Tumblr media
Do you have friends who swear by the apple cider vinegar cures? Or maybe social media is trying to tell you about all the apple cider vinegar benefits. Well, whatever your source is, there are science-backed health benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar or taking its supplements. If you are sceptical and wondering if is vinegar good for your health, don’t be. Because we are here with all the details below. Just keep reading to know more.
Weight Loss
Advocates of ACV and several studies show that incorporating the vinegar with or before a meal can help you feel fuller soon and hence, you tend to consume fewer calories. This helps you reach your goal weight faster and effortlessly. In a study, the participants were split into two groups. Both groups consumed fewer calories over the period of 12 weeks. However, one group was also given 30 millilitres of apple cider vinegar every day. After the study was completed, it was seen that the group that consumed ACV had significantly lost more weight and also, they were able to lose visceral fat, which is the fat that’s present around your organs.
Reduces Blood Sugar
According to a review that was published in Diabetes Research & Clinical Practice, it was seen that consuming apple cider vinegar with meals was able to lower the levels of insulin. Now, insulin is a hormone of the body that is essential to use sugar in the body. However, in diabetes, insulin is not able to do its job and the levels also go up. Taking apple cider vinegar with your meal or post-meal can be useful in curbing the levels of insulin. The acetic acid present in vinegar can also help you block certain enzymes making it easier to keep blood sugar levels in check.
Combats High Cholesterol
Apple cider vinegar is great for your overall health and helps reduce bad cholesterol levels. In one meta-analysis that was conducted in June 2021, the participants were those who were suffering from type 2 diabetes. They were each given 15 millilitres of ACV every day. It was seen that their cholesterol levels went down substantially.
Inflammation
There are certain conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), multiple sclerosis (MS), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS), which have no cure but you can manage the symptoms to a certain extent. Some studies suggest that taking apple cider vinegar may be useful in managing inflammatory symptoms in such cases.

Apple cider vinegar with mother is full of healthy substances that elevate your overall well-being. It contains;
Magnesium
Iron
Phosphorus
Manganese

Update: I have a cold.
I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to down a shot-glass of apple cider vinegar and maybe that will fix me.
After which I am likely to chug a gallon of tea with lemon and honey and if that doesn't do anything for me then I am going to attempt to boil myself in the bathtub.
If all else fails, perhaps I'll try a coma.

far and away the best hangover cure (tummy-problems-main as mine are) is
egg, fried over-easy in butter and mayo (and bacon grease if u have it), with worchestershire sauce and chili flakes (1 egg necessary, 2 eggs lovely, 3 eggs hedonism but go for it)
over starch of ur choice and raw veggie of ur choice if u feel up for it (my usual is nice big toast + arugula with lemon juice)
and a can or three of sparkling apple cider vinegar drink. i get the ones from traders joe but i bet u can make ur own, i think it's just sparkling water + acv + ginger and lemon juice or whatever flavors (the ginger is SO IMPORTANT tho)
also, if possible, big sleep. much of the day.

Y’all, let me tell you, I got a fish bone stuck in my throat tonight, and so far all the cures are worse than the problem. Forcibly hack my lungs out? Great, now my throat is sore. Swallow olive oil? Olives are the worst and now everything is olive flavored. Next up is apple cider vinegar? Fire! Death! I can’t believe people drink shots of this stuff for health. Hopefully the damn thing works itself loose. I do not want to have to go to the doctor for this stupid reason.

Apple Cider Vinegar:  A Timeless Elixir for Health and Wellness
For millennia, people have turned to apple cider vinegar (ACV) as a natural cure for a wide range of ailments.  Its consumption as a panacea for health has skyrocketed in recent years, making it a commonplace item in many homes.  In this article, we'll look at the history of apple cider vinegar, discuss its health advantages, and discuss how locals in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) may get their hands on this age-old elixir through reputable Vinegar manufacturing companies in UAE.
Tumblr media
The Origins and Production of Apple Cider Vinegar:
Crushed apples are added to a fermentation vat with yeast to produce alcohol, which is then further fermented into acetic acid to create apple cider vinegar.  The sour flavour and health benefits of ACV come from the fermentation process.  Apple cider vinegar is made in the United Arab Emirates using both old and new techniques.
Nutritional Content and Health Benefits:
Acetic acid, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are just some of the many beneficial substances found in apple cider vinegar.  Its use has been connected with various health benefits, such as enhanced digestion, weight management, and blood sugar regulation.  The antibacterial qualities of ACV have made it a popular tool in the fight against various types of germs.
·         Promoting Digestive Health:
Apple cider vinegar's acetic acid may improve digestion by stimulating the body's natural production of digestive enzymes and fostering a favourable microbiome in the gut.  Many people report relief from bloating and heartburn after regularly consuming ACV.
·         Managing Blood Sugar Levels:
Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can help regulate blood sugar levels by increasing insulin sensitivity and decreasing post-meal blood sugar increases.  This could be helpful for people with diabetes or those attempting to keep their blood sugar levels in check.
·         Supporting Weight Management:
Apple cider vinegar, when combined with regular exercise and a healthy diet, may facilitate weight loss.  Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been shown to lower calorie consumption by acting as an appetite suppressant, metabolism booster, and fullness promoter.
·         Enhancing Skin and Hair Health:
Apple cider vinegar, when diluted, may be applied topically to the skin to restore a healthy pH level and fight acne.  It's also thought to make hair shine and encourage a healthy scalp.
The Role of Apple Cider Vinegar Suppliers in the UAE:
The role that Apple Cider Vinegar suppliers in UAE play in making this healthy tonic available to locals is vital.  They find and sell ACV goods that are both safe and of great quality.
Emphasizing Product Quality:
As a result, a trustworthy Apple Cider Vinegar supplier in UAE – Modern Food Products employ rigorous quality control techniques.  This guarantees that consumers obtain unadulterated, natural apple cider vinegar.
Diverse Product Offerings:
Suppliers of apple cider vinegar in the United Arab Emirates stock a wide variety of ACVs, from raw to organic to flavoured.  Having so many options means that people may pick the one that they like best and that also helps them achieve their health and wellness objectives.
Embracing a Timeless Elixir:
More and more people in the UAE are including this age-old elixir in their regular routines as the popularity of apple cider vinegar rises.  Because of its many applications and the reliability of its vinegar manufacturers and distributors, ACV can be a formidable ally in the fight for greater health and wellness.
Apple cider vinegar has long been revered as a time-tested panacea for a variety of health problems.  ACV's appeal to those looking for natural ways to improve their health spans centuries, from its first documented uses to the present day.  The United Arab Emirates (UAE) relies on reputable Vinegar manufacturing companies in UAE to ensure that its citizens have access to this precious elixir, allowing them to take advantage of apple cider vinegar's potential health and wellness advantages.

🥤Daily Detox Drink🥤
So I'm all for doing as much as you can that's beneficial for your well-being that isn't medicine. That said, homeopathy is not the answer to every medical condition and you should definitely consult your doctor before integrating homeopathic remedies to your health regimen. I am not a professional. Please, dear Lord, don't take my word as gospel.
Anyway, here's a budget friendly detox drink with a bunch of health benefits. You can find the ingredients at your local supermarket. Nothing fancy. This isn't really a cure for anything in particular, just a general keep-you-healthy beverage. 👍 Health benefits per ingredient are listed at the bottom (plus, if you're interested, the magickal properties as well).
Turmeric powder 15ml
Apple Cider Vinegar 30ml
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 60ml
Honey 30ml
Cinnamon (chopped or powdered) 10ml
6 cups WARM water (not boiling!)
Dump all the stuff in the warm water and mix it round. Store it in the fridge. This makes enough for a week's supply, ingested daily in the a.m.
Here's what it should look like once bottled. I tried to make it look palateable. I warn you now, it is not. It IS, however, good for you.

These are some of the benefits when the ingredient is ingested:

Helps regulate blood sugar, boosts your immune system and gut health, and helps improve brain function. It's also said to have anti-cancer properties. Ginger encourages vitality, protection, love and romance, healing, prosperity and psychic awareness, and courage.
Black Pepper - good for gut health, eases symptoms of inflammation, depression, and helps regulate blood sugar levels. It also aids in brain function, collagen production, nutrient absorption and dental health. Similar to ginger, said to have anti-cancer properties. It encourages emotional strength and opens spiritual pathways; promotes healthy personal power, self worth, courage, stamina, and self control.
Lemon Juice - rich in vitamin C, anti-oxidants and citric acid (preventing kidney stones). Aids in hydration and digestion. Used to call in longevity, purification, unity, uplifting, clarity, friendship, happiness, rejuvenation, awareness, love, fidelity, new beginnings, cleansing, and protection.
Cinnamon - Packed with anti-oxidants. Helps reduce inflammation and protects against heart disease, as well as regulates blood sugar levels. It is said to aid in neuro-degeneration like in Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease, have anti-cancer properties and aid in bacterial and fungal infections. Can be used to draw money, protection, stimulating psychic powers, success, lust, love and to raise vibrations.
Honey - Another anti-oxidant gold mine, helps regulate blood sugar and blood pressure levels. It's overall great for heart health and cholesterol and can soothe a cough and sore throat. Honey is symbolic of fertility, community, prosperity, diligence and work ethic.

Look I'm all for alternative health and dealing with your issues as works best for you, but I get sick of the sort of health-obsessed elitism where there's an easy solution to everything that cures every single ailment that could ever exist and the unspoken implication that if you have this health problem and haven't simply cut out half your diet/taken some supplement or apple cider vinegar/done some YouTube stretch, you must just not want to be healthy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The World. Art by Kim Thompson, from Divine Your Dinner.
ONE WORLD ENDS AND ANOTHER BEGINS. STEP INTO THE PORTAL.
Magickal Ingredient: Dandelion Cleanses the physical and energetic body
We often talk about transitions in life as moving from one chapter to another, but that’s not quite right. There is a space in between where we lose our bearings a little, our vision goes blurry, and a sense of uncertainty creeps in. That’s the moment we decide to get scared or get psyched. We recommend the latter. Stepping into a new world allows us to reflect on what we’ve left behind and determine what lessons to take with us. As we step through, it is good practice to do some magickal cleansing, and dandelion really does the trick.
All parts of the plant can be used for cleansing of the physical and nonphysical bodies. Dandelion tea has been used as a liver tonic since at least the 1600s. In magick, it is said to clear negative energies and open perception. Shift your perception of this common weed with our wilted dandelion greens.
ADDITIONAL MAGICKAL INGREDIENT: BLACK PEPPER
WILTED DANDELION GREENS WITH APPLES AND PANCETTA SIDE—SERVES 4
Dandelion greens are in season in the late winter and throughout spring. They are really bitter (like, really bitter), but never fear, the sweetness of the apples and the fat from the pancetta round out this simple dish perfectly.
To the uninitiated, pancetta is basically unsmoked bacon. You can usually find it already cubed in the cured meat section of the grocery store. Fancy butcher shops will also sell it, but you’ll probably have to cube it yourself. In a pinch, you can always use bacon.
HOT TIP: IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS SOURCING DANDELION GREENS, THIS RECIPE ALSO WORKS WITH CHARD, KALE, OR MUSTARD GREENS. YOU’LL NEED ABOUT 15 CUPS OF LOOSELY PACKED GREENS TO MAKE THIS. (WE KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT, BUT IT COOKS DOWN, WAY DOWN.)
4 bunches dandelion greens (about 1 pound), stems removed 3 ounces pancetta, cut into ½-inch cubes 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into ½-inch dice 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Slice or tear the greens into roughly 2-inch-wide strips. In a large skillet, brown the pancetta over medium heat until crispy, about 7 minutes. Remove the pancetta from the heat and transfer to a small bowl lined with paper towels.
2. Pour out all but 1 tablespoon of fat from the skillet. Add the apple and sauté over high heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer the apples to the same large bowl.
3. Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the dandelion greens in batches, letting the previous batch wilt before adding more greens. Once all the greens are in the skillet, season with salt, add ¼ cup water, and continue cooking until evaporated and the greens are wilted and soft, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the greens to the large bowl, add the vinegar, and toss to coat. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
4. Serve immediately.
