Interesting architectural choice. The structure on the roof is how they chose to display their 4 chimneys.

Casa Spy Base 1 was born in Portugal, conceived by a couple of science fiction lovers, who wanted to see their passion materialized in a house- a luxury home inspired by Star Wars.
Bespoke Architects, the studio responsible for the project, says that it is based on the client's desire to create a villa inspired by the saga on a relatively narrow lot, yet having as much living space as possible.
The heart of the house is its main center, with an elevator and a strong circular room. Skylights mimic technical hatches while following the slope of the roof.
The philosophy, based on traditional Chinese Taoism, helps to understand nature, its balance and essentially how to create environments that relate to the whole,” said the architect.
Sky Base 1, he says, is a place different from traditional homes, distancing itself from the commonplace. “It seeks to be a life event.”
