I believe it wasn't malicious, but a lot of people spread it around and people started believing it was real. You can headcanon whatever you want, but it's not canon lmao
That being said, I don't particularly take part in fan kid headcanons, sorry! I don't have any thoughts of my own lol. People have created a lot of adamsapple kids and they're really cute! I encourage you to look for them and give them some love! <3

Oooh, well that certainly could be! I didn't give him any tattoos because I wanted to set him apart from the rest of the inmates, but honestly he might end up getting one just because tbh, haven't really considered that very seriously. Hmm.... I might do something with it later down the line, we'll see.

Lucifer being super pathetic and funny while trying to court Adam. Asking everyone for flower rees, awkwardly giving him flowers, buying cute gifts.
Meanwhile Adam assumes they're dating, but Lucifer is just awkward because he never properly dated Lilith.
Angel, Husk, & Alastor are the only ones who know about the misunderstanding, and they are not telling.
Okay I feel like Adam would actually take an approach similar to Blitzø, in which he sees all this cheesy shit Lucifer is doing, but he's in denial about it, he thinks Lucifer is just mocking him or just does those things to appease him dnsnfms.
HOWEVER I LOVE THE IDEA OF LUCIFER BEING A CRINGEFAIL OLD MAN that man is SO AWKWARD he DOES NOT KNOW how to handle shit. He's also just a hopeless romantic and, even though he knows that Adam isn't one to be romantic himself, he still likes to be that way and hopes that underneath it all, Adam appreciates the gestures (he does but it's a secret sssshhh).

Have a free Adam head cannon
He always has an ungodly amount of plants in his room and if something happens to one two more plants take it's place. Meaning in an Adam's apple context Lucifer's room is basically a garden at this point
There's one comic somewhere out there where Adam has a greenhouse and that is like, his little relaxing space and I am SO. IN. LOVE. WITH THAT IDEA!!! AAHHHH
I think it's fascinating how many layers we can put on top of him only going off from the Bible story. Like his character on its own honestly doesn't have much to it, but once you combine it with the Eden part then we can start deducing so many things and farmer and gardener Adam is one of my favorites from those aahhhhhh <3

Loved You Like Religion by Blake Roman (yes, Angel's VA :)) for Adamsapple. I definitely see it from Adam's POV. It's so.... mwah ✨

"Was I in a better place, or were you just fucking me the right way?" - Adam questioning whether he's actually happier with Lucifer or whether he's just enjoying the sex
"but you thought I was wicked from the start" - Lucifer siding with Lilith back in Eden

You guys know that whole theory/design detail that demons who sold their souls acquire a trait from the person that owns them? I thought tattoos would be a good way of meshing that with the prison setting :) so now Husk and Angel have tattoos that represent Alastor and Valentino respectively.
That, and they also have a couple others for their own personal preference (Angel also has a set of wings in his lower back because of course he does lmfao). They might have a couple others that aren't visible from this angel/with their clothes and stuff.

I like to think that, if Eve did cheat on Adam with Lucifer, the sex had to be mediocre at best. Especially if the cheating took place early on in Adam and Eve's marriage. I just imagine the hilarity of Lucifer saying, "Oh, well, I had sex with your wife," to Adam, and Eve pipes in with, "And that's how I learned that I prefer women."

It kind of annoys me that Lucifer x Adam is written of as a crack pairing because we know if Eve or Lilith had Adam’s backstory it would be considered canon and would have such an amazing love story. I literally had to point it out to my best friend and she looked shocked once I explained it

It's not a crackship, guys!!!! They literally made a joke alluding to it in canon!!!! Sure, it's not gonna become canon, but that doesn't make it a fucking crackship. Guess what? Something like Radioapple or Radiodust isn't going to become canon either but that doesn't make it crack!
Adamsapple is a rarepair at worst, and I'm not even sure it might be that anymore lol judging by how much the ship has grown
