Based off of your Adamsapple comic... Lucifer and Adam seemingly become very honest with their thoughts and feelings when drunk. But what about everyone else?

In my comic they're just a little tipsy actually! If they were actually actually drunk, here's what I think. Keep in mind I don't drink myself and I've never been drunk so if something sounds stupid it's because I have no real experience lol

Adam: yes he is more laid-back and unbothered, so he does get honest, but once he's actually drunk he gets 1) really loud and he picks fights with people, both verbally and physically, then 2) really emotional and he starts to vent a lot, sometimes even ending in a few tears, and then he passes out lol.

Lucifer: I don't know if he CAN get drunk, but let's say he gets some special booze for royals like him, and he does get drunk, I imagine he'd be a silly drunk. He's a silly guy already, so I think he'd crack a lot of jokes and practical jokes and lets loose with his magic even.

Charlie: the classical drunk with a little bit of everything, funny voice, she gets clingy, she gets emotional, she gets sad. That way that you see cartoon characters act when they get drunk lol

Vaggie: she's a "leave me the fuck alone and don't talk to me drunk", she gets short with words, but would rather just not talk to anyone because she is moody/sad, and she will not usually engage with anyone until she sobers up and has more patience with their shit. Except when she's with Charlie, if it's charlie, she just cries and hugs her a lot and tells her how much she loves her and is grateful for her lmao

Angel: Well this one's interesting. If he's with other people, he'd obviously be a flirty and horny drunk, even more so than when sober lol. But if he's alone, then he cries, he just cries and cries. The weight of everything gets to him good.

Nifty: we all know how Nifty gets fjsjfjsjf

Husk: I don't think Husk is too different from his normal self lmao. Isn't he already kinda tipsy the whole time anyway? *Shrug* but if he got really drunk, hmm... I don't know, after some discussion with the jury (my gf), we think he could be a happy drunk, at least until you touch any of his sour spots (his life, his time as an Overlord, Alastor), then he's just PISSED. Watch out.

Alastor: After more debate with the jury, we came to the conclusion that, first of all, Alastor doesn't really get drunk, not a lot. He drinks red wine and that's about it LOL. But if it starts getting to him, then it just makes him slightly meaner and sassier. Occasionally sharp and a little more violent if you push his buttons right.

the nightly routine

Why do you watch Supernatural? Like, would you call yourself a fan, and do you actually objectively enjoy it, or do you just find it entertaining in a slightly torturous way? What do you actually get out of it? Is it the characters? Or the plot? Or just its wondrous energy of wasted potential that roams through your mind at 3am?... I hope I don't sound like I'm being rude, it's just I also am not quite sure why I watch it and I am still baffled by myself and frantically trying to figure it out

adsghjgds this ask made me snort. The short story is that I watched it when I was 12 and got incredibly attached to the characters, and then it continued to grow with me and was around well into my adulthood. And, like, I honestly think that if you showed it to me for the first time ever now, I probably wouldn’t get past episode 3, but I like how absolutely bonkers it gets, I like seeing the main characters win even when I’m not on good terms with them (seasons 8 & 14 I’m looking @ you). And the wasted potential is probably one of the reasons I think so much about it, but honestly I think the fact that spn is bad is part of the appeal. When I was younger I loved supernatural because of the characters, because there’s so much of it, because when I sat down and watched 7 seasons in an entire week it all kind of bled together into what felt like one long road trip (obviously the Kripke era had a BIG hand in that residual vibe). Like, yeah it’s a bad show, and it’s hokey, and melodramatic, and it’s got bad FX and sometimes the acting isn’t good but that’s all part of it’s charm, y’know? I like those things about it just as much as I like the scenes that make me cry, or the ones that are well-done. idk I just don’t make a habit of hating things that I used to love, and I think that when you sift past all the actual garbage in spn there’s a lot of stuff to love about it. I just don’t feel like there has to be a singular reason to like something-- it meant a lot to 12 year old me, and it means a lot to me now and I don’t really feel the need to justify that
