Tommy watches Cars but he can’t really hear anything, because whenever a song starts playing or the characters raise their voices he turns the volume a little lower, until there basically isn't any sound at all. Cars is a weird movie. Cars that talk. Ridiculous. How are baby cars born? It’s utterly ridiculous, the whole lot of it. The director was probably on drugs, or really in love with a deceitful woman who wronged him. So ridiculous.

A dead leaf blows in, pulled by the wind, and Ghostbur watches as it skids to a stop on the ground in front of Schlatt’s picture.

“What, outside?” Tommy retorts, fighting back a chuckle. “You were gonna go lick a leaf again, weren’t you? ‘Oh look at me, I’m Wilbur Soot and I’m not like other men, I drink from leaves’!”

Upon reaching the sink, Wilbur lifts up his hand, pulling open a cabinet and reaching inside for a cup. There’s a lot of bloody cups for some reason, and all different types too; Wilbur doesn't think there’s a single pair that matches out of the many dozens. There’s glass cups, and plastic cups, and plain cups, and cups with designs—flowers or clouds or frogs—and clear cups, and colored cups, and tall cups and short cups, and a handful of mugs as well.
