Did not expect to take psychological damage from the Nic Cage Vampire movie. Pretty speechless. Loved the Eric Serra sounding soundtrack. Madness.

Slightly more coherent thoughts: Gotta love cinema where you're reminded that (very generally) a man's worst first date is being laughed at whereas a woman's worst first date is being murdered. For that twist, truly truly terrifying.
