Happy anniversary, my love.

Thank you for one of the happiest years I've had in a while. The time  seems to have flown by and yet I can recall all the good memories between the two of us. Memories I'll cherish far into the future, I'm sure.

It's an important day, so I've already arranged it so I could take the day off. I do have my own ideas for how to make today special, but beyond those, we'll do whatever makes you happiest.

ずっと眠れていなかったけど、解熱鎮痛剤と咳止めを飲んだら明け方近くまで、なんとか眠れるようになった。(途中何度か起きるし、寝つきもよくはないけど)

解熱鎮痛剤で、喉の痛みが大きく緩和されるのがよかったんだと思う。でも、明け方の咳で一度覚醒したら、喉の痛みはもとどおりで、もう寝られない。ゆっくり休みたいのに、休めないパラドックス😇

日中は、ずっと微熱続き。

動きたくはないけど、わたし以外にやる人がいないから肢体に鞭打って、なんとか家事をこなす。喉が痛いので、食事はなんとか固形食を一食………

喉の痛みでQOLってこんなに下がるんだなぁ…と体調を崩すたびに思う。二度とかかるもんか、とも思う。けれど、毎年数度は喉を痛めて、また同じことを思う。

喉、弱いなぁ。

また、今晩も解熱鎮痛さんと咳止めさんにお世話になります…
