Looking at my daughter. Seeing her discovering the world and learning new things and words really fills me with a lot of joy 💗
Having some time to myself during the nights. I'm an extreme night owl, now more than ever, and should really probably get my sleep schedule straightened out (going to bed at 3am never felt more natural which is NOT good), but having time to watch some movies and read is bringing me a lot of happiness.
Spending time with loved ones 🤍 F.e. with friends I met on here, like having movie nights with my beloved @m---e---l and planning Rammstein-fangirly weekends with my dear @wizzardclown and @gothtoast. Plus spending time with my husband, having planned a holiday trip to Finland next week ( @gloomy-blonde I'm going to crush your ribs (lovingly) when we meet). Things like these keep me sane and are real highlights for me 😌
Weirdly specific, but man I found such a good fitting jeans the other day at the store. It's so comfortable and kind of flattering (not self-evident for me to find fitting pants with child bearing hips and yet narrow waist) and now I'm living in it 👍🏼👖
I bought new ring piercings and changed my helix and nose one, and am really happy with how it looks now ✨
Honorable mentions because well, that's a given, but these guys (yes, Richard gets even two spots on the list) also bring me immense joy and entertainment with their art and overall existence:

What does make me happy. (I tried to not over think this.)
I kinda grouped items together so I could do way more than five.
1 - Music, reading, art, photos, old postcards, productions.
2 - Vacation time at the lake.
3 - Tea, honey, chocolate, pasta, salad, fresh bread, cheese, cookies.
3.1 - Game night - board games, cards, darts, puzzles, bowling.
3.2 - Nice people being nice. (thank you)
4 - When you're done work and you can take your socks off.
5 - Flowers giving and receiving. Harry has a lovely bouquet for you.
Thank you for sending this my way. It is nice to take a moment and think/remember what does make one happy. Sadly - I currently have no honey, fresh bread or cheese in my house. I need to start making lists again.

Tumblr and all the lovely pals I've made along the way.
When a movie or a TV show is so good that a part of it lives rent free in your head for days after you've watched it.

Oh, this was cheerful and fun. I'll just list the first five things that comes to mind:
SUNSHINE. I don't think people appreciate just how bloody bleak this country is during winter. Today we had sun for a few hours and it almost made me cry.
My friends. I had some really good conversations today and it just hit me just how happy I am to have such amazing people in my life.
LONDON. Look, in two weeks time I'm going to London for the first time in three years (since pre-pandemic) and I'm so fucking happy about that. This is the longest I've gone without a visit since well before I lived there and I just miss it (and my people there) so fucking much. TWO WEEKS.
My business. I'm doing some really exciting things and making plans and changing directions and being brave and I'm partly excited and partly really fucking terrified but all of it makes me happy.
Cooking. I've forgotten how much I like cooking and I'm happy I've found myself back to it. Finally.

First up, OH MY GOD I SO HAPPY I GET THE CHANCE TO ANSWER THIS, I'VE HAD MY LIST PLANNED OUT SINCE I FIRST SAW IT ❤️❤️
Okay, here we gooo:
Going out with my friends in general, but SPECIFICALLY PICNICS-there's just something rlly rlly special about planning a cute little picnic with your friends (even if it's the middle of winter and you all forgot to bring food)
Disaster selfies- like, the kind of selfies where someone's got their eyes closed, someone's looking in the wrong direction, someone's in the middle of saying something, etc. They just make me SO HAPPY and I can't quite explain why 😭
That particular look on someone's face when you compliment them in public- like, when you tell the person behind the till at new look that you love their hair and they just LIGHT UP. Always makes my week.
Audio dramas- I love them in general, but I've been listening to one called the bright sessions recently and it's just SO FUCKING GOOD. Always a mood booster.
When you lend someone a book and they give it back and say they loved it then you get into a whole conversation about the book and how good it was- got to be one of the best feelings in the world.

-Said by a sleep deprived Danny Phantom while in Clockwork’s Lair, about a hero displaced in time. Clockwork is in fact amused. Batman is simply confused about the entire situation.
#dcxdp#dpxdc#prompts#Danny uses the fact that other ghosts are afraid of CW to get some peace and quiet#Clockwork is happy to hold and snuggle his ghostling#He’d get out and visit his little baby ghost more but there’s these annoying speedsters in all these different timelines that keep making#knots that he has to detangle before his paid vacation time can start#Danny looks tiny compared to Giant Ancient Clockwork#Ghosts continue to grow with age and Never Stop as long as there’s space#Seeing as they control the amount of space in their lairs…#Batman is going to have the craziest time travelling incident ever#Clockwork decides that he’d make a GREAT babysitter#Here’s the list for the seven children and he’ll come pick them up once he fixes the speedsters mess thanks#(Said after Danny gets his nap and CW gets him to bring his sisters & friends)
