thought about developing the Bad End some more, and why not do that by creating some new characters?

Prime created them with some mysterious purpose in mind, but in the end, they were considered failures and sent them out to the frontlines to end up as cannon fodder. But, surprise, surprise, it turns out these kiddos are massive menaces. Compared to other Kraang, they have the least amount of bloodlust amongst them, but their scream (the same one that seals away ninpō) is incredibly powerful and is capable of even causing serious physical harm (Mikey and Donnie are their main targets). So, Prime allowed them to live, and they now serve their "Parent" as a tank and shield duo

Also, they dress and act like popstars. No one knows why. But if you start to hear music on the battlefield, that is your only clue to run

Touhou life sim fangame where you're a human whose goal is to become a youkai without Reimu splitting your head in half.

Like ... you start out living in the safety of the Human Village, and you spend the first phase of the game learning magic and danmaku and survival skills so that you can live alone outside of the Village without dying; however, the longer you stay in the village, the more you have A Reputation As A Human, and consequently, the longer it takes to shuck said reputation -- and if you try to make yourself youkai-like while still living in the Village, that's another potential reason why you might get Fortune Teller'd. maybe you're an Outsider who came to Gensokyo specifically to youkai yourself, meaning you start out without any kind of reputation, but also your basic "wilderness survival" level is lower.

upon transforming, your build automatically changes based on what kind of youkai you've become, you get to rejigger your build a bit in other some minor ways, and your personality changes in ways you don't 100% have control over. you then have like a year to start an Incident, which plays out based on how your build and plot have ended up. the Incident itself probably won't result in a Reimu Bad End no matter what it is, in and of itself; even "destroy Gensokyo" can be handled by one of the usual player characters as long as you stop after you're beaten, whereas if you do some weird shenanigans which can't be stopped by throwing Reimu at the problem, they Sages will deal with it some other way by like Yukari manipulating some boundary to turn your own Incident against you, or one of them tossing a strategically-aimed Flandre in your direction. hey, maybe you could play as an Incident-resolver and defeat yourself!

as a youkai, the life sim is very different, but you're pretty much out of the woods as long as you cause Problems now and then. scare and/or eat humans, kind of thing. or just harass Reimu and contribute to the Shrine's bad reputation.

some possible bad ends which aren't caused by Reimu:

got eaten in your home in the Forest of Magic or wherever, because you quit living in the Village before your defending-against-youkai skills were up to snuff

starved to death because you burned your bridges in the Human Village before your regular wilderness survival skills were up to snuff

starved to death after becoming a youkai because you became something other than a Magician and you weren't scaring/eating humans enough

started dating a youkai while still a human and you slept over at their place long enough that they decided to eat you, or whatever other character-specific bad ends (i.e. Alice bodyhorrors you into a doll). the game still treats this as a successful romantic route.

pranked to death by fairies while still human (it's always obvious when this is about to happen, you can pretty much only get this one if you actively go out of your way to let it happen)

killed/ate any major characters other than a Hourai immortal, resulting in retaliation.

Okay so Dark timeline scenario

So the Danny Phantom episode that introduces Dark Danny, later to be known by the phandom as Dan, we have the future timeline Vlad explain what happened to make dark Danny happen. It is heavily implied that Danny's human side was killed by Dan in a horrible way, but it's never actually stated what happened, we just know it's bad

So what if that Danny didn't die?

So we have a heavily scarred and heavily traumatized human Danny, maybe Ny(pronounced knee), now running around a world in flames while his ghost half is unleashing hell upon the world. He needs help if he wants to survive, but who would team up with him in the wasteland that is the world?

Not a hero, Ny has had enough of heroics and he wants nothing to do with Dan anymore. Ny is out to survive this and doesn't care if others get hurt.

So he teams up with the Joker

Ny needs a sociopath willing to pull the trigger when push comes to shove, and Joker needs Ny to deal with the ghost bullshit so he doesn't end up six feet under. Just Ny teaming up with the world's second greatest monster to survive the world's greatest monster while the world burns around them

I knew I didn't have long left.

I had woken up in my yard, sore between my legs from the creature violating me. I held my friends hand as her own little abomination had split her open, writhing, begging me to save her, to get it out. There was nothing I could do, even as I felt my own pants getting tighter, strange, unnatural movements from inside me.

All I could do was wait. I knew I didn't have long, my friend had been impregnated not long before I had, and I was already showing. I tugged off my bloody clothes as the bathtub filled. Laid, naked, in the warm water, feeling my body relax even as my middle grew more and more firm.

It was starting to hurt. It was nearly time. I recognized the symptoms, remembered my friends screams, her pleading and sobbing. The way her back arched, gripping my hand tight as blood began to leak from a small rip in her belly...

I felt the first big push. I gasped, the pain catching me off guard. I knew this was just the start. That it was only going to get worse. I tried to keep breathing, stay calm. Another thrust made my breath catch, but I wouldn't give in.

It kept going. Roiling, alien movements from inside me. Growing pressure and pain. I had been raped pregnant with a monster, I couldn't stop this. All I could do was let it come. I gripped the sides of the tub, spread my legs on instinct, knowing it would never allow itself to be born naturally. This is what it was meant to do. The climax of the assault my friend and I had been subject to.

I watched a bruise spread over my middle. My toes curled as my back arched, but I still wouldn't scream. The pain was overwhelming, I could feel it tearing me open inside, muscle breaking, organs rupturing. I let out an ugly grunt of agony, the wet sound of my uterus being torn open filling the room.

"Oh God..." I panted, barely able to focus my vision. "Please, I can't, I CAN'T!" The screams couldn't be held back any longer. I felt the skin starting to split, the water turning red as, slowly, thrust by thrust, the demon I had grown inside me killed its way into the world, no matter how badly I despised it...

Shadows!Verse Bad End aftermath.

Shattered is alone because he thinks himself a monster and refuses to go home to Nightmare and Co. He often visits Cross's memorial grave in the mountains. He blames himself so much more than he should for Cross's death.

Shattered in this au is very unstable emotionally most of the time and snaps easily. He nearly hurt his brother when he shattered and has refused to go home aside from stealing the sweater, scarf and guitar while everyone slept.

He doesn't have to be alone but his fear of hurting anyone else keeps him away.

Also cross took him on even at his worst so his death hurts Shattered even more so.

The extraction happens; and it ends with petrification

Bad Ending

When Faetheri comes back from her quest all she learned was how right she was. The world is cruel, selfish and disgusting. Not worth her time or energy.

She turns even farther away from the world. Sequestered away in her old masters quarters. Her masters patron which was once the source of their powers now chained in the basement. She is singularly focused on her pursuit of power and knowledge. (maybe even lichdom) Hoarding any tome, relic and artifact she can find.

She fears losing the only thing she has; the only thing she can rely on. Herself.

Hardly, eating or sleeping. Refraining from contact with people unless it necessary. Not even her recent travelling companions.

Peaceful, quiet.....lonely.

Romance

If you somehow romanced her and managed to stick around.... good luck.

you wont be seeing her much. But she wont want you to leave either...what if you tell people her secrets, what if you betray her.

Then she would have no choice but to hurt you. She knows your secrets too after all.

Sweet Carlo kept whining about wanting his friend back and obviously Geppetto doesn't want a 2m tall most likely angry dreamboat around the house to possibly woo his son (again) BUT it should be safe if repackaged as a cute and harmless little brother type for him to play with 👍 Additionally, having your child be in charge of a pet is a great way to teach them some responsibility!
