an exaggerated sigh left jamals lips for the nthed time in the past three minutes. he really wanted to stay at home with you. his family was gone for the week, leaving him the the entire house to himself. so, just like any other good boyfriend would do, he asked you to stay with him for that week.

and oh how much he loved every second of it.

he woke up in the morning and you were there, laying next to him, hair messy and a bit drool leaving your mouth, pooling on top of the pillow case.

he walked into the kitchen and you were there, preparing his lunch that he always takes with him to the training grounds, when longer days are planned in. he always makes sure you pepper your cheek and neck with kisses, expressing his gratitude.

he came back home and you were also there, sitting on the living room floor, back leaning against the couch and laptop open on the coffee table, your current university work on display.

he brushed his teeth and there you stood, next to him also brushing your teeth as you grin at him through the mirror. and sometimes your cuteness was too much for him to handle, making him push his hips lightly against yours, just so you would top looking at him with your breathtaking eyes.

it was the fifth day of the week and just like always he had to get up early to prepare for training. but, he woke up with this clingy feeling today, wanting to be touching you at any waking moment, savoring your warmth as much as he could. if he could, he would cling onto you like a little koala, but that isn’t really a good idea.

“jamal.” you laughed quietly at your boyfriends behavior, “you won’t be gone all day, you know? its only five minutes.”

“ja, ich weiß, aber that’s five hours too much.” he groans again, pulling you closer to his chest as he closes his eyes and leans his head against yours. his cheek was squished against the top of your head and he felt so, he doesn’t even know how to describe it, fucking good?

“come on, mein schatz.” you pull back, hands resting on his waist as you look into his eyes, him looking right back at you with a tiny frown present on his features.

jamal really did not want to pull away. living with you was really fucking amazing, he thought. and he knew, when his family came back in two days, you two wouldn’t be able to spend this much time together.

“let’s do something afterwards then, okay?” he asks, desperation hinted in his voice as he kisses your forehead while opening the front door.

as he stepped out, you leaned against the door frame, arms crossed and a teasing smile decorating your lips. “yeah, sure. want me to pick you up later?”

“i’d marry you on the spot if you did that.”

“well, go look for an engagement ring then.”

The pages of Chip going in to recieve his memories as Light Gaia are pretty cool though. I like the captivating shades of green and yellow thats there the moment they’re in the key chamber.

Also Chip connects with his destiny by means of the Allspark- I mean, the first spark. To this day, I truly wonder what it and the “Chaos Titans“ had to do with the history of the Sonic world in these comics. They were certainly setting up something.
