We did not have "The Hex Girls appear in an original story book" on our 2024 bingo card. After "Scooby- Doo and the Haunted High Rise", I thought we were entering a Hex Girls drought. We have been waiting over 20 years for them to appear in a Scooby- Doo book.

The book is not out yet!

This has never happened before the gang being in the background (even Scooby and Shaggy!) and Velma and the guest stars being in the foreground! Never thought we would see the day. This means The WB see The Hex Girls as potential stars! Let's hope they have some personality.

Uh, I just happen to love this one so much 'cause I'm a huge fan of art.

A Little Golden Book may not seem like an obvious choice for making family members uncomfortable until you take a look at some of the titles they've been putting out recently, you understand why I love to recommend these books.

And then we've got Think Big Little One because this is a whole book about women you probably haven't heard enough about and if you're gonna start that child off right, give them some great role models to look up to.

The GayBC's because regardless of whether or not that child ends up being a part of the alphabet mafia, giving them the tools to be able to talk about our community in a positive and uplifting way is gonna be a really great thing that you can do for them.

And then lastly, Our Skin. I love this book so much because it's never too early to start talking about racism with kids in a way that they can understand that our racial differences are only related to things like melanin and not at all related to our abilities, our intelligence, or anything else like that. So give them that book and start those conversations early.]
