For Hobbit drawing ideas: King Thorin and Prince Consort Bilbo (because everybody lived, nobody died, and I refuse to talk about any other possibilities lolololol).
Your art is amazing! Thank you for sharing it with us ❤️

(it's sad bagginshield hours again) bilbo was never afraid of thorin, not for a second, not while he was trying to kill him, never.
gandalf tells him he should be afraid of thorin, afraid of what he'll do to him, but i don't think he understands bilbo's actions at all! when he sneaks past alfrid and goes back to the dwarves, and when he confesses he stole the arkenstone, he does this fully knowing what could happen next. thorin has already threatened him twice before... and both times he snapped out of it! he trusts thorin will be stronger than the sickness in the end, and he's right.

Acorn scene 2.0.
Bilbo: *sitting alone and reaches into his pocket*
Thorin: What is that in your hand?
Bilbo: *startled* It-it's nothing.
Thorin: Show me!
Bilbo: *opens his hand, revealing the magic ring he found*
Thorin: *looks confusedly at the ring and then at the hobbit* My answer is YES.

the acorn scene was more than just Thorin saying "I give Bilbo my complete trust because his love for life's simple pleasures proves he wouldn't betray me," it's Thorin saying "Okay, that's it. He's hot, he's kind, he's wise, he's authentic, he's like no one I've ever met. I'm gonna marry him and the world ain't gonna stop me *makes Bilbo wear the mithril*" because, ma'am, you cannot convince me that in his mind-addled state he would completely trust someone because of one damn acorn.

I am very committed to doing the word prompts for @acorns-and-oakleaves Year of Bagginshield, located here. I adore word prompts with all of my ever-betting heart, and all 12 of the ones on this list are stunning.
So, I present a drabble for the January word prompt: "Tell me what you saw." {This has spicy undertones but is not explicit}
~~~
“Just tell me what you saw!” Fili shook his brother by the shoulders, growing more and more impatient.
“I don’t know! I don’t know! Or I don't want to know? Please don’t make me think about it more Fee.” Kili groaned as he put his palms to his eyes.
“Fine, I’ll take a look myself,” Fili grumbled. He made to walk off before Kili grabbed him by the arm and wouldn't let him move.
“I’m warning you. I’m really warning you. Don’t.” There was panic in Kili’s tone, and he was getting fed up with it.
“Just. Tell. Me.” Fili demanded
I…well…I was going to ask Uncle something, and the door was ajar, so I thought it meant he wasn't busy, and… I saw Uncle and Bilbo and they were making out. I was going to tease them about it and maybe shut the door on them, but then… It stopped being just making out incredibly quickly….” Kili blabbered. Fili turned green.
“Why didn't you shut the door quicker!” Fili whisper-yelled, now terrified someone would hear him.
“I tried!” Kili rebutted, “But then I worried uncle would kill me if he heard the door close, and I was paralyzed and… Fee I’m going to be sick.”
“We’ve bathed in the same river as uncle before. You’re being overdramatic.” Fili rolled his eyes.
“No. I. Am. Not. Bilbo was in his lap Fee. In. His. Lap.” Kili gave him a pointed look that begged him to read between the lines before shaking his head as if it would clear away the image. “Get me to the pub and buy me enough ale to forget my name, I beg you.”
~~~
“Thorin, did you hear something?” Bilbo’s arms were wrapped around Thorin's neck, facing opposite from the door. His clothing was half on him, half pooled around his middle, as Thorin had control of both of their pleasure.
“It’s no one, ghivashel. Just someone learning a valuable lesson in knocking.” Thorin replied before making Bilbo forget the statement entirely.

Also, that banner was super not made by me, and is from the event. ❤️
