how these alliances are shaping the culinary landscape and enhancing the dining experience for Canadians
Tumblr media
The Evolution of the Indian Restaurant Industry in Canada
The Canadian culinary scene has witnessed a significant transformation with the proliferation of Indian restaurants. These establishments have become synonymous with delectable flavors, rich cultural experiences, and aromatic spices. As the popularity of Indian cuisine continues to soar, restaurant owners are seeking efficient ways to streamline their operations and cater to the growing appetite for authentic Indian dishes.
Embracing Strategic Alliances with Supply Chain Companies
Recognizing the need for a consistent supply of premium ingredients, many Canada-based Indian restaurants have embraced strategic alliances with supply chain companies. By partnering with reliable suppliers, these restaurants can access fresh produce, spices, and specialty articles essential for crafting traditional Indian delicacies. This collaborative approach guarantees the availability of top-quality ingredients while enabling them to maintain competitive pricing and minimize logistical challenges. As supply-chain-as-a-service (SCaaS) becomes increasingly affordable, they have already started raising the bar in emerging industries like home delivery of freshly cooked food.
Enhancing Quality and Sustainability
Canada-based Indian restaurants are committed to upholding the highest standards in terms of quality and sustainability through these strategic partnerships. By working closely with supply chain companies prioritizing ethical sourcing and environmentally conscious practices, these establishments can offer consumers a dining experience that aligns with their values. From procuring farm-fresh produce to sourcing ethically sourced spices, online food-deliver restaurants at Port Credit continue to leverage these business partnerships to promote a sustainable food ecosystem.
Expanding Reach and Accessibility
The synergy between Indian restaurants and supply chain companies has not only elevated the quality of ingredients but has also facilitated greater accessibility to Indian cuisine in Canada. With a reliable supply chain as a strategic ally, restaurants can confidently expand their reach, establish new locations, and introduce their culinary offerings to a broader audience. Whether through dine-in services, takeout options, or online delivery platforms, these alliances empower Indian restaurants to efficiently cater to the diverse preferences of consumers while maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish.
Meeting Consumer Demand with Agility
