A Chance Reunion

While out on a job, War hears a familiar song being sung, and she decides to follow it. That decision leads to an attack, a reunion with her best friend, and a reboot caused by immense embarrassment

The glitch made a face and paused what she was doing, the wind carrying some unknown medley in her direction. She knew she had a job to do here, but at the same time... What was that song?

As she began to follow the sound, doing her best to avoid the pricker plants and thorny brush, War gained a sense of familiarity. She'd heard that song before, but she couldn't pinpoint from where. The tune grew louder and louder until the song was crystal clear, and as the rider emerged from the bushes that lined a long forgotten path, she spotted the singer. The mystery person was perched on the edge of a dock, singing to themselves with their feet in the water. They seemed unaware of her presence, and she furrowed her brow bones.

That sense of familiarity grew stronger, but before War had the chance to call out to the singer, a guttural growl was heard. Immediately following the growl, War was slammed into the side of a tree by the force of someone's full weight. She cried out in shock and instinctively reached for her sockets, but as if the attacker had seen this move before, one of his hands snatched both of her wrists, pinning them above her head. She screeched and began thrashing, her figure glitching heavily, "H-Hey, what the hell do you think you're doing?! Let me go, jackass!"

Her attacker tilted his head and chuckled, his voice low and husky, "I don't think so, Glitchy. Not when I've already put you on the menu for tonight's dinner." Her sockets widened and she continued thrashing, "You can't eat me! I'll turn to dust the second my soul shatters!" The monster before her leaned closer, the stench of death and decay on his breath as he spoke, intentionally flashing his sharp, serrated teeth at her, "I know." He lifted his free hand, entirely too content as he tugged off her scarf, eyeing the fabric for a moment, "Huh. This might be somethin' my kid would like. Guess I'll have to hold onto it and ask her."

With her neck vertebrae now exposed and vulnerable, War scrunched up her shoulders. Watching the futile attempt to hide her neck from him, the elder of the two skeletons laughed, "Cute, but I can still see your neck." He paused, leaning even closer and grinning as she squirmed. The instant she tilted her head again and he saw an opening, he buried his face in the crook of her neck and mumbled, "If you were anyone else, you'd be dead by now. You're funny though, so you should count yourself as lucky." As the glitch felt a grand total of four rows of jagged teeth graze over her neck, she whimpered, tightly squeezing her eyes shut.

A voice called out to her attacker and he let out a sigh, pulling back to look at a second monster. Hesitantly cracking an eye open to peek at her incidental savior, War frowned; That posturing, the clothing style, and those violet eye lights... Memories began to resurface and the rider narrowed her eyes in confusion, "......Betta?" The smaller of the pair before her blinked, her attention now focused solely on the glitch. With some prodding, her attacker released her wrists and took a step back, allowing his daughter to move closer. War's face became flushed as the other female skeleton began to sniff at her, starting at her face. As she continued sniffing around the glitch's body, she made a face, promptly deciding to step back and nonchalantly check her out, her violet, heart shaped eye lights roaming over War. As the realization finally clicked into place, she seemed to perk up, her eyes wide with excitement as a piranha-like grin stretched across her face, "MALLY! IT'S REALLY YOU!"

War yelped as she was tackled, nearly losing her balance. Letting out a deep sigh of relief, War made a sound of confirmation, awkwardly wrapping her arms around the lake dweller, "Yeah, it's me. I'm glad you finally recognized me, Weirdo." Betta giggled, visibly giddy at being reunited with her old friend. She shared a look with the elder lake dweller, "Dad, look! It's Mal! It's my best friend!" Her father rolled his false eye lights, disappointment flickering in his gaze at having lost his prey, "I can see that, Betta. I'll leave now so you guys can catch up, or whatever." Betta made a sound in acknowledgment, and with that, her father dismissed himself, vanishing into the forest. As soon as he was gone, War let out another breath, flooded by even more relief than before, "Oh, thank god. I thought he was gonna kill me. As much as I hate existing sometimes, I really don't wanna be someone's dinner."

Betta continued grinning excitedly at her, "He would've done it too, if I hadn't shown up in time." War offered her a slight smile, "I don't doubt that at all. Thanks to you and your impeccable timing, I get to live another day." Betta beamed at her, "Mmhm! Once again, I've saved the day with only minimal effort." The glitch couldn't help the amused chuckle that left her; She'd forgotten just how much she missed this dweeb. Her body froze up and glitched in surprise, her entire face flushing bright blue as she felt teeth press against her own. It wasn't the first time Betta had kissed her like this, but it'd been so long that War had forgotten the way it felt. Her body began to relax and for a moment, she began to cave, melting into the kiss.

Remembering her current circumstances, she placed her hands on Betta's shoulders, nudging the lake dweller and lightly pushing her away. Betta tilted her head in confusion, and War sighed, visibly flustered, "I know you're excited to see me, and I know it's been a while, but you can't do that anymore. I found my soulmate, and he probably wouldn't appreciate you kissing me." The lake dweller pouted, "Sorry about that. It's just been way, way too long, and I missed getting to kiss you... I'll try not to do it again." War's blush became a bit brighter and she looked away from her friend, "Thank you. At least you're listening to me, this time." Betta made a face and huffed, "Well, it's not my fault that you always smelled like chocolate! Pardon me for thinking you smelled nice."

Memories of previous times the lake dweller had kissed her began to invade the glitch's mind, and her figure fizzled as she recalled the other's hands wandering on more than one occasion. War's face burned even brighter, and before she could snap at her friend to shut up, Betta smiled again as if nothing was wrong, completely casual as she chirped, "So you finally found your soulmate, huh? What's he like?" War shrunk back a little in embarrassment, avoiding eye contact, "He's... He's uh... He's great. Funny, unbelievably smart, good with animals, and absurdly charming." Betta hummed, "What's his name? Is he hot?"

War's body glitched again and she glanced around, needing to remind herself that Pestilence wasn't there with her before answering, "His name's Pestilence... Wasn't always that, though. Mine got changed too. It's 'War' now. But yeah......... He's hot." Her face grew even brighter at the admission and she mentally cursed at herself. If Pest had heard her admit that she thought he was attractive, there'd be no way he'd ever let her live it down. The lake dweller remained completely casual, her brow bones lifting as she noticed War's scarf on the ground; Her dad must've dropped it when he left to go off and pout somewhere. She leaned down to pick it up, before offering the item to the rider, "You guys got your names changed, huh? That's cool." She paused as War reached out to take back her scarf.

As War busied herself with putting it on again and looping it around her neck, Betta watched her, tilting her head in curiosity, "Is he good in the sack, too?" As expected, the glitch's sockets widened, almost the size of small saucers as she stared at the lake dweller in disbelief, "...Are you seriously asking me that right now, Betta?" The lake dweller shrugged, entirely unashamed, "Yeah, I am. I'm just curious, y'know? I wanna make sure he's good at pleasing my bestie, in every sense of the word." War made a face, "I appreciate your concern, but I'm not answering that. That is extremely personal, and I won't be discussing it with you today."

Knowing her friend all too well, Betta arched a brow bone and smirked, "So in other words, yes, he's amazing. I gotcha, Grumpy Butt." To finish off her statement, she teasingly winked, and War's sockets began to cloud over. Reaching maximum embarrassment, a dial tone sound could be heard, and War's body went limp. Acting fast, Betta was able to catch her, lifting the glitch into her arms and sighing as a reboot bar appeared above her head. Unbelievable; They hadn't seen each other in years, and after not even an hour of finally speaking again, War had already shorted out on her. The lake dweller couldn't help the way her expression softened as she looked at the rider, and she shook her head, smiling slightly.

It was unbelievable, but at the same time, it was exactly like War to do this sort of thing. Despite all the time that had passed, the glitch really hadn't changed at all.

So yeah,, I did a thing. Top left is Kali, top middle is Nyx, and top right is supposed to be Kazimir

The two doofs on the bottom are Dust and Killer. Killer still drips liquid hate everywhere and his eyes are still leaky, I just chose not to add that in, that way the cracks would be easier to see

His face is cracked because he was actually hit by Ret's morningstar, back in his introduction blurb. Then Dust has a hole in his face because of Connie's waterbending move and how he got hit by part of it that was frozen. Their outfits are pretty similar to their original counterparts, but I haven't actually planned any of the specifics out yet, tbh ^^"

*an additional little note: y'know how Nyx and Kali look like they're wearing makeup? Although it seems like most people usually do that to help identify male vs female skeletons, I was thinking about that a bit earlier and I had a thought: War's a lady and she wasn't born with them, but yet, Kazimir's a boy, and he's got them

I figured that maybe it's a genetic thing. Females might be more likely to have them, but that doesn't mean that guys can't have them, too. In Kazimir's case, it's because he and Nyx are twins

Speaking of Kazimir, if you look closely at his ecto, you'll see little cyan specks in it. While Nyx is more like Nightmare, Kazimir actually got a little more of the corruption, hence why he's able to form tentacles when he gets upset

Ok ok since it crossed my mind again;;

Poppy the panther: varying shades of purple (and possibly grey or blue, but idk for sure)

Buddy the badger: varying shades of blue and grey

Wynter the wolf: mostly white, maybe with some dark blue and/or red accents here and there

Rascal the raccoon: varying shades of green, possibly with some brown accents

Betta the bunny: varying shades of pink and purple (but mostly pink)

Havoc the husky: uhhhhhh black and white, maybe with red and/or blue accents. Maybe some yellow in there too, idk yet

Buster the bunny: varying shades of red and/or blue

Poppy is the animatronic version of my Riderverse Reaper Sans variant, and Buddy is the animatronic version of Famine (my Riderverse Horror Sans variant)

Wynter is the robo wolf version of War, and then Rascal is the robo raccoon version of Pestilence. Betta is... Betta, and then Havoc is Error and Buster is Geno

I just keep imagining Rascal as this green raccoon and Poppy as some sort of purple panther, and my brain won't let go of that, so I wanted to post something about it before I forgot

No matter the universe, be it normal Riderverse, this Security Breach inspired one, or something else, he'll always love her with everything he's got

Which is precisely why he (as Rascal) has the potential to become so incredibly dangerous, if Wynter gets decommissioned before him and he happens to find out

Some of the plant life in the RiderVerse

I started to sketch some of these, but then my motivation died almost immediately, so ye ^^” if you’d like to try designing any of these plants though, be my guest!

Flowey: low growing, two almond shaped leaves, leaves are of a moderate size, resembles a daisy, petals are yellow, will talk and try to deceive people (has been known to attempt to kill those near him, especially humans). Flowey is native to pretty much every AU ever, and even when the residents of RiderVerse vanished, he somehow remained

Echo Flower: low growing, two almond shaped leaves, leaves are of a moderate size, five petals, petals are blue and appear to glow faintly, will repeat a person's word if the flick it. Echo Flowers are also native to pretty much every AU ever

Nycto Flower: shrub, tiny leaves in the shape of stars, reproduces via stalks of large six petaled indigo flowers, aids headaches and induces wakefulness if ingested (must dry the petals, then crush into a fine powder and add to your food or beverage). Not native to RiderVerse; They were brought to RiderVerse from Retribution’s home AU, which is a variant of Dreamtale

Spear Flower: sprawling plant, large leaves in the shape of spear heads, reproduces via clusters of bright pink flowers, four petals, leaves are sharp enough to cut through human skin. Not native to RiderVerse; These came to RiderVerse with Famine, who wanted to bring some seeds from his old home AU, which is a variant of Horrortale

Pink Shock: low growing plant, huge frilly leaves, reproduces via clusters of regular pink flowers, three petals per flower, small thorns along the stem, tastes like pink lemonade, may only eat three flowers a day (flowers are eaten raw, right off of the plant); if too much is eaten at once, can induce temporary full body paralysis. Native to RiderVerse

Lunar Fruit: low growing plant, huge leaves in the shape of fans, reproduces via huge cream colored flowers, three petals per flower, leaves conceal spherical fruit with transparent skin, skin resembles gelatin, fruit is slightly larger than oranges, fruit inside is smokey grey, oozes lots of juice, smell is similar to spearmint, fruit makes the mouth tingle the way mint does, tropical flavor, eases emotional trauma, relieves stress, and speeds up the healing process (also great for pie making). Native to RiderVerse

Monk's Eye Fruit: fruit looks like human eyes, the “iris” parts come in different colors, slightly bigger than a grape, fruit grows from a shrub in bunches, ripeness of fruit signified by the appearance of clusters of pale yellow four petaled flowers and small cone shaped leaves, amplifies one's special talents, wards off evil, will cause hallucinations to those it deems “evil”. Not native to RiderVerse; They’re invasive, and no one’s really sure where they come from

King’s Claw Plant: tree, tiny leaves in the shape of spear heads, reproduces via numerous large royal purple six petaled flowers, large claw-like thorns along the trunk, aids certain lung ailments, induces honesty, temporarily diminishes strength. Native to RiderVerse

Whisper Lily: low growing plant, moderate sized long thin leaves, reproduces via a single pale blue four petaled flower, repeats and amplifies the whispers/murmurs of whoever speaks near it. Not native to RiderVerse; War’s father, Necro, gave Death some seeds that he found in a dying AU. He thought the flowers were pretty, and couldn’t bare to see the species die with the timeline

Angel's Blade Flower: low growing plant, tiny pointed round leaves that have jagged edges and sting whoever touches them, reproduces via a cluster of crimson bell shaped flowers, enhances agility and aids certain mental issues. Native to RiderVerse

Imperial Ink Berries: tree, huge lacy leaves, reproduces via clusters of pale teal four petaled flowers which conceal clusters of deep purple ink berries; if berries are eaten, they taste like a combination of pineapple and strawberry, used to produce/create pale blue, pink, mustard yellow, lime green, and teal ink, can be eaten to aid any emotional or mental pain, temporarily diminishes sight and strength, best eaten before going to sleep. Not native to RiderVerse; They come from the kingdom of Regoria, which is ruled by Nyx (Lady Night)

Banshee Cotton: low growing plant, moderate sized long thin leaves, reproduces via a single lavender four petaled flower, cotton resembles grey and white multi length strands of hair wadded into a small bundle, is wirey to the touch, is used to create grim reaper attire for ceremonies when a new reaper is born/created/reanimated, causes disturbing thoughts to humans who interact with it, can reanimate the dead in some instances, enhances agility, induces reaper transformation. Not native to RiderVerse; It comes from Death’s home AU, which is a variant of Reapertale

HP Herb: tall growing plant, tiny heart shaped leaves, reproduces via single dark orange six petaled flowers; when used for healing, it needs to be dried and crushed into a fine powder, then mixed in with food and/or drinks, speeds up the healing process, can cure any physical, emotional, and mental issues/injuries, relieves pain, improves cognitive function. Not native to RiderVerse; They were brought to the AU by Pestilence, who’d stashed some in one of his pockets before trying to escape his own home AU (when it was being attacked, god knows how long ago)

For Ink, I think the first thing he noticed about Error was how glitchy he is, his unusual bone coloration, super obvious things like that. Then for Error, he probably noticed how forgetful and clumsy Ink can be. It was aggravating at first, but he learned to work with it, so now, it's not nearly as annoying as it was, only god knows how long ago

Much like the last ask meme related thing I answered with Error, again, I don't think he'd be a fan of shopping. He'd hate going because there are people there, and if he absolutely needed to go, he'd be in and out as quick as possible. Ink isn't a fan of shopping either, but he's still willing to do it, at the very least. He has to take a list or else he'll forget what he went to the store for, and if he can't find something that he wrote down, he'd be the type to annoy the nearest employee, darting off after them to ask for this one very specific thing. If they just don't have it at the moment, he scraps the whole list, and it's usually up to Error to get the list and grab the rest of the stuff

For a random Riderverse skeleton pairing, I'm gonna go with Pestilence and War :P

For War, the first thing she probably noticed about him was how annoying he was, and how adamant he seemed to be about being in her personal space. Thankfully, they worked their way around that and came to an understanding, but still. Then for Pest, he was probably checking her out, tbh. Noting how short she is, the color her blush is whenever she gets flustered, the way her eye lights anxiously dart around to avoid any kind of prolonged eye contact, stuff like that. My guy notices the smallest details about people, and it's very hard for him NOT to catch something

When going grocery shopping, I feel like War doesn't actually wanna be there, but she tries to be responsible and handle it as best she can, anyway. Pest likes going to the store, because it gives him the perfect opportunity to mess with people. Maybe he'll even creep out an unnecessarily rude old person while he's there, or get the chance to make a Karen eat her words. He's as helpful as he can be, but it's very much like going shopping with a kid, whenever he goes with her

For ErrorInk, I feel like Ink would be the one proposing, since Error would be too embarrassed and nervous to. I also feel like Ink would either wait for them to be relaxing in outertale, or he'd drop the proposal on Error completely at random, without any form of warning whatsoever

Error is the one who worries the most though, and I cannot be convinced otherwise. He has anxiety for days, and he probably has every kind of anxiety based disorder too, to top it off. Generalized anxiety? Yep. Social anxiety/social phobia? Also yep. Other ones that I can't think of right now? Y e p

For a Riderverse skeleton pairing of my choice, I'm gonna go with my comfort pair, which happens to be Pestilence and War

Pest would probably be the one who proposes, because like Error, War would be too embarrassed and nervous to do or say anything. She'd just turn blue in the face and do it in the most ungraceful way possible. Pest would probably pop the question either on one of their date nights, or while they're just in bed together, cuddling. She'd need a few seconds to process what's happening, and then she'd definitely become an emotional mess once she did. If she successfully managed to propose to him, I have no idea how or when she'd do it, but he'd be surprised, hella blushy and flustered, and he might get a little emotional, too

Who worries more;; definitely War. She worries about everything, I stg. Pest does too, but he's very good at hiding it, as to not freak out anyone that's around him at the moment

Ok, so the concept we talked about a while ago, where everyone in Riderverse is an actor and everything that's been going on is just the performance they're giving/doing

I just had a thought

Imagine how weird it'd be if Killer and War actually got along really well behind the scenes? Like while they're not acting, it's just a normal thing to see them snacking together in the break area, or to see War chasing him because he just pranked her and she's a little mad about it

After every scene where he has to be a pervert or an ass to her, he checks in to make sure she's doing ok and hasn't forgotten that it's just acting

What if I involved Tango a little more in Riderverse

By having him be the guy who shows up to help Famine build a little stabling area of sorts for Abby's horse??

They'd have to go through Connie since she's the one with all the demon contacts, and in turn, she'd have to go through Diamondback to get ahold of Tango

Maybe Diamondback or Skink's shown her some pictures of the stuff that Tango's built around their property, and she remembered how sturdy and well put together everything looked. Even if their currency is different, I'm sure Tango would have no problems accepting gold coins from her, since she has more than enough money to spare

Or like,, maybe Pest needs some very specific parts for the device he was making to help War kinda neutralize her aura, but it'd be too difficult for him to try making any of it in his lab. He ends up venting a little to Connie because she can tell that he's frustrated about something, so she talks to Diamondback a little, and has Diamondback order the parts from Tango

Tango was a construction worker pretty much his whole life before he died and became a demon, so he's good at building stuff, and he probably has all the connections for if someone needs a specific tool or part for something

Official list of characters that exist in the RiderVerse

Main cast:

Death: the one who runs the group of riders. was once in a relationship with Conquest, is the father of their son, Mortem, and is currently in a relationship with Geno/Error

Famine: formerly a Horror variant of Sans who was raised by a human woman named Lila, who was his stepmom. he had two younger brothers: Papyrus (who we call "Willow") and Tobias (a half sibling, which he murdered). he's currently in a relationship with Retribution

Pestilence: formerly a Science variant of Sans who acted as both a doctor and the royal scientist. currently in a relationship with his soulmate, War

War: the little accident child of Error and Necro (that happened after an intense battle) and the adoptive older sister of Lucky, also was once known as Mal. formerly a member of Nightmare's team and Error's former protégé. is currently in a relationship with her soulmate, Pestilence. has two uncles, Geno and Fresh, and the Error she grew up with that was her father isn't the same as the one that currently shares a body with Geno. after first becoming a rider, she was taken in and trained by Death, who'd quickly become like family to her. is more than likely still in contact with Life, as well

Retribution: formerly a Dreamtale/Nightmare variant of Sans who was close with his brother and had managed to befriend a human (Lenore). went on a murder spree after the death of his brother and was recruited into the group of riders to act as karma/divine justice. Conquest is his deceased brother's reincarnation, and he's also Mortem's uncle. he's currently in a relationship with Famine

Glo: an old friend and adoptive sister of Conquest who is a fire elemental

Geno/Error: Geno is War's uncle, and he shares a body with Error. the Error he shares a body with isn't the same as the one that is War's biological father, however. the Error that is her father is Geno's younger brother, and also the older brother of her other uncle, Fresh. both are currently in a relationship with Death

Mortem: Death and Conquest's son, also Retribution's nephew

Eris: Death and Error's daughter, and Mortem's little half sister

Othni: now a demon, and also the elder brother of Lenore

Fresh: War's uncle, who made a deal with Necro to protect her in exchange for guaranteed resurrection, if he were to die somehow. the younger brother of both Geno and Error, but has no relation to the Error that Geno currently shares a body with

Cobalt: once a normal skeleton, now a demon. Conquest and Glo's childhood friend who's been in love with Connie as long as he can remember. Made a deal with Diamondback, asking the rattlesnake demon to protect Connie and her children after he passed away. This deal made it so that Death couldn't permanently get rid of Cobalt, since Cobalt intends to return sometime and become a part of Connie's life again

Other cast (ones who have connections to the main and side cast, but will likely have little to no impact on the main storyline):

Lenore: one of Retribution's only friends, back when he still went by "Nightmare." She ended up passing away, so now she's a ghost who's attached to Ret's orb of darkness. Is also the younger sister of Othni

Diamondback and Skink: a pair of demon lovers who are friends with Conquest, Cobalt, and Glo. As the names suggest, Diamondback's animal inspiration comes from an Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, and Skink's animal inspiration comes from a Blue Tongued Skink lizard

Nightmare and his squad: will more than likely not be too heavily involved in the main storyline. their main connection to everything is that Nightmare wants to get War to come back to work for him again, and Killer harbors some perverse interest in getting War back, as well. Nightmare is the father of Nyx and Kazimir, and the human he had them with is unknown

Nyx and Kazimir: Nyx is also known as Lady Night, and is one of Conquest's bosses. Her and Kazimir are fraternal twins and the children of Nightmare (which he had with a human)

406: an alternate version of War who's younger than her, far more mentally and emotionally unstable, and works for both Nightmare and Error. she's uh... heavily involved with Killer, but also has a bit of a crush on both Nightmare and Cross

Kali: formerly Calypso. is Conquest's older biological sister, and the two were separated as children. she now works for Nightmare and harbors a deep resentment for Conquest

The lake dwellers (Nep, Gill, and Betta): Nep is a former Horror and/or Fell variant of Sans who broke the one cardinal rule laid down by a god who'd been protecting his people. because he broke that rule, he was cursed; his appearance changed and he was forced to consume humans (he also cannibalizes other monsters too, though). Gill is a former variant of Papyrus that is his younger brother, and because he tried to defend Nep, he was cursed too. Betta is the daughter that Nep and Lust/Anteros (who are currently in a relationship) somehow accidentally had together, and she's also friends with Mal/War

Lust/Anteros: not actively involved anywhere in the main storyline, but is Betta's other parent and is also in a relationship with Nep

The Star Sanses (Ink, Dream, and Blue): the ones who originally captured War back when she was Mal, and then took her to Necro. War still communicates with them, but not much

Life: one of Death's friends, also technically created Zerif. she's in frequent contact with War, and War goes to her every so often when she needs help with things relating to emotions, morals, and insecurity

Custodius: an imp who works for Nyx

Val: Othni's skeleton host. The two have a contract, despite him also working for Nyx now

Roulette: Othni's lover. Her animal inspiration comes from a white rabbit, and she runs the Elysium, a popular casino in hell

Alex and Orion: a pair of twins that work for Othni. Alex is a mischievous neko, and Orion is an incubus who takes it upon himself to make sure he stays out of trouble

Hollow: a demon who works for Othni. He's a halfbreed (with his mother being a glitchy sinner demon and his unnamed father being a glitchy hellborn demon), and he's secretly dating an angel named Eve

Cosette: a seriously wacked out clown demon that was recruited by Othni. Her specific type is a Mime, and she enjoys terrorizing her teammates

Floyd: a snake demon with hypno eyes who works with Diamondback

Tango: a grumpy hyena demon who's a construction worker. He takes all sorts of odd jobs, has an attitude, and is also known to have a drinking problem. Is also Pixie's adopted father, and he loves her more than anyone else. Is a friend to Diamondback and Skink

Pixie: Tango's adopted daughter. She's wild and hyperactive, and she's a tiny pyromaniac. Despite her cause of death being a house fire, she's still hooked on the feeling of starting fires, since it's exciting and brings her joy. Is also sometimes looked after by Skink

Major and Minor: a pair of jester demon twins who work for Roulette at her casino. Both of them are also very attached to the same human, and they would do just about anything to protect her

Lyzer: a mara demon that's a variant of Nightmare. He brings sleep paralysis and night terrors, and can even suffocate people if he so chooses. Frequently lurks around Roulette's casino because he enjoys scaring guests
