Expansive energy creates freedom. Expansive energy creates healing. Expansive energy creates forward movement. Expansive energy creates space for the gifts of the universe—love, abundance, wisdom, and creativity—to flow into your life. This is why the vibration of expansion is life-enhancing, and why it’s necessary to help shift you, recalibrate you, and transform you. The opposite of this is contractive energy. Contractive energy creates stagnation. Contractive energy creates bondage. Contractive energy creates suffering. Contractive energy creates barriers and blocks that prevent you from receiving what the universe has to offer. This is why the vibration of contraction is life-diminishing, and why it makes it difficult for you to grow. It seems obvious, then, what path to follow: To heal, to open, to be free, to grow, to unblock ourselves and break down our barriers to receiving, to create the space for the fullness of Universal Grace and Goodness to flow into us, and to experience the inherent expansiveness of our soul, we need to strengthen the current that’s life-enhancing and eliminate the current that’s life-diminishing.
