Adventure time is in my brain so much now-

I'm round mid season 5 rn buuuuuut already started theory crafting and au incorporating one of my peeps

Amory Führer taking Simon's place as the local ice wizard ~

I'd think that this universe would come about from the wish "I wish Simon never found the crown" and thus someone else replaces his biz

Simon and Betty don't get into that absolute batshit, tho I'm sure they'd still have some shenanigans in their years lolz. But ye, it works p well for them, they deserve chill vibe time-

Base amory is always obsessed with magic, so it was perfect to translate to this. He would love Simon's books and study antiquarian stuff on the side of his chemistry science nerd degree. And when Betty and Simon can't find the crown, amory with his stubborn ass would find it a perfect way of proving his metal to retrieve it where a famous person couldn't lolz. He always feels like he has something to prove, which manifests in his reckless determination and stubbornness. His goal was to prove the existence of magic and theorized the artifacts were tools and a map to determining the code to spells with your own hands. His dad always thought it was absolutely stupid, that he was wasting his potential on silly fantasies, daddy-o wasn't a fan of Simon either when amory would talk about a lecture of his. Amory's dad is kinda like, take Marcy's dad, and remove the goofy cray cray, he's kinda jus a gruff and generally aggressive ass. Abusive in many flavors and imprinted a lot of the trauma response behaviors in amory.

(I'm tryna summarize best I can but omyglob-)

The gal on the bottom right was amory's fiance, who didn't know much bout this stuff but tried to support him, yet something didn't sit right with her about seeking objects like those that are buried away. Amory was wrapped up in his head and didn't listen, which leads to kirona leaving, as she couldn't deal with his progressively worse obsessive behavior, especially after he found the crown and put it on. He did not keep it together with the crowns effects, and nearly hurt kirona before she managed to land hitting the crown off his head. He was so engulfed in what he saw that he didn't even hear her when in her high adrenaline state was scolding him. When kirona tried to take the crown to get it away, he reached out to take it back which made her more angry. High emotion time and all that she rushed out from the apartment.

Amory tried to show the crown off as proof of his theories, that he just needed to study it more. They didn't believe what he told them of it, so in his frustration he put it on to show them, trying to keep it together this time, but it went a bit crazy with him freezing some peeps and getting in ppls face hah.

His deal is that he totally is like, "itsfineitafineitsfine-" thinking he totally has it all under control, that he can figure it out.

Over the years, he thinks he's found a way to stifle the madness to get a clearer head. In his chaotic potion making, made a sort of toh eda elixir. It helps but doesn't fix fix it, and he'll start growing a tolerance so he keeps changing it and trying to figure out other ways. So he's kinda in between ice king and winter king in sanity lol

Instead of capturing princesses like ice king, glacier king (amory) tricks wizards into signing a contract to basically give their body to science, door to door business bich in the wizard City lmao, jus like I got ✨free healthcare✨ XD also collects various creatures of ooo to study mutations and differences between how the natural creatures are and hexed creatures. Glacier would also be fascinated by bubblegum for her own mad scientist side lol. He would a hundred percent steal her candy people making instructions or randomly bug her for tips or share his own.

Finn and Jake would be a nuisance cuz y'know they'd sabotage his hostage lab rats biz, but after getting over that he'd find it kind of amusing and a cut between the cycle he's been in. So later in the show would study them lol not entirely sure how all the parts would work- but that's most of what I got so far

Woke up today with visions of a new WIP.

The Owl House characters in a Code Lyoko -esque setting/story, in a similar vein as the Owl House X Adventure Time fusion Owlventure Time! by GoreMiser (its a good read, and almost complete, for a certain definition of "complete"), only in this case it'd also be sort of a Swap AU, putting Luz on the magical otherworld and the hexolios on Earth.

...Actually, given the almost-a-Swap-AU-ness, perhaps a better comparison would be the Owl House X Steven Universe fusion Seashells and Stars by Unniebeans (another good read, though nowhere near completion).

Anyways, Amity would replace Jeremie as the guy in the chair; Gus, Willow, and Hunter would replace Odd, Yumi, and Ulrich as the ones primarily on the front line; Luz and King would split the role of Aelita as the amnesiac kids stuck in the machine; Belos would replace X.A.N.A. as the BBEG (obviously); Eda would replace Franz as the creator of not!Lyoko (and once-guardian of the kids in the machine); and Boscha would replace Sissy as the nosy bully (and unwelcome suitor).

Members of the Hagsquad would also be sprinkled throughout the faculty of Hexside (which replaces Kadic), such as Lilith as the history teacher and Raine as the music teacher, and I've got A Few Ideas about Camila replacing Dorothy/Yolanda as the school nurse. Basically, I think it'd be neat to have a bunch of characters with ties to the supercomputer but who are nonetheless unaware of its existence.

I might leave Jim as Jim though, both because TOH doesn't have a similar character to replace him with, and because he's just kinda fantastic. I think he and Steve would be besties.

I would probably also incorporate ideas from my Code Lyoko rewrite, a backburner project I may or may not have mentioned here once or twice.

For instance, Franz (or in this case, Eda) retiring from whatever sketchy military thing to become a game developer rather than a science teacher, with Lyoko (or, whatever I call this not!Lyoko) as the world of the overly-ambitious-game-turned-haven. Maybe also the initial attempts at materialization ending up a bit crude, and leaving Aelita (or, in this case, Luz) with characteristics of her virtual avatar for her first season's-worth of trips to Earth.

Due to Thanks to Them and all the MH stuff happening, I’ve been recently obsessed with both TOH and MH. So, I decided to combine them into an AU. Basically, most of the monsters from MH are different demons from the Demon Realm and they all attend Hexside.

Clawdeen is the same type of demon, or a cousin at least, as Eberwolf. While Beast-Keeping magic comes naturally to her, Clawdeen is instead studying Illusions. She likes to create illusions of outfits when still in the designing stage. She uses Beast-Keeping magic to sort of mimic the effect the full moon has on werewolves.

Draculaura is the TOH equivalent of a vampire. She looks more like Amber, who looks very bat-like, in this AU. If TOH vampires are like MH vampires, then Draculaura has had enough time to more-or-less master the main types of magic. She multi-tracks, obvi.

Frankie is a grimwalker. They still look very much Frankenstein-y. They were their parents first attempt at a grimwalker. I’m sure some of Hunter’s predecessors looked like a patchwork monster too, that’s the reason why the Golden Guard outfit covers their whole body. Also, Frankie’s parents wanted to experiment. They have a prosthetic that is either made of palistrom wood or abomination goo. Technically, they have both, but I don’t know which one should be their main prosthetic.

They can do magic since they are a clone of different witches, unlike Hunter. Being only two weeks old though, they struggle with controlling their magic. It’s a miracle they were able to pass the entrance exam. Since everything is still very new to them, Frankie is enrolled in every track. Their favorites so far are the more science-y ones.

Cleo’s music video made me decide to make her and her family be a family of witches who have been cursed. No one outside of a select few are aware of this. The De Niles are afraid their reputation would be ruined if people found out. They still wear mummy wraps to prevent their limbs from popping off. Cleo is studying Oracle magic. It makes sense since she was always using artifacts in the past.

This Lagoona, who is more like her g1 self while the others are more of a combo of their different versions, is a sea demon. This means she is immune to the boiling seas and the boiling rain. She’s often running errands for others on rainy days. She is on the Beast-Keeping and Plants tracks.

I could go on for literal pages, without even getting into my AU for the show. Talking about all of the major ones would be too much for here.

So we're gonna stick with one subject and just focus in hard on it. That subject?

VINEY.

We're talking about Viney because a lot of people only talk about her in terms of shipping, which I don't really like. Sure I like shipping but I'm concerned that Viney's character is at risk of being 'the girl who kisses Emira'.

It's either Viney, or a longwinded post about the cultural meaning of ear piercings to residents of the Boiling Isles and why Viney's fish hook earring makes a lot of sense.

So let's dive in to: Red's esoteric, bad headcanons about a character who most likely won't appear in the show again!

please note that these are very niche and probably bad. What, me? Projecting my experiences onto a cartoon character? I would NEVER!

First of all, mood music. We're going with some Sufjan Stevens today, because I am going to be a little bit mean.

-Viney never met her real parents. They died when she was rather young, and she wasn't able to meet them. She doesn't mind that fact, to be honest; she got a pretty great parent, all things considered.

-That parent, by the way, is namd Rowan Gormoth, who, at the tender age of 19, found Viney on the doorstep of his dorm building at the emperor's coven.

-Being the child of a single parent, a student no less, Viney wasn't exactly well off. She couldn't always get her hexside uniform replaced if it got damaged, sometimes she would have to walk home, she never had much of the cool stuff other kids had...

-But what she did have was a father with imperial coven experience...sure, he may have become Hexside's janitor, but Rowan Gormoth took that job as an ultimatum; he has no coven seal, and can do whatever magic he wants.

-So every year, for her birthday, Viney would always get a lemon cupcake with chocolate frosting (a favorite of hers) and learn a new spell. And these were no ordinary spells! An invisibility spell for her 6th, a minor teleport spell for her 7th, a sun abatement spell for her 8th...

-Viney absolutely ADORES learning, and tries to learn as much as she can. Math, science, art, but her FAVORITES are Animals and Healing. She loves to learn about those subjects in particular.

-Viney met up with Jerbo and Barcus (siblings...believe it or not...) and the three became fast friends. They all had an interest in learning, and in mixing tracks, which is looked down upon a bit less in middle school.

-In high school, the three were still friends, and things were looking up for Viney! Rowan got a promotion, the pair had a house now, and Viney was finding ways to sneak into the healing and beast keeping classes!

-...then she got caught. Originally, her charge was lower. She was gonna get let off with a warning. But then, as often happens, Odalia stepped in. --It's important to note that Emira and Viney had been...dating? at ths point? A more accurate term would be 'having romantic affairs', as it wasn't terribly consistent until after all this went down. Odalia, not wanting her daughter distracted, decided to 'remove the problem'.

-In turn, Rowan threatened to quit his job if Vney got expelled, and do you know how hard it is to find a replacement head of janitorial duties at a school where 'abominations' is a core class?

-...Viney got detention instead of expulsion. On her birthday, no less. She was heartbrken, and she was mad that her friends got all tied up in this. Blaming herself, she told Rowan she didnt want to learn a spell that year, she just wanted to be left alone...

-Rowan, though, IS a janitor. And so he knows every single room. In the whooooooole school.

-Rowan taught Vney how to get to the secret room of shortcuts, and in turn, Viney taught Jerbo and Barcus. The trio start using it to study all the time, even going so far as to copy homework from folks in certain classes. Emira, surprisingly, helps the trio a lot in this regard. The trio just remains...the trio. For a while. Just Viney, Barcus, and Jerbo for a whole few weeks, alone in the shortcut room. Until a weird 'hyoo-men' girl comes to school, and gets in trouble for mixing magic...

-Also, lastly, Viney's earring is supposed to be there. Witchlings often pierce their ears as a sense of identification and to show off. Viney got an ear piercing when she was 12, usually when they happen, but had nothing to put in there. So she found a fish hook, soaked it in cleaning solution and alcohol, and started wearing that.

Someday I will post more, but currently I don't have enough time, I have to draw a lot of things with Hunter before the new episode, also Rain World Downpour is coming soon and I'm gonna be lost for a few weeks I think ahhah

I have a lot of others AU, thanks for asking. I'm going to make a big post with descriptions for them all and linkt to all parts, but for now I tag them all below, go and check what you want x) Some of them have few parts of comic, some just a single art and a concept, others somewhere between these two.

Currently I'm mostly working on Hntrss TOH AU - it has few parts of comic, which is first episode, and I hope I can make it far enough (can't wait for Grom episode! hehe)

Also I want to mention Golden Bro AU - in this postcanon AU Hunter saves few other Golden Guards through time pools. It kinda frozen for now, since we don't know how TOH is going to end (I still believe that there is some chances of Hunter's or Luz's death), but you can find few concepts for other GGs and some funny things with their interactions.

Also, there is Half-a-Titan Hunter (HaTH TOH AU), just, just look at this, it just looks really good in my opinion, and I spent many efforts to it.

P.S. Alright... I have a feeling that I missed some of AUs in tags, but I can't remember more, so... enjoy
