Today me and dad attended the LIVE Performance of The Umbilical Brothers at the Home of the Arts. Two comedy pros that just won BEST COMEDY at the ALELAIDE FRINGE FESTIVAL. They both amazing performers and made the audience busted a gut from laughing so much, a sign that meant they did an amazing job. Well Done guys!
I’ve been feeling so paranoid and scared lately … like I avoid going home later cause it’s so dark out but tonight I went to a comedy show I came back and this girl on the bus had the same stop as I did and we got off together and as soon as she got off, she stopped and stood there like she’d seen a ghost and I stopped too to look at what she’s looking at but there was nothing 😭😭 I think she went the wrong direction but at the same time I’m like.. girl pls don’t 😭
Oswald. A diabolical, sadistic, sack-headed serial killer who was a reality TV star from down under. Since his face was mutilated by a crocodile, the company running his show for cancelled, causing him to be enraged. He was mutated by Dr. Migraine in order to have his revenge justified and return his fame once and for all!
Ep45 Truly Hadley, Deeply… w/ Hadley Fraser! (West End!)
It's a-liiive, IT'S A-LIVE… conversation with West End hunk, Hadley Fraser, who joins the boys for a hilariously spooky Hallowe'en episode! Together, they'll discuss Dream Theater's epic 'Metropolis Part 2: Scenes from a Memory', before hopping into the lab for Evan's dissection of 'Young Frankenstein' via the Original London Cast! Plus we discuss Mel Brooks, Cultural differences, Doctor Who fans, and we find out what recent movie made Hadley cry! Despite that, it's a HAPPY HADLEYWE'EN! Err, that sounded wrong…

barry humphries/dame edna discourse is so fucking frustrating because he is a 'beloved performer' in Australian Comedy and many peoples introduction to drag on tv (including my own) while ALSO being a giant transphobe -to the point where the MICF renamed an award in 2019 that used to be named in his honor after he was being really violently transphobic - and not even seeing himself as a drag performer and only a 'character actor' (which lol okay)
like so many cis Aussie Arts Industry people are being like 'vale barry' which is really frustaiting because he HAS been denounced in the last few years for his transphobia, but because he's just died the only people being like 'hey he was actively a dick head and specifically aweful to trans people' are trans people and people who are watching the current moral panic about drag performers and KNOW the knock on effects of harm this has on queer people
