“Oh without a doubt,” Fred says brightly, pulling out a grubby little piece of parchment. “Let’s see…Tomlinson…Ah! There you are. So, we’ve got your basics—a handful in for house cat, a few down for rabbit—makes sense, you’re the bounciest fucker I’ve ever met—one for fox—”

“That was me,” Harry says softly, adjusting his pointed witches hat to hide his flaming red ears.

Fred clears his throat loudly before continuing. “Longbottom was dead set on pigeon, which is absurd, no idea where that one came from.” He flips over the parchment. “Looks like the most popular wager, though, is hedgehog.”

“Excuse me?” Louis bristles, the highlights in his hair flickering a deep scarlet.

George gives Louis a once over, grinning as he gestures pointedly at, well, all of Louis. “Precisely.”

In Just Like You lyric mv of Louis, louis used newspaper articles and at one point he put "And when I'm down I need H" in it but do you think that was on purpose or just a coincidence?

No, I don’t think he was starting to say Tomlinson. People are unbelievably frustrating and just retweet and believe anything anyone says when it’s something they like. He so clearly says “Thomas” and then corrects himself to “Tom” and because the fan had already corrected him once, he made a little joke about it.

Yes, Louis did do that in the JLY video and no definitely not coincidence. That video was chock-a-block with hints and very purposeful commentary.

As for Louis’ hair, I loved his Peaky Blinders moment, and his current hair looks really nice, too. I’ll always be partial to his hedgehog hair of 2014/15 because fandom was just so much fun then and I drew a lot of fan art then, so I’m fond of it. I’ll take literally anything over his long hair mid life crisis look. 😅

i was tagged by @zanniscaramouche, @littleroverlouis, @finelinegynandromorph & @crinkle-eyed-boo to share a snippet, so here’s one from a 5 x 1 fic i just started writing. it’s 5 times louis made harry blush x 1 time harry made louis blush hehe. thank you for tagging me !!

“He’s lost in enjoying the teasing sensation of Louis’ fingers dancing around on his skin when Louis begins talking.

“Oh yeah, dude. That’s how he got me sucked in. Look at those fuckin’ dimples. You just can’t say no to them. They’ll have a man ready to propose at first glance.”

Louis leans in to poke the dimple that’s closest to him, which makes him more or less draped over Harry’s back now. He doesn’t mean to, but he starts to squirm due to overload of attention from Louis. The heat coming off of Louis’ body feels like a delicious s’more that’s just been taken out of fire, the attention, the gentle yet firm grip Louis has on both his shoulder and dimple. It all gets very overwhelming very fast.

Harry begins to blush. Goodie. Cue Louis pointing out his ability to make Harry blush so easily and bragging about it for the next ten minutes to anyone who’s willing to listen - or just anyone within hearing distance because Louis tends to not care if they’re actually willing to listen or not.

“Aw, Curly! Are you blushing for me? Isn’t he so cute uh-” Louis leans over Harry - he is fully and completely blanketed over Harry’s back now - to see Alex’s name tag. “Alex?”

“Uh.” Alex replies, sounding very unsure about how to respond. Harry really can’t blame him. “Yeah, of course?”

“Is that a question or a statement, mate?” Louis asks; based on his tone, Harry already knows one of his eyebrows has just been raised in a very challenging manner. This does not bode well for any of them, but especially for Alex.

Harry really needs to start wearing a sign that says, “please do not question my cuteness or my dimples or my jokes or my quirks if you do not wish to face the wrath of louis tomlinson, the vicious hedgehog. please. he is very strong and he will not hesitate to fight. i am begging you. for all of our sakes. thank u.’ It might have to be a big sign or maybe just be in incredibly tiny letters, but Harry thinks it would be worth it to avoid any more awkward encounters like this in the future.

“No, I mean, uh. I obviously think he’s cute, for sure.” Alex nods in agreement, smiling.

And the thing is, you’d think he would’ve answered the question correctly, especially given the fact that Louis is very visibly willing to fight anyone who questions Harry’s cuteness. You really think he would’ve aced the question. And it’s very obvious that Alex thinks he’s answered the question right, too.

Unfortunately, for Alex though, he did not.”

i am in fact making it my life mission in this fandom to fill it with as much fluff as i possibly can :’)
