i received an olive branch from someone who really severely broke my heart today and I’m conflicted

They’ve already amped up Percy and Sally’s relationship SO MUCH compared to what they did in the movies, this was so good and UGH my heart just breaks for them percy is such a mama’s boy and he’s the only true joy sally’s had in her life for the past 12 years… yeah somebody sedate me…

You let out another small whine but this time it sounded more needed than before, when he heard you, he start to act like an animal in heat. He ripped your clothes off of your body, he un-did your bra and then threw it across the room, he started to lick and suck all up and down your body. He started to get closer to you meow meow, (yes I’m going to call it a meow meow while I’m 3rd person the whole time) he started to lick around your underwear band, “stop it I really have to go Pat…” you let out in an almost whine like voice. ☘︎ “Treadmills help with cardio. Most have similar settings, and some may have controls to monitor your heart rate. Press this button here to turn it on, and I can help you set the speed. You can go at whatever pace you’d like.”

☘︎ you smiled at him, as he leaned over to turn on the treadmill. it was at a low walking pace. he went back to his own treadmill, and he turned his on. he began to press the buttons.

☘︎ he came over, and handed you a 5 pound weight. he stood behind you, close.

☘︎ as he got a quick answer, he did so, his left hand on your back, and the other on your shoulder, straightening your back.
☘︎ “Okay. Go ahead.”
☘︎ he led you through it, helping you with tips as he still had his hands on you. after a couple reps, you put the kettlebell down, before looking at him.

☘︎ “I apologize.” ushijima quietly said, as he took his hands off.
☘︎ he bit his cheek, and looked away for a moment, before looking back at you.
☘︎ “Would you like to learn how to spot someone?”
☘︎ he seemed at ease, a more happier expression, if you really looked
☘︎ this was going to be a long day, but you wouldn’t want to be with any other person besides him.
AHHHHHH OKAYOKAY i really hope this is good! i’ve never written any headcanons, drabbles, onceshots, etc before, so i hope this is good! i didn’t want this to be too long,…i might’ve overdid it a bit….sorry!!!!!
in the future, i want to get more of the character’s expressions and how they feel, compared the reader! i would love to work on that!
also i love ushijima so much i really hope i portrayed him well! he’s a little difficult to write for, but ill get the hang of it!

No pressure, but I can't stop wondering about what happens in the Secretary AU when Bruce needs to travel for work--does he take Jason, having him act as his PA, or does Bruce go insane while tasking someone to look after him in Gotham while he's gone? And if he DOES tag along, what happens with Damian?
Oh! This is such an interesting idea to ponder. It's not something I'd considered before, but let's explore all the options!
In which Jason goes with Bruce:
It's 10% business, 90% Bruce wants to take Jason to all the places Jason never got to see before, but had always made passing comments about
Bruce wants to give Jason the world. Whatever tries to get between him and that dream will rue the day.
Only that 'whatever' is Damian. The boy that Jason cares for and works his schedule around.
Cue Bruce stewing as he plots on how to pawn off the child so that Bruce can have his babygirl Jason for a few days. Bruce will make this venture happen. Where there's a will, there's a way, and his will is unyielding.
Just as unyielding: Damian
Their first (unbeknownst to them) father-son meeting would be a standoff over Jason and it sets the tone of their future together so well ahahaha. Just Damian hating Bruce on principle for taking Jason away from him. And Bruce relenting because 'he's the adult,' and assuring Damian that he'll take care of Jason while they're away. And Damian clicks his tongue at him, scowling the meanest scowl and Bruce's eye twitches because what a little brat. But also? Those are Jason's habits through and through, damn it. How endearing.
More endearing is how Jason kneels down with Damian and chides him even as he offers sweet comforts. Touches fleeting because Jason is fretting over this boy. It's sweet. Gentle in a way Jason always was at heart and still so clearly is.
('Don't be mean to my boss, it's not his fault. Once we finish working I'll be back. I'll bring a souvenir, huh?' To which Alfred would give Bruce a look, because this 'business' isn't particularly pressing. It's entirely fabricated, one might say. Bruce.)
Jason parting with a press of their foreheads and an earnest request for Damian to mind Mr. Pennyworth and that Jason will come back to him as soon as he can. ;3;
And yes, Alfred is thriving because finally he gets to spend time with his grandson (though at this point no one would know just how true that sentiment is lol)
Damian? Not so much. But he plays it tough for Jason even if his face is pinched and his eyes are glassy and ahhhhhhh little baby sniffles that breaks Jason's heart because he's a parent walking away from their kid for the first time fffffffffff
Anyway, Bruce and Jason get as far as sitting in the car, parked in the driveway. Because Bruce can't in good faith drive off while Jason looks so distraught. There's something more going on than simple anxiety of leaving a child for some days, so with a rare show of compassion and grace, Bruce waits
And Jason gets embarrassed because he's worked up. All anxiety and uncertainty and not wanting to go but knowing he has to. Shaking hands and short breaths. Scrubbing his eyes in frustration before laughing pitifully and apologizing because it's stupid.
But it's not. Not if it's upsetting his boy so much. And Bruce has learned this from his mistakes before, so: 'Talk to me.'
Cue: amnesia reveal!!
Jason admits that for him, there's nothing before Damian. So to leave him is to leave behind the only comfort and security he's ever known. ;3;
And it breaks Bruce's heart because oh. To have tried to force Jason to walk away from something so important when his boy isn't ready. Obviously there's something there to talk about, but Bruce won't push. Not when even this was given in desperation.
Heartstrings tugged, Bruce leaves the car without a word
And Jason hits his head against the back rest and contemplates how he just got himself fired for being a hot mess
Only then Bruce returns with Alfred and Damian because they'll all go together, how about that? ;U;
Extra to the above:
When Bruce tries to force Jason's hand and Jason protests because he has an actual child that he can't leave, Bruce proposes that Alfred look after him. Which, damn. Jason has no argument for that; not really. Still, he has to float it by his other employer first!
Which Bruce is eager to speak with them. Put him on the phone if that will help. To which Jason snickers and snarks that there's no way Bruce could charm this lady. Nor buy her out. Jason's got this, chill.
(Meanwhile, Jason. Secretly hoping Talia will say no and being OTL when she agrees. Because little does Jason know that Talia is very charmed by Bruce lol).
Also, something with Bruce making guilty eye contact with Tim from across the office after Bruce unintentionally manipulates Jason into attending a 'business trip' with him when Bruce's attempts at vacationing goes rebuffed.
Just the deadpan judgment in Tim's eyes and the way Bruce would OTL because he knows, go away.
Bruce got flustered and panicked when it looked like Jason was about to turn him down, okay??
Also, Tim grumbling under his breath about Bruce and his HR violations and being the greatest HR risk to ever grace corporate America.
The other route, where Bruce goes and Jason stays:
Hands down, Tim is responsible for watching over Jason
Dick isn't allowed within a mile radius of him
Don't think Batman won't call in a favor to get back to Gotham the moment Dick pings past Bruce's stupid security. He's watching.
Pffft, the way Superman would ??? because it's not like Bruce to call for him? Especially for something so...trivial?
Only there's nothing trivial about Dick and his shenanigans, Clark. His babygirl's virtue is not trivial, CLark. D:<
But also Bruce overlooking the glaring error of his ways because Tim is essentially with Jason 24/7 between WE and staking patrol outside of Jason’s apartment ahahaha
Bruce seriously comes back and all of a sudden everything between these two is electrically charged and he’d brood over it so hard, forever stewing behind the steeple of his hands because ffs
One more bit with brotherly shenanigans bonding ft dickjay and timjay:
Where Tim and Jason have playful bants while the boss is away
Tim leaning against the doorframe of Bruce’s office to chat at Jason since Bruce had Jason’s desk moved as close as possible without actually being in Bruce’s office lolol
Or Tim leaning over Jason from behind as they review some correspondence that needs to go out
And Jason sitting on Tim’s desk to make sure he eats the food Jason brought him
Tim being all sorts of pleased and relieved because Jason acts as his PA since Tim takes over all of Bruce’s work while he’s out of office and wwwwww lighthearted flirts about poaching Jason for himself
A fireable offense, surely, given Bruce is Bruce
But yeah. Just timjay having a chill time together and it’s sweet. //u///
As for dickjay—
While the bat is away the robin will play, as it goes
So Dick keeps up with his usual visits of course. But one day he shows up incognito, dressed so smart and dashing for business. Slacks and a button down and hair done, looking good and feeling cheeky lol
And Jason freezes up because omg
Corporate kink awakened?
Jason, rosy cheeked and trying not to stare but very much 👀, tongue tied and too warm under the collar telling Dick that he looks nice
And Dick laughs a bit under his breath and tells Jason he looks nice, too ;////;
The occasion? Tim taking them out to a nice lunch at some fancy restaurant ahhhhhhhhh and they send Bruce a pic of all of them on their little date fffffff 💖
Meanwhile Bruce is in some business meeting, very blatantly looking at his phone beneath the table and being equal parts >C (because he’s gonna beat these punkasses off his babygirl with a stick when he gets home) and ;u; because those are his boysssss together at last as they always should have been!!

Stay With Me didn't let us down! 😭 We got kisses and a confession. There is no way anyone can say it's not a BL now. 🙄 Not that there was any doubt even before that. The subtext was just too obvious.
I can't believe they went there. Super sleuths have already found that it really is just lip balm, but the implication is clearly that Wu Bi's dad found his lube. Wu Bi why did you do your dad dirty like that? Don't smear your lube on his mouth! 🤣
Wu Bi was about to confess but he chickened out. 😅 Shy Wu Bi is so cute. Wu Bi really can't live without Su Yu. He had never been that bitchy and rude to Mo Yi before, but now there's someone at home he wants to be with and has no time for Mo Yi's shit.
First almost caught by Wu Bi's dad and now Mao Chong. Su Yu's nervous shifty eyes cracked me up. We all know he and Wu Bi have been doing something something in his room.
They are so happy to see each other!😭Their smiles. Really, I can't. I love how much they love each other. I could not stop smiling watching them hug.
Oh how I squealed. THEY ARE SO FRIGGIN CUTE!!! AHHHHHHH! This might literally be my favorite moment in the entire series.
"Go cough somewhere else" lol. Poor Mo Yi. Right in front of his salad.
Su Yu's little smile is EVERYTHING. I feel like we're missing a scene before this though. It just seems a bit out of place that Wu Bi would run up to kiss Su Yu at school and for Su Yu to not be surprised or embarrassed. I'm counting on that uncut release later. Actually I felt like the editing for these two eps was a bit choppy. I'm going to guess it's because they cut a bunch of stuff because it was too gay.
I love all the subtle ways they show us they're boyfriends. Su Yu casually using Wu Bi as a leg rest, Wu Bi teasing Su Yu about him not knowing he's Wu Bi's most important person, Su Yu taking care of Wu Bi, and Wu Bi making not so subtle hints about their relationship in front of everyone. Why always in front of Doudou? Always! 😅
The normally aloof Su Yu kissed Wu Bi! Again it's Su Yu's little smile after the kiss that makes it so sweet. The spoilers were actually true! I didn't think this would happen because in the behind the scenes Jiongmin had said there was no scene where he kisses Xu Bin, but here we are! Xu Bin's dream has finally come true. 🤭
I was not expecting such an explicit confession! They tried to hide the gay a little by having Su Yu add the ocean part, but Wu Bi's qq screen name is 我想我是海 (I wish I am the sea) and so when Su Yu shouts 我爱你, 大海 (I love you sea), he is not so subtly telling Wu Bi that he loves him. Awwwww. 🥹
But also, I have to drag production a bit on the terrible green screen CGI here. It looks so fake! Did they run out of money? How hard is it to film a sunset at a beach?
No. Don't you dare Mo Yi. Fuck off. If the last two eps break my heart I'm going to consider SWM as having only 22 episodes where the boys are together and happy.
The girls on weibo only went a little crazy. I can't say I blame them. I was internally screaming last night too. I didn't see SWM on the main hot search but they were trending for a little while. Hopefully it was short enough where it didn't draw too much attention. 😅

I'm challenging myself with this show and seeing how good my color skills really are, so I'm doing my normal thing of watching it double-speed on mute, but now, the captions are off also.It's just colors and vibes here. She can just be lounging on the couch, reading a book or lazily watching a movie on television when Bucky walks by and sees her.
It’s not ten seconds before she feels his weight on her as he lays himself down without a word, his head burying itself in her chest as his arms rest on either side of her.
He takes a moment to enjoy her warmth and the soft skin of her cleavage against his face before he lets himself get really comfortable, shimmying down her body just a bit as he lets his head lay back down.
Her hands are already coming up to run through his hair, holding him gently as he relaxes even further into her. A soft moan tumbles from Bucky’s lips under her attention, his eyes already fallen closed.
His face is on her soft tummy as she cradles his head against her chest. When he feels her lean down, placing a delicate kiss on his hair, he swears his heart almost hurts from how full it is.
He never thought he would have this. Never thought anyone would care about him the way she does. He doesn’t deserve it. He knows that. But she’s still here. And she still loves him. He can feel it with every brush of her fingers through his hair. With every relaxed inhale she takes. With every beat of her precious heart that he’s vowed to never break again. And he knows she’ll deny it, argue semantics, but he’ll go to his grave saying he loves her even more.
Her soft laugh catches his attention as he turns his face up to meet her eye. She’s smiling down at him, her eyes twinkling. “You’re like a cat,” she laughs again, her voice quiet, almost a whisper. Bucky has a sleepy smirk on his face as he nuzzles into her again, his hand framing her soft waist, holding her lightly.
“Can’t help it. You’re too comfortable,” he insists.
“You can just grab a pillow,” she tells him, but they both know she enjoys this just as much as he does. When he’s this close, his weight on top of her like it is, she revels in the feeling. Not just warm or content, but safe. Cherished. Loved.
She never thought this was possible, not really. Sometimes, when she’s looking back on the beginning, she worries it’s all in her head. That she’s deluding herself into being this happy. But then moments like this happen. Again and again. And she knows, without a doubt, it’s real. The unadulterated happiness she feels when she’s with him now, it’s nothing but genuine. She couldn’t help it even if she wanted to.
She used to resent herself for it. But she can’t anymore. She won’t. She cares for him. She loves him. Maybe more than she should. But who’s to say. And why should it matter? She knows he loves her just as much. They’re a match made by the fates.
His fingers flex against her waist as he fondles her softly. That sly cheshire grin on his lips cause a brow to quirk on her face as she waits for him to respond.
“You are my pillow. My favorite pillow,” he smiles unabashedly as she rolls her eyes at him, a hint of a smile of her own threatening to play on her lips. He laughs and lets his head rest on her once more, her fingers returning to his hair as they lay together.
It’s quiet again, save the low hum of the television playing. It’s peaceful. Calm.
She smiles as she realizes their breathing has synced. A minute passes and she hears a soft snore coming from Bucky as he naps on her. Gently as she can, not wanting to wake him, she leans her head down once more, placing another soft kiss on him.
His hand ever so slightly squeezes her supple flesh in his sleep as she plays with his hair.
She soon feels herself growing more and more drowsy, too. His warmth and weight lulling her. It isn’t long before they’re both sleeping easily, being held delicately by one another.
His hold on her a symbol of his softness for her, a reminder of the true Bucky, whose warmth was reserved for her alone. A promise to always keep her with him - cherished, safe, and protected. Her hold on him much the same. An unspoken promise of commitment - her care and love for him, despite it all, ceaseless.
