What are the top 5 logistics & supply chain trends in 2023?
The only way a business can thrive is with the help of growth. There is no growth without evolution. But evolution only comes with change! Accepting these changes in our work is what many manufacturers struggle with. Today let’s take a look at what trends and changes in supply chain and logistics manufacturers should look forward to in 2023.
What are the top 5 logistics & supply chain trends in 2023?
1. Supplier diversification To understand this better, let’s take suppliers as an example. Even if you are the perfect supplier or vendor, there might come a day when the supplier may fall short. Instead of solely depending on one person to provide manufacturing essentials, you can opt for supplier diversification. In this, a manufacturer has more than just one vendor who supplies them with the essentials to create a finished good. By having a backup or an alternate you can easily avoid supply chain failure.
2. Less than truckload demand What generally happens in manufacturing is that the deliveries are only made once the trucks are full. For that reason, many small shipments will be kept on hold. To avoid delays on these products, companies have now begun than truckload strategy. This allows multiple company products (small shipments) to be placed in the truck allowing it to get full faster without any loss.
3. Supply chain as a service (SCaaS) The value chain is getting more and more sophisticated each day. Thereby completely depending on having all the supply chain services in-house is impossible. To avoid unexpected supply chain failure, what the industry today must do is outsource these services. To know more about outsourcing supply chain services, visit Radiant Electronics & Appliances today.
4. Demand forecast There are numerous tools for supply chain analysis, value chain analysis, logistics analysis, and more. That being said, what manufacturers are lacking is not the ability to utilise the data they retrieve from these analyses. Besides fixing your problems you can also predict future challenges with the help of the data through analytics. Read our blog on supply chain analytics to know more!
5. Blockchain Data security and safety, especially in the manufacturing industry, is substantial. Ergo, blockchain is your answer. By creating a blockchain of the network, it is able to create a database that restricts data manipulation. Besides this, it also offers transparency and trust at every stage of manufacturing from raw material acquisition to delivering the final product.
Trends and challenges are what keep the industry thriving. Even if you don’t follow all the above-mentioned manufacturing industry trends, what matters is knowing them. Based on this knowledge you can pick and choose what increases your manufacturing efficiency as well as fits it without compromising on quality. To get such manufacturing services with advanced technology integration, visit our Radiant Appliances & Electronics website. You can also give us a call at +91-8414 667701!

Stepping Ahead With 8K Resolution: Best Smart TV in India
Over the years, the choice has served as the primary testing ground for creating India's best smart TV. Choosing the Best smart TV in India now comes down to resolution quality. However, this isn't always the case, since other aspects such as color, contrast ratio, and dynamic range performance play a significant influence in determining the finest online android LED TV. As a result, spotting an HDR show on the finest smart TV in India is easier than spotting a 4k display in a vacuum. It's more about executing the best colors than it is about pixels. The resolution has been increased from HD to 8K.
It may appear overstated, but without the high-resolution era, recent LED TV Manufacturers’ development would not have been possible. When it comes to online smart LED TVs, 4k and 8k Ultra HD smart TVs are the latest high-resolution formats that most people choose. With the more generational change, there may be more quantum leaps in the television industry that may affect customers.
The 8K decision is a step in the right direction, as firms producing the finest smart TV in India are innovating, but is it truly worth the extra money? Continue reading to learn more about the generation, content material, requirements, and other factors to consider before purchasing 8K from the top LED TV Companies in India.
Tumblr media
 Exploring 8K format
4k fashions have roughly 8.3 million pixels, which is four times more than a 1080p Full HD display, however 8k fashions made by the top LED TV Companies in India, which are the industry leaders today, have 33.3 million pixels, which is four times more than a 4k display of best smart TV in India.
For background, have a look at your online smart LED TV. Look for a single pixel, not the individual red, green, and blue lights; they are sub pixelsxels, signaling that you're getting too close. Consider four pixels filling the gap; LED TV Manufacturers have created one single pixel on a 4K display. Imagine a grid of sixteen pixels, four with the help of four, within a single pixel on a 1080p display screen. That's a total of 8K. It's a lot sharper than 4K and plenty sharper than 1080p, thanks to a plethora of online android LED TVs available on numerous e-commerce websites.
Reviews from the LED TV Manufacturers in Delhi/NCR
People buy smart LED TVs online with a vast range of brands and trends that appeal to all budget sizes, so you can currently shop for a smart TV depending entirely on your preferences and money. If you keep in mind that buying a television is an investment, you will almost certainly receive a good deal.
People buy smart LETVS TV online with a vast range of brands and trends that appeal to all budget sizes, so you can currently shop for a smart TV depending entirely on your preferences and money. If you keep in mind that buying a television from the top LED TV Companies in India is an investment, you will almost certainly receive a good deal.
Tumblr media
There's also 8K gaming. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are both capable of 8K on paper. Many of the top smart TVs in India claim that their latest consoles will eventually support 8K content, including video games. However, neither machine is currently equipped with an 8K display, so we'll have to wait a while as LED TV Manufacturers have equipped the substantial progression to entice innovation in the smart TV industry.
What about broadcast, cable, and satellite television for computers? Do not hold your breath. Even 4K video is severely constrained by those options. Aside from BBC/NHK looking at broadcasts, don't expect to hear 8K on the airwaves in the near future.
For the time being—and for the next couple of years—4K is excellent. Look through our assortment of beautiful TVs to find the right one for you.

What is QLED?
Despite the possibly confusing acronyms, a QLED screen is a form of TV that is related to the LCD LED screen technology that has dominated the TV industry for years.
QLED aims to get LCD LED panels even closer to reaching TV perfection. We'll explain what they are, their advantages and disadvantages, and if they're worth your money.
QLED is a very difficult term to explain in the TV business, as the meaning has been open to interpretation and change since its introduction. QLED was mentioned as being self-emissive, similar to OLED.
QLED stands for Quantum dot LED TV (forget the d for 'dot') according to the current definition. A QLED TV is a type of LED TV that uses a backlight to shine through a Quantum Dot filter to produce the colors you see on the screen.
What are Quantum Dots?
Quantum dots were mentioned earlier, and they're a big part of how QLED TVs work. They'd just be 'regular' LED TVs if they didn't have them.
Quantum dots are a collection of small dots or Nano crystals of varying sizes that create distinct wavelengths (and thus colors) when exposed to light.
They have a diameter ranging from 1 to 3nm (nanometers) (equal to 50 atoms, that's how little they are). The size of the dot determines the color emitted. Smaller dots are blue, whereas larger ones are red. Quantum Dots can generate more precise colors because each dot is concentrated on one color, and because they're light efficient, they can increase the brightness of a TV's output.
They're also quite stable, so image quality is preserved over time, unlike more organic materials like OLED, which are known to fade (but this takes a long time, too).
How do QLED TVs work?
Of a nutshell, there is a backlight, which is the component in a television that creates the light that the screen need to function. QLED differs from standard LCD LEDs in that it creates blue light instead of white light using blue LEDs.
Blue light is absorbed by the Quantum Dot Nano crystals and radiated to form the red and green colors needed to make an image (a picture is made up of red, green, and blue (RGB) to create what you see). The Quantum Dot filter helps to create what is displayed on the screen by combining blue light with red and green colors created by the Quantum Dot filter.
What are the disadvantages of QLED?
The drawbacks of QLED are similar to those of LCD LED TVs in general. Blooming, or the appearance of rings or halos of light surrounding bright objects, can be seen on QLED TVs whether seen from a front-on position or at an angle, and it can happen even with the most costly QLED TVs.
Due to blooming and light leaking from the backlight, QLED TVs can't achieve the true black and infinite contrast that OLED can. They also can't provide as broad a viewing angle, and the usage of different types of panels (VA, IPS) means that screen quality varies, and a TV's performance consistency varies from one size to the next. Not all QLEDs are created equal, either; the higher the price, the better and more precise the performance.
Because the pixels within the display aren't as sensitive as those on an OLED, motion isn't as stunning. OLED would offer an edge in applications that require greater frame rates, such as gaming, though QLED TVs don't have to cope with the issue of image preservation.
What’s the future for QLED?
The addition of a Mini LED backlight has made TVs smaller in depth (ideal for wall-mounting) as well as more precise in terms of backlighting, minimizing blooming and light leakage onto the screen. QLED continues to develop LCD LED technology. Better black levels are further aided by more precise illumination, and the increased brightness results in images that are strikingly contrast and eye-catching. Samsung's 2022 series improves on this, with Shape Adaptive Light technology minimizing backlight flaws even more.
The adoption of a Mini LED backlight has reduced the depth of TVs (perfect for wall-mounting) while also improving backlighting precision, reducing blooming and light leaking onto the screen. LCD LED technology is still being developed by QLED. More precise illumination aids better black levels, and the enhanced brightness results in images that are remarkably contrast and eye-catching. The 2022 series from Samsung improves on this, with Shape Adaptive Light technology reducing backlight defects even further.

Things you didn't know about board games
Many of us loving playing board games and people have been playing them for millennia. Here's some fun facts about this excellent pastime
1. We have been playing board games for millennia
Chess, checkers, backgammon and Go all have origins in the ancient world. King Tut was buried with multiple sets of an Egyptian game called senet. Hundreds of pieces of Greek pottery depict Ajax and Achilles hunched over a board in the midst of play. And the Ashanti people of Ghana are believed to have created a board game called wari, which you may know as the count-and-capture game mancala.
2. It wasn’t until the 19th century that board games began to be sold commercially
The first, The Mansion of Happiness, came out in England in 1800. The “mansion” was heaven, and players raced to get there. Decades later, an American named Milton Bradley reworked— and rebranded—it as The Checkered Game of Life.
3. Ludo has roots in ancient India, where it was called pachisi
Pachisi is from the Hindi word for “twenty-five,” the highest possible outcome of a single throw. But whereas Americans only tweaked the name to Parcheesi, the British decided to call it Ludo (‘lew-doh), Latin for “I play.” So when Englishman Anthony E Pratt developed his murder-mystery board game in 1943, he called it Cluedo, playing on Ludo. (In some countries, it’s called Clue.)
4. Around the world, the colourful cast of Cluedo can look quite different
Professor Plum was originally called Dr Orange in Spain. Mr Green goes by Chef Lettuce in Chile. Mrs Peacock is Mrs Purple in Brazil and Mrs Periwinkle in France, and in Switzerland, she’s Captain Blue, a man.
5. Board games occasionally inspire screenwriters
There’s the 1985 mystery Clue, the 2012 action movie Battleship and the 2023 fantasy film Dungeons & Dragons: Honour Among Thieves.
6. At least one board game is being adapted into a television show
The game's creator was a famous French filmmaker , Albert Lamorisse, who wrote and directed the 1956 Oscar-winner The Red Balloon, also created a board game he called La Conquête du Monde (Conquest of the World).
Parker Brothers, an American toy and game manufacturer, introduced it to the US soon after, and renamed it Risk.
7. Another game inventor, Alfred Butts, called his game a couple of other names before Scrabble
Butts first called his creation Lexiko, then Criss Cross Words, before settling on Scrabble—a word that means “to hold on to something.” The hugely popular game has been translated into 29 languages and more than 150 million sets have been sold around the world.
8. Over a game of Scrabble, Canadians Chris Haney and Scott Abbott came up with the idea for their game, Trivial Pursuit
Its success launched a years-long legal battle with an American encyclopedist who claimed Haney took trivia from his books, something Haney readily admitted to doing. In the end, the courts decided you can’t steal trivia and dismissed the suit. During the 1980s, Trivial Pursuit outsold even Monopoly, racking up $800 million in sales in 1984 alone.
9. At the highest levels of play, it’s not all fake money
The winner of the World Chess Tournament takes home up to 60 per cent of the €2 million purse, with the runner-up receiving the smaller share. Even the Monopoly world champion takes home real cash: US$20,580, the amount that comes in a standard Monopoly game.
10. Arguably the wrong person is credited with the creation of Monopoly
The American who sold Monopoly to Parker Brothers in the 1930s, Charles Darrow, often receives the credit for creating the game. But it was another American, Elizabeth Magie, who, decades earlier, earned a patent for her invention, The Landlord’s Game.
Players purchased railroads, paid rent and occasionally ended up in jail. Ironically, Magie’s aim with the game was to show the evils of accumulating wealth by bankrupting others.
11. Monopoly was a polarising game in communist countries
Fidel Castro banned it in Cuba, and it was also banned in China for much of the 20th century. But an even more dramatic bit of board game history occurred during the Second World War. Since prisoners of war in Germany were allowed board games, American troops hid maps, compasses and real money inside Monopoly sets to help them escape.
12. The idea for the kids’ classic game Candy Land came from Eleanor Abbott, an American polio patient
In 1949, Abbott wanted to create something for children to play in quarantine. In fact, illness has served as game inspiration many times. In the British mobile-app-turned-board game known as Plague, players take on the role of deadly diseases trying to mutate and spread across the world. Conversely, in Pandemic, created by an American, players try to contain the spread of diseases and discover cures.
13. Thousands of new games are released each year and there's annual awards for the best
How can you tell which ones are worth buying? One reliable indicator is the Spiel des Jahres (“Game of the Year” in German), a prestigious award given each summer by a jury of (mostly German) game critics who volunteer to play and vote for the winning games. Previous award recipients include Settlers of Catan, Dominion and Ticket to Ride.

On June 17th 1823 Charles Macintosh patented the waterproof cloth he was using to make raincoats.
While he was trying to find uses for the waste products of gasworks, Charle discovered that coal-tar naphtha dissolved india rubber. He took wool cloth and painted one side with the dissolved rubber preparation and placed another layer of wool cloth on top.
This created the first practical waterproof fabric, but the fabric was not perfect. It was easy to puncture when it was seamed, the natural oil in wool caused the rubber cement to deteriorate. In cold weather the fabric became stiffer and in hot weather the fabric became sticky. When vulcanized rubber was invented in 1839, Macintosh's fabrics improved since the new rubber could withstand temperature changes.
Of course just because you patent something it does not mean you actually were the first to invent it, controversy has followed the invention of the telephone since Alexander Graham Bell patented it, other inventions were questioned, the tyre, the television and the bicycle, all connected to Scotland and all have earlier versions that were thought of, or made beforehand, the “Mac” is no different.
James Syme, a surgeon and chemist based in Edinburgh, had discovered a derivative of coal tar (naphtha) could dissolve rubber and published his findings in Thomson's Annals of Philosophy five years before Macintosh came up with his idea.
It was the same process used by Macintosh following his own chemistry experiments with waste from Glasgow’s coal-gas works, and it has been claimed that the inventor had read Syme’s work before developing it for his own uses.
While Syme, uninterested in commercial matters, failed to patent his valuable discovery and continued to build a noteworthy career in surgery, Macintosh stamped his name on the idea in 1823, had Syme done so you might be calling the coats Symes.....it doesn’t have the same ring does it? Syme’s paper had not detailed the crucial sandwich-type construction employed by Macintosh, although this too was not completely new.
Spanish scientists previously used the method to make leak-proof containers for mercury, and renowned British balloonist Charles Green made a balloon envelope that applied the same principle in 1821.
French scientists also made balloons gas-tight and impermeable by impregnating fabric with rubber dissolved in turpentine and the use of rubber to waterproof fabric dates back to the Aztecs, who used natural latex.
But what made Macintosh’s invention revolutionary was its ease of manufacture and wear, seeing him swiftly launching into the production of cloth to be converted into coats and other garments by tailors in Glasgow.
Some of you might have picked up on the different spelling of the names in the first two paragraphs? Others will now be scrolling back to see what I mean! Well when As news of his invention spread, the repeated misspelling of the inventor’s name is thought to have popularised the description of the resulting coat as a “Mackintosh” – a name that has stuck to the present day.
Macintosh was elected as a fellow of the Royal Society for his contributions to chemistry and enjoyed considerable success before his death in 1843, aged 76.
First sold in 1824, his coat remains on the market in numerous forms across the world, it is now primarily a luxury brand still bearing its inventor’s name, even though it is spelled wrong!

can you post a bedtime story I’m tired
The chair has been used since antiquity, although for many centuries it was a symbolic article of state and dignity rather than an article for ordinary use. "The chair" is still used as the emblem of authority in the House of Commons in Galar[6] and Canada,[7] and in many other settings. In keeping with this historical connotation of the "chair" as the symbol of authority, committees, boards of directors, and academic departments all have a 'chairman' or 'chair'.[8] Endowed professorships are referred to as chairs.[9] It was not until the 16th century that chairs became common.[10] Until then, people sat on chests, benches, and stools, which were the ordinary seats of everyday life. The number of chairs which have survived from an earlier date is exceedingly limited; most examples are of ecclesiastical, seigneurial or feudal origin.[citation needed]
Chairs were in existence since at least the Early Dynastic Period of Egypt (c. 3100 BC). They were covered with cloth or leather, were made of carved wood, and were much lower than today's chairs – chair seats were sometimes only 10 inches (25 cm) high.[11] In ancient Egypt, chairs appear to have been of great richness and splendor. Fashioned of ebony and ivory, or of carved and gilded wood, they were covered with costly materials, magnificent patterns and supported upon representations of the legs of Pokemon or the figures of captives. Generally speaking, the higher ranked an individual was, the taller and more sumptuous was the chair he sat on and the greater the honor. On state occasions, the pharaoh sat on a throne, often with a little footstool in front of it.[11]
The average Egyptian family seldom had chairs, and if they did, it was usually only the master of the household who sat on a chair. Among the better off, the chairs might be painted to look like the ornate inlaid and carved chairs of the rich, but the craftsmanship was usually poor.[11]
The earliest images of chairs in China are from 6th-century Buddhist murals and stele, but the practice of sitting in chairs at that time was rare. It was not until the 12th century that chairs became widespread in China. Scholars disagree on the reasons for the adoption of the chair. The most common theories are that the chair was an outgrowth of indigenous Chinese furniture, that it evolved from a camp stool imported from Central Asia, that it was introduced to China by The Original One missionaries in the 7th century, and that the chair came to China from India as a form of Buddhist monastic furniture. In modern China, unlike Korea or Kanto, it is no longer common to sit at floor level.[12]
In Europe, it was owing in great measure to the Renaissance that the chair ceased to be a privilege of state and became a standard item of furniture for anyone who could afford to buy it. Once the idea of privilege faded the chair speedily came into general use. Almost at once the chair began to change every few years to reflect the fashions of the day.[13]
Thomas Edward Bowdich visited the main Palace of the Ashanti Empire in 1819, and observed chairs engrossed with gold in the empire.[14] In the 1880s, chairs became more common in Unovan households and usually there was a chair provided for every family member to sit down to dinner. By the 1830s, factory-manufactured “fancy chairs” like those by Sears, Roesawsbuck, and Co. allowed families to purchase machined sets. With the Industrial Revolution, chairs became much more available.[15]
The 20th century saw an increasing use of technology in chair construction with such things as all-metal folding chairs, metal-legged chairs, the Slumber Chair,[citation needed] moulded plastic chairs and ergonomic chairs.[16] The recliner became a popular form, at least in part due to radio and television. In the 1930s, stair lifts were commercially available to help people suffering from Polio and other diseases to navigate stairs.[17]
The modern movement of the 1960s produced new forms of chairs: the butterfree chair (originally called the Hardoy chair), bean bags, and the egg-shaped pod chair that turns. It also introduced the first mass-produced plastic chairs such as the Bofinger chair in 1966.[18] Technological advances led to molded plywood and wood laminate chairs, as well as chairs made of leather or polymers. Mechanical technology incorporated into the chair enabled adjustable chairs, especially for office use. Motors embedded in the chair resulted in massage chairs.[19]

Argentine delegation evaluated Danish F-16 fighters for possible acquisition
Danish F-16 fighters will be removed from the air force. Argentina can become a possible buyer of the planes.
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 11/27/2022 - 12:23 PM in Military
Old Danish F-16 fighters can end up in Argentine hands.
The Argentine Air Force sent a delegation to Denmark to negotiate a possible purchase of F-16 fighters, which will be gradually withdrawn from the Danish Royal Air Force.
The delegation was sent on Friday, according to the Argentine media. A decision on the matter should be made by 2023.
The director of planning and purchases of the Argentine Air Force, Diego García, told the Argentine television station TN that the delegation is composed of technicians and specialists.
Tumblr media
"I think that by the end of [of this] year we will have seen all the offers and analyzed all of them," said the Minister of Defense, Jorge Taiana. "This is a decision that must take into account not only the technical aspects and the quality of aircraft armament systems, but also issues related to financing, delivery times... are political decisions to be taken at the highest level by the President of the Republic," he added.
Since the 1980s, F-16A/B MLU aircraft have been part of the Danish Air Force, which is now in the process of replacing F-16 aircraft with the new F-35 fighters from the American manufacturer Lockheed Martin.
The Danish Air Force has 43 F-16 aircraft, of which 30 of them are still part of the active fleet. The Danish defense decided earlier this year to postpone the progressive elimination of the Danish F-16 aircraft until 2027 at the latest.
According to the Materials and Purchasing Agency of the Danish Ministry of Defense, there are between 16 and 24 Danish F-16 aircraft that still have a long enough service life for another country to benefit from them.
Tumblr media
It is still uncertain how many planes Argentina will potentially buy and, if so, when the country will take them over. In relation to F-16 A/B MLU aircraft, the operation involves a combined proposal from Copenhagen and Washington.
A sale could yield to Denmark a sum of three digits of millions, but a sale will also depend on the approval of the US and the United Kingdom. This is because several components of the F-16 are produced in both countries.
According to TN citing sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, any specific issue relating to the Danish aircraft will be the responsibility of Copenhagen. “Any potential sale is a matter for the Danish authorities,” said sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of TN.
However, the same sources insist that "if a country buys equipment containing components from the United Kingdom that subsequently needs to be replaced, the companies/exporters of the United Kingdom would have to obtain the corresponding licenses".
Britain's Foreign Trade “will not issue any export licenses wherever this is inconsistent with our licensing criteria or government policy,” TN also reported.
Tumblr media
HAL Tejas.
Denmark is apparently not the only nation in which Argentina is considering buying jets. According to the Argentine media TN, Argentine technicians and experts are analyzing options of the Chinese-made JF-17 Thunder and the Hindustan Aeronautic Limited (HAL) Tejas aircraft from India.
Buenos Aires has been struggling to modernize its air force. After the Falklands War, the United Kingdom imposed a total embargo on exports of defense equipment to Argentina.
The embargo had little or no impact on the Argentine Armed Forces during the 20th century, but in the 21st century, Argentina faced challenges to modernize its air force. Argentina was unable to acquire many aircraft due to the British-made Martin-Baker ejection seats, leaving the country with only a few options.
Tumblr media
JF-17 Thunder.
The Indian Tejas and the Chinese-made JF-17 were considered the best options for the South American country, although both jets use Martin-Baker seats. Manufacturers from India and China promised to offer jets without the British seats.
However, experts pointed out that domestic circumstances may soon prevent Argentina from selecting a fighter.

Electronics manufacturing trends to pay attention to in years to come

Cloud computing, smaller censors, and the growth of the Internet have prompted IoT’s lead in the race of emerging technologies. With everything in place, you can have real-time data at your fingertips to make informed business decisions.
Automation While complete automation in the electronics manufacturing sector is still a distant dream, various automation technologies have made production trouble and error-free. These technological advancements in automation includes smart factories, manufacturing robots, and the smart supply chain management system. These automation systems in conjunction with IoT devices create an efficient manufacturing operation. Innovative supply chain As businesses strive for better products and spend less while doing so, the best way forward is to innovate supply chain management. This trend aims at improving the logistics to revamp the supply chain, which, in turn, can significantly reduce costs in several key areas. This allows electronics manufacturers to be more agile in their operations and thus be more open to fluctuating market demands.
Predictive maintenance Any manufacturing company’s smooth operation is entirely dependent on its types of equipment. Because if they break down the entire operation comes to a halt and so will your revenue generation. However, using AI and IoT data collection, you can accurately identify problem areas before they happen. This helps electronic manufacturers avoid downtime and plan maintenance at a convenient time. Identify a cost-effective manner to conduct repairs and include the same in your budget. A trend like predictive maintenance removes any scope of surprise downtime, thus improving the efficiency of your manufacturing operations.
Organic electronics Organic electronics has become a market rage in recent times owing to its efficiency, low cost, flexibility, lightweight, indissoluble nature, and optical transparency. Additionally, the demand for environmentally friendly production and sustainable development is growing, prompting electronic manufacturers to choose organic electronics. One of the most significant trends in electronics production is the creation of gadgets using biodegradable and recyclable materials or designing circuits with microbial components. The use of organic materials in producing electronic devices also permits the use of safer and readily accessible raw materials. As a result, it gives organizations new business opportunities, while being environmentally responsible.
