Lilith was forsing him into dancing with her. She was trying to make him want her and never let him have it, but Alastor just...isn't into that, and Lilith is kinda confused. Al could consider it a win, but he'd prefer never had this situation at all

Lucifer is swapped with Lilith! Tho, i'm not sure if he's in Heaven, because we don't know how exactly she ended up there. So, for now i'm not exploring this part, but Lilith will be more active

Rosie would feel little guilty, because her offence caused that, but Alastor have recovered from worse wounds, the only difference is that this is more painful and heals worse

Susan... i think she could blackmail him into making a deal with her (to her benefit) or just spread this info without a second thought just because she's a bitch and spoil someone's day (especially if it's Alastor's) is a pleasure for her. Both options are equally possible hjdfjs, so it's for the best that she doesn't know (at least this is how i imagine her)
