Harry & Louis • Leaked songs & story • 19.08.2022
Getting “The way I do” from Louis addressing a feminine listener, after we got Harry’s “Him” -a song where he makes clear how recognizing his lover's lyrics about HIM (his masculine side) drives him crazy- its nothing close to random.

hey sarah, when fob collaborate with someone, i get that the music is probably hard to put a hard line between who came up with what, but with lyrics is it safe to assume that if it's patrick singing it's probably a fob (pete's) lyric? or is it a case-by-case thing? i know you interview ppl so i figure you know how those processes work better than me, thank youuu <3 also if you dk that's cool ily and your blog!!
i am not sure, but i think pete contributes to a lot of the collabs because they sound like his writing. the guest verses in sunshine riptide and the mighty fall especially just sound like something he would write. i also feel like foxes verse in just one yesterday sounds like him attempting to write from a womans perspective. courtney loves verse sounds like her and not pete, i listen to hole lol
OK i just checked all the credits on all their album booklets and it does say big sean helped with the mighty fall and courtney love helped with rat a tat, and butch walker and john hill helped with my songs but it doesnt say if it was words or music. elton john does not have any writing credits which is unsurprising since i think he had a partner that wrote a lot of his shit. pete and patrick split a lot of TTTYG, they go into detail in the BTS dvd. jay z wrote his intro in thriller which i expected. “waters of nazareth publishing” is credited on wams, i feel like i read once this was a zine or some shit.
i have always loved carpal tunnel but it does not sound like him, thats because he was sued by wes eisold of american nightmare and some girls over it but theyre still friends i think (same with legal drama with sean muttaqi lol). wes eisold is credited for “tear catcher” in i slept with someone and he also helped with golden and bang the doldrums.
someone named carlo montagnese is credited on last of the real ones but again, does not specify music or lyrics. same with jonny coffer on hold me tight or dont. there are 3 other people credited on church and 2 on champion but unclear if music or lyrics. burna boy is not credited on sunshine riptide for music or lyrics so i was also right about that (altho dils has pointed that out as well).
SO i was right about foxes. i knew a real woman would never say that shit that was pete wentz who believes all women are conniving vindictive harpies
also i would bet actual money pete has borrowed from chris at some point but would never publicly admit to it and chris is too in love with him to sue

Album a Day: Grammys AOTY addition
Day 14: Endless Summer Vacation
Miley Cyrus (Nominee)
March 10, 2023
Tumblr media
Miley stepped away from the rock and glam rock elements featured in her previous album Plastic Hearts (2020) and turned to pop and dance pop for Endless Summer Vacation. There are still some rock elements along with country, disco, funk, and experiemental. The album is divided into "AM" and "PM" with Miley stating that AM represents "the morning time, where there's a buzz and energy and there's a potential of new possibilities" and PM "feels like there's a slinky, seediness and kind of a grime but a glamour at the same time".
The song "Flowers" interpolates "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor. The song paraphrases words to the song "When I was Your Man" which was reported to have been a song Miley's ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, dedicated to her. This empowering self love anthem was released on Hemsworth birthday. Get him, Miley.

Lyrics:
She was walking in the street, looked up and noticed
He was nameless, he was homeless
She asked him his name and told him what hers was
He gave her a story about life
With a glint in his eye and a corner of a smile
One conversation, a simple moment
The things that change us if we notice
When we look up, sometimes
They said I would never make it
But I was built to break the mold
The only dream that I've been chasing is my own
So I sing a song for the hustlers trading at the bus stop
Single mothers waiting on a check to come
Young teachers, student doctors
Sons on the front line knowing they don't get to run
This goes out to the underdog
Keep on keeping at what you love
You'll find that someday soon enough
You will rise up, rise up, yeah
She's riding in a taxi back to the kitchen
Talking to the driver about his wife and his children
On the run from a country where they put you in prison
For being a woman and speaking your mind
She looked in his eyes in the mirror and he smiled
One conversation, a single moment
The things that change us if we notice
When we look up, sometimes
They said I would never make it
But I was built to break the mold
The only dream that I've been chasing is my own
So I sing a song for the hustlers trading at the bus stop
Single mothers waiting on a check to come
Young teachers, student doctors
Sons on the front line knowing they don't get to run
This goes out to the underdog
Keep on keeping at what you love
You'll find that someday soon enough
You will rise up, rise up, yeah
Everybody rise up
You gonna rise up, ay
Songwriter:
So I sing a song for the hustlers trading at the bus stop

“Who We Used To Be”, il nuovo album di James Blunt uscirà il 27 ottobre. James Blunt torna con il nuovo brillante album “Who We Used To Be”, in uscita il 27 ottobre, anticipato dal singolo up-tempo "Beside You". He probably wrote this song in 2015 or 2016 so this was for MITAM or HS1. I think for HS1 because songwriters are Jonny Coffer, Johnny McDaid who worked with him for HS1. This would have really pissed me off to no end if he would have dragged Haylor in HS1 with such direct refrences. Thank God he didn't.
I agree.

do u have any theories on him?
It's written by Jonny Coffer. That's what my phone shows and for me personally tye lyrics seems basic and immature. I couldn't soot Harry writing anywhere. I've seen people saying it's a stunt song- Haylor. It could be, because there were particular 2 words 'nice dress' and 'wildest dreams'.
Wildest Dreams was one of her biggest hit from 1989 album. Not a believer or shipper of Haylor because it was fake and purely PR.
The first thought I had when I heard it was 'is it about Louis and Eleanor?' because harry can be dramatic shit.
My personal theory is management/label is trying to push the stunt songs by leaking for PR.

teeny tiny spoilers about the new album ∆
Give Me The Future is a tribute to humanity in a tech age and reflects on the strangeness of living through times that can feel like science fiction. Exploring both the opportunities of new technology and the dark side of lives lived online, it’s as playful and fun as it is thought-provoking, as dystopian as it is dancefloor-friendly, and as electronic as Bastille have ever been.
Eerily, songwriter Dan Smith came up with the idea pre-pandemic. The album was already underway and the band on hiatus from touring when the world shut down, forcing interaction solely through screens.
“Working on these songs in such an apocalyptic period, with everyone stuck at home, glued to screens, fed into the feeling that what is real and what is not has become pretty difficult to discern sometimes,” says Dan. “We’re in the age of deep fake, fake news and lying world leaders. But online, you can be anyone. What that does to our sense of self and to our relationships is huge, and it’s fascinating.”
Give Me The Future takes us into a sci-fi wonderland free from restrictions – each song a different danceable dreamscape, a place where you can travel back and forward in time to be anyone, do anything, and embrace a new wave of technology, which enables us to get lost inside our imagination. The album is laced with references to the world of science fiction film and literature, video games and VR.
It’s a record that takes the idea of the limitless possibilities of the future and journeys everywhere from a joyride of escapism on the uplifting “Thelma + Louise” – a tribute to the iconic feminist film on its 20th anniversary, to 80’s New York with the artist Keith Haring on the bright and whistling “Club 57”, to a hospital bed in Australia for the devastating but hopeful new single, “No Bad Days”. Co-directed for the first time by Smith, the music video for “No Bad Days” is set in a futuristic laboratory and sees Dan playing a character using technology to try and resurrect a lost loved one. Nodding to the classic science fiction of Metropolis, Ex Machina, and The Matrix, the video paints an emotional and intimate story—watch HERE.
“It’s really satisfying to have finally directed, and I’m really proud of the little film we made. I grew up with film as my main obsession, so this was a bit of a dream. I learned a shitload, and it was good to be challenged in a new way.”
You’ll hear disco basslines, orchestras of synths, guitars, futuristic gospel, spaceship sounds, euphoric strings, vocoders, talk boxes, a choir of roadies, and host of beats. The title track, “Give Me The Future” tips its hat to Phil Collins and The Police, “Shut Off The Lights” is a sonic love letter to Paul Simon’s Graceland, and “Stay Awake” nods to Daft Punk and Quincy Jones.
Having thrown themselves into co-writing for other artists in recent years, for the first time ever on a Bastille album, the band inched open the door to collaborators. Although primarily produced by Dan Smith and long-term production partner Mark Crew, the band also worked with a handful of writers and producers to expand the world. “Distorted Light Beam” was co-written and produced with Ryan Tedder (Adele, Paul McCartney, Taylor Swift), who also helped as a sounding board and executive producer for the album. “Thelma + Louise,” “Stay Awake,” and “Back To The Future” were co-written with legendary songwriter Rami Yacoub (Britney Spears’ “…Baby One More Time”, Lady Gaga’s Chromatica Album). They also worked with British writers Jonny Coffer, Plested, and Dan Priddy to bring the album to life.
You’ll also hear the voice of award-winning actor, musician, writer, creator, producer, director, and activist Riz Ahmed on a spell-binding and evocative spoken word piece called “Promises.” Riz’s piece was a response the album and brings its overarching themes into sharp focus.
Over the course of their previous three albums, Bastille have cemented a reputation for building whole worlds around their releases, often doing so with innovative, award-winning creativity. Give Me The Future is no different, this time accompanied by a fictional, but familiar, tech giant called Future Inc., the creators of an invention called “Futurescape”—a device which allows users to live out their dreams virtually. It’s weaved through every element of the campaign and can be seen in the videos for all three singles— “Distorted Light Beam,” “Thelma & Louise,” and “No Bad Days.” Watch Bastille talk about the inspiration behind Future Inc. HERE.
Sonically diverse and thematically adventurous, Bastille’s fourth album, Give Me The Future   pushes the band into exciting new frontiers. The record serves as less of a judgement on modern life, more a reflection on where we are and perhaps where things could be, “I’m just observing the truly weird times we’re living in and having fun responding to it through these songs,” Dan says. “As the final track “Who Knows What the Future Holds… Don’t Matter If I Got You” says, this is happening, whether we like it or not. Finding happiness in the moment is surely the aim, whether it’s in the real or virtual world.”

Harry stans are saying on twitter that Harry didn’t write those songs, it was another guy https(:)//twitter(.)com/hesrcklss/status/1517180453161095181?s=21&t=gXeEoa2gsU7pTSKhuKgK3A
That’s a Larry babe not a Harry stan tbh. Go through her account it’s just hate for Olivia Wilde. There aren’t correct credits on these songs because they’re LEAKED from a hack that got part of his vault and Harry’s House. Like the vault stuff wouldn’t be credited correctly coz it wasn’t gonna be released? Him is by Harry, Jonny Coffer and Johnny McDaid who were I think mostly producing it tbh.
