these days they're pretty much common knowledge yeah! there was a time many many years ago where the formsprings and other old social media screenshots were less widely shared but nowadays i think most people know about them. dan included a couple in his coming out video and i THINK they've used one or two since then? in videos? but i'm not entirely sure. it's not a common thing for them to mention but it also hasn't been entirely ignored

the series dan tried to make for like 5829483290 decades and didn't get to. watch his 'why i quit youtube' video if you want more details but the basic premise was like, dan plays himself in an alternate universe where he never starts youtube and becomes a lawyer and thus never comes out of the closet and everything fucking sucks and presumably the actual plot of the series is him finding his way to his actual truth

no i agree if it was a stageplay i think he'd nail it, he CAN do theatre acting. maybe not perfectly but it's pretty decent like i can't fault it too much. but let's be real dinok would be a webseries and we would have to watch him youtube sketch act his way through something emotional and can we really handle that ..
