You lean over next to Barbatos' ear, so you don't disturb Lucifer's announcements during the student council meeting. "Are you alright?" you ask, eyeing the pen being clutched in Barbatos' hand. "You've been going at that thing for the past fifteen minutes."
Do you not know that that's how long your hand has been resting on his thigh? The only thing he can think about is the warmth of your skin through the thin fabric of his pants.
"My apologies. I didn't mean to disturb you," he says in a hushed tone.
Barbatos places the pen next to the document in front of him. He knows he should be paying attention to Lucifer, but his mind keeps involuntarily wandering to you. And your hand. On his leg. Ah, what would the young master think of this predicament?
You give him a small, tight lipped smile in response. Barbatos smiles back but has to hold back a gasp when you squeeze his thigh in what he presumes is meant to be a comforting gesture. Are you not aware the effect you have on him? Or do you like making him squirm like this?
You give him another short squeeze before turning your head back towards Lucifer, and Barbatos has to presume it's the latter. You could be quite cruel like this, but Barbatos doesn't mind. He never does.
He just wishes he could use that pen, again.
