An Art Update of Sorts
I don't normally do announcements, but I thought I would let everyone know what's going on in my little art world.
I'm working on something tiny (emphasis on tiny) to put up for sale on my Ko-fi page, and on a few original comic projects also to go up for sale. When the comics will come out is up in the air, because...you know...life happens...but I really want to get them up and share them with you all sometime in 2024.
The big thing right now is that I'm currently wrapped up in a large Calligraphy/Watercolor project that may take me a while to get finished. I have never done a large Fraktur before, and this one is cover 200 years worth of names in a family-tree style layout. It's gonna be BIG and DETAILED, which is exciting, but also makes my hand hurt to think too much about. Fraktur is also an old style, so I really want to take my time with it and do it justice.
Fanart is slow coming as a result of all my projects (every time I look at my lack of Transformers I cringe a little), but I just don't have the time to work on everything at once. I'm going to keep drawing fanart, don't get me wrong, but I just wanted to tell you all that my slow slow updating probably won't get any better for the next few weeks.
Thank you all so much for your patience with me, my ask box is still very much open and I will always try and get back to you in a timely fashion.

My cat just ran outside while I was taking my dog out to the bathroom, refuses to come back while calling her and shaking food at her. Actively runs in the opposite direction. And ofc someone broke the laser pointer I keep on my keys so I can't trick her back into the apartment. I'm so pissed that shit broke off, all my other crappy keychains are still attached. The laser was how I got her back last time she escaped but she'd only taken a few steps out and I was able to snatch her.
And I'm not supposed to have her so I can't even notify the apartment complex a cat is missing 😐 guess she's an outdoor cat now :/
#she chose a really bad time to run away#i already searched and tried to get her back for an hour#I'm dead to the world after 3.5 straight weeks of 12-13 hour shifts#i feel bad not caring but she made her choice. she wants to go back to being a street cat 🤷🏽♀️#she's spayed so i feel even less guilty if she doesn't come back bc shes not adding to the population problem#i'll miss her but if she doesnt want to be caught she wont be#the only reason she got picked off the street in the first place is bc she got stuck in an engine#any tips or tricks people suggest I've already tried them. shes not scared or lost. she actively does not want to come back#this cat is ridiculously food motivated and she still wouldn't come back as i shook the food bag and poured some in her bowl#if she comes back at all I'll be surprised#she's lived on the street she's not an indoor only princess cat who will realize it sucks outside. i know shes not gonna come back#I don't 'not care' really. honestly I'm furious she slipped out past me.#but atm i literally have 0 energy left. work has broken me. if she comes back hooray. if she doesn't wtf am I supposed to do#i don't have money for traps and if she doesn't want to be caught she won't#i just hope she sticks to residential areas :/#i just don't know what else to really do if I've done everything i can in my power to get her back

i'm having a very strong urge to play the sims 2/the sims 3 rn ngl 😮💨
#the work stress is INSANE at this point and i'm determined to resign in early january due to shitty work conditions#we're relocating like 15 meters into a 'box' that's been built near the building we are at atm#and there's literally no heating nor a restroom in there#and it's fucking winter man! it's cold as shit here so i am not risking my not so well already health anymore#the amount of grey hair on my head doubled ever since i signed up for this job i can't do this anymore i need to look for a new job#not that it will be any less stressful of course but at least i won't have to break my head trying to fulfil the basic human needs#in 5 seconds in those 12 hours where we have no official break?? and if i try to close to use restroom at the current place ppl be banging#the door despite the sign to wait i'm doone#not even mentioning all the shit the coworker don't do so i have to do instead..#i just come here to vent and dissapear i am sorryyy 😭🥺 but i literally have no energy 😞

i am so so behind with work and i'm taking wednesday, thursday and friday off which means i need to to do it all tomorrow haha kill meeeee
#also i fucked up big time today. again. and i didn't tell anybody but i will definitely need to do it tomorrow#god i just want it to be over. only 6 working days left but it feels like forever#on the other hand i still don't have a new job :))) so i'm kinda uhhhh anxious#by kinda i mean i literally can't sleep at night asfghjhg#i'm going home on thursday and we're going to have a big family party on the weekend and everyone is going to ask me abt it#so on one hand i can't wait to go home. maybe i'll go to the beach <3 on the other hand... coming home also makes me anxious lol i'm a mess#but!!! i also have some positive news#i got into this uni program which is like. super interesting to me. and it starts in 2 days!!#and also i officially joined a political party lol so i'm going to be busy with local elections for the next 2 months#which is a good thing!! things like that give me energy boost#so i'm a nervous wreck atm but also. i know good things are coming#k.txt

Some more DoA Quarry Chaos~
BANG!
“What!?” Sigma hadn’t done anything! He hadn’t pressed any buttons! Why the hell were there suddenly gunshots!?
Startled, he whipped his head back toward the screen to see Ryan and Laura gazing at the body of a dead werewolf. “What happened!?”
“Oh, while you weren’t paying attention, Laura shot that werewolf in the cage!” Nikolai explained with an amused snicker. He popped a handful of stale popcorn into his mouth and then reached over to wipe the buttery residue onto Sigma’s pants. “You could’ve stopped her, but you were too busy making lovey-dovey eyes at Fedya.”
Sigma grabbed his wrist to stop him, but Nikolai's easygoing tease left him too flustered to stop him. Sigma's pants became the unwitting victim of Nikola's greasy fingers. Sigma could only huff, frustrated but not at all surprised by this turn of events.
“Kolya! You—I wasn’t—Fyodor distracted me, and now look! We've been caught!”
“It could happen to anyone,” Fyodor insisted with a nonchalant shrug. He seemed to care very little for what was happening on the screen, only offering any real effort when it was time to sway the game toward the ending he wanted.
Sigma wondered what conclusion Fyodor wanted for them. Given how many characters were already dead, he doubted he would like it very much.
“Who was even in the cage!” Sigma glanced over at Fyodor, trying and failing to scrutinize his apathetic expression. Of course, he knew that Fyodor had tricked him, but a tiny, foolish part of him still hoped that their ending would be worth it. He tried to keep the hope out of his voice as he asked, “Was it maybe the guy we’re trying to kill?”
Fyodor shrugged again. With a small shiver, he pulled his hand back under the blanket. “Were you not paying attention earlier? That was probably Nick.”
“One of our characters!? I just got somebody else killed!?" Or maybe he shouldn't trust Fyodor. What was Sigma even thinking? "Then why did you distract me!?”
“Given your recent proclivity for shooting things, I assumed that you would have let Laura pull the trigger. My mistake.” Fyodor gifted him another gentle smile, a demon wearing the face of a charming angel, but Sigma didn't fall for it this time.
"That's not funny!"
As if to spite him, Nikolai's giggles turned into full-body laughter. Fyodor's eyes sparkled at the sound, his every trace of sweetness dissolved by his own sharp amusement. And when Fyodor began to shake with near-silent laughter, Sigma simply sighed and let himself slump against the couch once again.
He was never playing a video game with the two of them again.

Honestly would love to try writing again but I don't think I would post it anywhere.
#i actually think its because of my mutuals putting out banger fics lately i've been kinda getting the itch to try it myself#i actually wrote two small pieces on here ages ago (if you remember them you the real mvp) and they were like. fine ig#but idk i wanna try it again#if i did post it would be on tumblr only tbh#i have a very specific scenario for captain au i want to write out#captain au's ultimate goal is a comic but comics take too much time and energy and i don't have a lot of energy atm#but there's a scene in hatanaka's palace that i want to write out really badly#especially after playing royal again recently#it would be the scene where the thieves encounter hatanaka's cognition of riku#i think cognitive selves are a little underutilized in the game post the second palace so i kinda wanted to go a little crazy with it#but we'll see lol i have very little experience writing so idk how confident i'd be in posting it#idk why im making this post even lol ig i just feel like talking#this blog is in a sense my diary lmao#hope y'all are having a nice day anyway. its cold here.
