hey i am trying to find this draco malfoy fan fic but i’ve forgotten the name of it- it was on a03. i’m pretty sure it was hermiones sister and draco but hermiones sister was in slytherin and one day they played truth or dare in the common room and i’m pretty sure she kissed theo and draco got really mad. draco always pretended to ‘hate’ her but he was pretty much just obsessed w her the whole time. anyways draco and hermiones sister start hooking up secretly and they eventually get caught making out by theo and the others and theo was hurt because they are close friends. then draco and her start dating but lucius doesn’t like their relationship and gets pansy to drug draco’s wine with a potion so draco ends up cheating on her. then she finds out and breaks up w him and i’m pretty sure she has sex w theo as revenge. but then draco explains it all and happy ever after. luna and theo are together i think but i think luna ends up dying somehow… anwyays please please help me find this book i’m actually going mad trying to find it.

i know it probably isn't meant to be taken literally, but i'm a little obsessed with this critic's choice to summarize the words they used to describe this book i've been reading being "like an angel"

Other people have probably made this post, but I wanted to shout out the author's note from Seanan McGuire's latest Wayward Children book.

There has been some discourse about including "trigger warnings" in books but I think this one is perfectly done. It doesn't spoil anything, it just gives those who need it a heads up on what's coming. If anything it actually makes the introduction of the book better in a horrible kind of way, because it builds the tension knowing something bad is coming. Especially as it quickly becomes clear what that something bad is going to be.

I know many people in the fandom hates the EC and for some reason also Nora (when she gave us aftg like what’s wrong with y’all) but how many authors give us as much as Nora did?! Who gave us so so much extra content when she could have just left us with the three books. I love the EC with my entire heart and I understand if you don’t agree with some of it but hating it ?? And hating the author for it?? The EC is so under-appreciated and underrated.

really enjoying all of thomas and cap's odd little similarities. like throughout the later seasons with the poetry and how scathing cap is about thomas's 'fame' but they're both equally bad at coming up with poems on the fly. and with how they died while trying to just comminicate with their "grand love" when neither of them were actually in relationships with them. and with the button house archives showing they're both fuckin simps - Thomas's letters and the Captain's descriptions of Havers playing cricket. like they're both down so bad!! they're both ridiculous!! thomas is so loud about everything he's feeling and thinking and the Captain is trying his best to be the complete opposite. i just find it so interesting!!
