LMAO no, no, they're normal sized cats but the story they take away is that they were Big Cats.
Like how humans end up with dragons from snakes, or a flood myth that originally starts with a valley and a small boat full of some guy's livestock becomes The Whole World and Two of Every Animal
LionClan, TigerClan, and LeopardClan are just the three early clowders that live around the lake.
And how did THAT society know what Lions, Tigers, and Leopards are?
From stories even older than them. Generations past, like mythological creatures. Honestly if I was getting serious about it I would have some fun and re-design what the Clan cats think a lion actually looks like, and it would NOT look like a proper extinct Eurasian lion or an African one.

I had a wonderful Ghosts are Dragons idea thanks to @fairy-lights-and-blobs
Nocturne, the great feathered wyvern of dreams, son of Morpheous, created of the sands of dreams itself, might be a bit, oh what’s the word, stumped. He had been twisting through the smog of the living world, and honestly should have been unseen. Keyword being should.
Because?
There’s a tiny? Hatchling? Growling at him when he slips into a warehouse, having been searching for a… misplaced item. And he says it with a question mark because? This is a hatchling, he knows his own senses, but they’re also… seemingly stuck in a human form.
Dear Dreams, this is worse than how Phantom was- and he had been so injured from too much ecto at formation, even for a baby Primordial, that… Ugh, Nocturne wants to slam his horns against the ground repeatedly.
Alright tiny red hatchling, let him just scoop you up aaand… alright, off to the Zone to see doctors, because really, he wasn’t expecting to get another child, but he’s also not going to just leave the equivalent of a chronically sick toddler!

they released the railer for kung fu panda 4 and i'm sorry but the fox girl or whatever she is- the one being voiced by awkwafina- looks so BORING
she does not look like she fits in the Kung Fu Panda universe. her style is all wrong.
Like just fucking look at that - she looks like she should be in Zootopia. WHERE ARE THE SHAPES AND LINES??? That Kung Fu Panda style????
like,, compare her to Tigress. there's NO stylization to this new fox girl's eyes or face. Her paws match the style of Kung Fu Panda 1-3, but that's literally it.
even comparing her to Po, who has an exceptionally simple design - she doesn't MATCH. Her fur texture looks ridiculously over soft. like they tried to match the hyper cute and cuddly look of Disney and Illumination. I don't know how the story is going to play out, but her design is massively underwhelming and I'm disappointed in it.

SPOILERS!!
I just saw a clip from the Kung Fu Panda 4 movie- the ending part, I believe. It was every Kung Fu Panda villain master in history, from the series, new ones, and of course, the big three. Guys, I love friendship and all, and I'm glad that afterlife!Tai Lung seemed to have gotten over his beef with Po and that whole, dragon warrior stuff, but PLEASE!
All I want is to see Tai Lung and shifu reunite, I don't care in what way. It could be them fighting (though I will cry my eyes out), saving the other mid battle, sitting down for a cup of tea- no matter! I just want them to see each other, I want some insight of their thoughts about the first movie because Shifu loved Tai Lung- LOVES him, I still believe. Yet after the first movie we didn't see any reminiscing, and regret, missing or anything like that on Shifu's end. That is not the behaviour of someone who still sees their big, buff baby boy as just that- A BABY BOY while they're trying to kill you.

(Base Yandere Headcanons With Tai Lung From Kung Fu Panda)
.Tai Lung was once a good person.
.But the betrayal he faced by his adoptive father and the master changed him, it brought out the very dark and worst side of him.
.He ended up imprisoned and got to see very few people.
.You were one of the people that he got to see and he became obsessed with you.
.To him this obsession was love and he loves you so much that he needs to get out of here and make you his.
.He is the type of yandere who is very possessive and needs to have you by his side at all times.
.He is also very protective of you and needs to keep you safe.
.He will save face for you (That is the right way to say it and not the Western way of defending honor, The whole defend your honor is a very much Western thing in media, and saving face is the proper way to describe those things! I learned this from watching various YouTubers who were born and some who still at least visit China!) and defend you with all their might.
.He is a man who respects you but is also unstable.
.He is very close to snapping but he has never taken a life before.
.He has some morals where he will not kill your loved ones to make you his and he would most likely not kill his rivals.
.He will defeat his rivals in combat, proving to them and you that he is the right man for you.
.He has the whole major issue of NEEDING to prove himself to not only you but himself.
.He needs you to know that he is the best man for you.
.Also he needs to prove that to himself so he is worthy of you.
.He still will beat the fuck up out of his rivals that is for sure.
.When he does confess to you, he is very blunt and straightforward about it.
.If you say yes, and accept his love, then he did it, he proved to you that he is worthy and you are his now, forever and ever.
.But, if you say no and turn down his love, he takes it as a betrayal. After all his hard work and all he has done to prove his love for you!
.This is where he would snap and he would kidnap you.
.Taking you somewhere remote, where he can teach you to love him, and he will.
.Because he will make it happen and he will get his happily ever after!
