⚠️: fluff, mentions of fake blood and smelling like a potry shop.
Word: around 500 to 700
A/n: this is my 2nd time writing for a famous person but my first time writing jack harlow.
Request: hi I have no idea if you write jack harlow but can I request jack harlow x actress reader where he is going to a movie set that he is making the sound track for and he sees reader trying to help her co-stars or extras get in to the feel of the scene and he just falls in love. And in the end he asked her out. | by @lexidemi6728
Jack just made it on set of the super powereds year 3 the 3rd movie in the super powereds arc. He walk to the camera man and watched a scene get shot
He was working on the soundtrack and he wanted to get a feel for the movie and cast. You played Alice Adare the 'princess' of the main 5.
You were off to the side with Cole sprouse who played nick cambell you characters love Interest. You were with him trying to get ready for a emotional scene.
Jack saw you in costume. Blonde wig pinned back and green dress. He like you. You meet in to past at the mete gala and at the Grammys. But you never really talked
Your sense was up now. He watch as you got in to you starting spot. The sense started and you messed up you line already. He found it cute. You tried again and you started yelling as Alice. After the sense you burst out laughing and you joked with Cole sprouse
The next day jack came back and saw you with 2 of your co-stars trying to hype them up. You played music and danced with them
"How did you work so well with everyone" he asked himself. The day went by quickly and he when to the studio to star making the songs. 11 songs he had a lot to do
2 months later he was half way done with everything. He had to write, edit, make a demo, get the director approved, have the author of super powereds approved it, finally Mix the full song.
He was on set and you were just finished your senes for the day. He walked up to you and asked "hey do you want to get coffee with me later"
You look over to him and replied with "yes I would but I'm covered in dirt and fake blood. I smell like a old potry shop. So how does lunch tomorrow at 11 sound"
"Of course" he replied "the works, here's my number" he pulled out a slip of paper with his number on it and handed it to you

My Quirky Taste in Music: Ballad of the Broken Seas - Isobel Campbell and Mark Lanegan
Year Released: 2006
Country: United Kingdom
It has been almost year since the death singer/songwriter Mark Lanegan, my favorite singer. Over the next month I will be posting a series of reviews of albums that had stuck with me through the years, starting with my favorite album of all time.
After the tour supporting Screaming Trees’s final album Dust ended, the band would go on hiatus and eventually disband. By this time Make Lanegan had established his own solo career (1994’s Whiskey for the Holy Ghost is unusually excellent) but the end of Screaming Trees marked the beginning of a long and fruitful period for Lanegan where he collaborated with a series of artists. It was no surprise when Lanegan showed up as a part time player for hard rock group Queens of the Stone Age. However, it was very surprising when he joined forces with Scottish singer/cellist Isobel Campbell, formerly of the band Belle & Sebastian. Campbell had written a series of songs that she pictured an American male voice singing. Her songs ended in the hands of Lanegan, who cut demos and sent them to her. A partnership was born.
At a glance it shouldn’t work. By this time Lanegan’s blues growl had settled into something more raw, ragged, and rich as decades of substance use and abuse took its toll. As Nick Cave would later note, there was something quintessentially male about Lanegan; which makes Campbell’s vocal contribution all that more interesting. Almost every review of this album focuses on the Beauty and the Beast contrast. It’s impossible not to. Just listen to the duo’s take on the Hank Williams classic “Ramblin’ Man”. Lanegan sings it straight, sounding every bit like a haunted drifter. Over him hovers Campbell, angelic and whispering waifishly in his ear in a doomed attempt to get him to stay home.
Other times throughout the album Lanegan and Cambell harmonize, their opposite vocal levels creating a cozy atmosphere. The music lends itself well to that, ranging from folk to the blues influences found on some of Lanegan’s solo efforts.
The showcase for me is the album’s closer - “The Circus is Leaving Town”. Sung from the point of view of a mature lover longing for and appreciating his lover at the end of a taxing day, the song aches with need. An organ floats in the background, rising and falling with the song’s emotions. That emotional drive is provided largely by Lanegan, who sings it solo. His voice finds nuance in every nook and cranny of the lyrics. By the time he hums the finish you feel the character’s gratification as the sun sets. You feel the same as the album ends on a perfect note.

3. ‘Mama you’ve been on my mind’ specifikt Jeff Buckleys cover fordi Bob Dylan kan sutte min pik
4. ‘Grass is blue’ af Dolly Parton fordi Yeehaw buckaroo this town ain’t big enough for the both of us. ‘Eres only me, Dolly and ma efterskole-nostalgi
5. ‘The Wolf’ af Ivan Campo fordi det aldrig holder op med at være sjovt at spille luft-mandolin
6. ‘Poets Fire’ af Kajsa Vala fordi jeg vil have linjer fra den sang tatoveret på min krop en dag
7. ‘Doing Alright’ af Queen fordi sådan er det
8. ‘Southern Nights’ af Glen Cambel fordi normalt er jeg ikke til superhelte film, men jeg er stadig ikke færdig med at have alle følelserne over guardians of the galaxy 2. Skyd mig nu
9. ‘Dark end of the street’ The Commitments versionen fordi det faktisk er min ægte yndlingssang i hele verden
10. ‘The Chain’ også af Fleetwood Mac fordi vi spiller den på mit sammenspilshold lige nu og det bliver så dumt sprødt når vi har fået den gennemarbejdet, tak fordi du spørger
Jeg tagger @farligactionbiseksuel og hvem end der ellers lige føler for det. Prompted er bare ‘10 sange du hører for tiden’ og forklaringer behøves ikke
