alright listen

I know we're all having an evaluation of how eagerly we believe people who present with even the slightest air of authority and frankly good! we all need to be less credulous of people on the internet who tell lies.

but I think there are also other lessons to learn from james somerton. namely about his raging and blatant misogyny, which I've often seen similar forms of in fandom and on this specific site. to paraphrase bombs himself in the ctrl alt del video, if you see shitty behavior within your sphere, it's important to recognize it and try to fix it instead of rejecting it and asserting that no REAL members of the ingroup are like that. and nerds have a misogyny problem. including tumblr. so let's reckon with it.

do you append "white" or "straight" to your comments about women even when those things have little to do with the topic being discussed, just to make your comments seem more legit? (and no, m/m shipping discourse does not give you a ticket to say it's all straight women -- it's fictional characters, james.) do you often theorize about how (hurriedly appended "straight/white/cis") women are responsible for a problem in fandom, nay, all problems in fandom? have you made up a guy based on a single post that annoyed you and extrapolated to say that all (appended signifier to make it ok) women in fandom are like that? do you see women as uniquely fetishizing, uniquely stupid about politics or social issues, uniquely annoying to talk to? do you assume when there's an issue, even a real one and not the fake ones james made up, that a woman is probably at the root of it?

all of this still applies to you if you're a woman. it also applies if you're gay or a person of color or trans. being an oppressed group doesn't mean you are immune from sexism, and sexism is still rampant in everyday life for pretty much everyone.

your shipping and fandom discourse isn't immune from this. no, I'm not talking about how not enough people like yuri. I'm talking about how women who like "bad" ships like r*ylo or whatever are seen as open targets for harassment. how women who are into "bad/problematic" fandoms are seen as idiots and enablers who deserve what they get. how there's an attitude that women who like shitty bad porn must think it's good, must be too stupid to know better, and must need to be handheld and taught about good, acceptable fiction. I've already talked a lot about tumblr's complete refusal to admit that fujoshi wasn't a term coined by delicate japanese mlm to complain about evil women (and I wonder if james contributed to that idiotic concept), but the way I've seen people assert that women into m/m must be straight, must be stupid, must be lying about their identities, must be hurting gay men in real life in addition to wanting some anime boys to kiss ...

I've seen how some of you people talk about amb*r h*ard, is all I'm saying, and I've seen what you've tried to do to dozens of female creatives that, for some reason, you've decided deserve to be taken down or taught a lesson. I've seen the descriptions you use. shrieking, bitchy, whiny, uppity, shrewish, karen (don't get me started on how karen has been turned into an easy excuse for misogyny). you're not bystanders to what james did and is doing, you're a part of it. sure, you might not have the nazi fetish, but you've said things about women that put somerton to shame.

just a thing to keep in mind while the plagiarism discourse is ongoing. somerton is a shithead for many reasons but this is one that's important to remember because I think people often treat misogyny like a lesser crime, a smaller concern, and it's not. just think of what laws are passing and what views popular movements have of women and then, for one moment, consider that maybe your reflexive need to blame women or pick them apart might have been influenced by the Society In Which We Live.

Please stay away from this user that goes by Winthlock (or Tsuki. They mostly go by Winthlock, but I'm assuming Tsuki is either one of their alts or a different username they go by)

They're not only a proshipper who raids Kuroshitsuji servers and posts disgusting images (specifically Sebaciel images) but also a hacker.

If they post a link, DO NOT CLICK IT otherwise they will receive your information.

I'm in a Black Butler roleplaying discord server and we just had one of our members hacked by this person

If you're wondering what Pink no Koneko is, a quick google search shows that it's one of those Sebaciel doujinshis. So now you have a good idea of what's probably behind that censor. 🤢🤮

And here is them posting the links that lead to accounts getting hacked. (In case you don't know, Grabify is what many hackers use to gain access to information such as a user's IP address)

One of the unfortunate victims is a friend of mine and in a mutual Black Butler server.

For those confused; the person who got hacked by Winthlock (I censored said person's name in blue) calling out Winthlock (who is both using the hacked account and trying to play innocent about the whole thing)

The "MA" user you're seeing in the above screenshot is the hacked account.

Please note the same profile picture.

Winthlock also goes by winthlock03 as you can see. (Either it's their alt username or one of their alt accs)

There's also been lots of speculation about Winthlock in general; another user (censored in pink) says that they also have some experience

So if the information in the above screenshots is true, then there's a good chance that Winthlock is not only a proshipper, a hacker, but also a lowkey creep lusting for an underaged character and supporting their kid sister indulging in proshipping. (Again, this part is merely speculation, no screenshots of the comments, were provided unfortunately.)

But yeah, that's the basic gist of it.

I seriously cannot believe people are this petty. Proshipping is one thing: if you ship something disgusting like Sebaciel, fine. Whatever. No point in wasting time trying to change your mind. I'll just block you and move on with my day, simple.

But raiding servers and hacking people's accounts? That's honestly inexcusable. It's honestly abhorrent. And possibly convincing young individuals that proshipping is cool and something they should do and that there's nothing wrong with it? Absolutely degenerate behavior.

And I know there's gonna be someone saying shit among the lines of "Why are you aNTIS so worked up about a fictional ship"

This proshipper is raiding discord servers and hacking people, over a fictional ship. Just think about that for at least five seconds, please.

TL;DR if this person joins your server, please block them and ban them ASAP. Do NOT click the links they post.

I’m going to need you all to start recognizing proship “dogwhistles” (for a lack of a better term) better, because I’m getting a little sick of seeing posts that are very blatantly just proship ideology worded purposefully vague.

That post might be about shipping / sexualizing incest and/or pedophilia if…

The original poster describes themselves as “pro-ship”, “pro-fic”, “pro-fiction”, “anti-harassment” (sounds good on the surface, but when used online, it’s usually another word for pro-ship), or “anti-censorship” (also a Nazi / alt-right dogwhistle)

Reference to “antis”, or “people who harass other people over fiction”

“Ship and let ship”

“Fanpol” / “fandom police”, or calling themselves “anti-fanpol”

“Fiction isn’t reality”, “fiction doesn’t effect reality”, “fiction isn’t morality”

ANON YOUR MIND! ThistleIce has now been added to RDA as a testament of how much I love this ship now

meet Asterleaf (creamer one) and Ferretchase (the technically a calico)

Fetterchase (alt names are Hareskip, Blizzardrun) is a smart and daring cat. Xe is kind and funny usually, but is quickly in serious mode when bad things happen. Xe can become a bit too strict then, but xe never means any harm and will back down when told to. Xe's also incredibly fast, like The fastest cat in WindClan right now.

Asterleaf (alt names are Lacebreeze, Swanwing) is someone that always tries to please everyone. They're withdrawn and kind and struggle with their emotions a lot. They struggle to properly express them most of the time and bottle up a lot of emotions. This can lead them to make irrational decisions as they want the bad thing to Stop Now.

Both are deaf since by a funny coincidence I headcanon both their moms to be deaf too.

(Assume this is a world where both survive the great battle/between-book greencough)

Icecloud and Thistleheart bonded over being deaf in Clans that at best were being clumsily supportive. They were often talking about the latest dumb stuff they had to endure and always had endlessly long conversations about everything.

The two slowly fell in love over the years they spent together during gatherings. Then one night at the border between Wind and Thunder, Thistleheart asked Icecloud to become mates. Ice accepted and so it began.

This happened slightly before the start of avos (when I do slow burn, it burns sloooooooow).

These two lovely kits were born during the darktail fiasco in a WindClan that was growing more restless by the day. These kits being born definitely did not help at all and it made Onestar be very rude to Thistleheart, but like, bordering on verbally abusive rude. This was when the borders were already closed, so Thistleheart couldn't even go see Ice anymore and this was the last straw.

Thistleheart took her kits and went to ThunderClan with them. She wasn't going to stay in that damned Clan if Onestar was like this. This was the thing that finally forced Onestar to open the borders and tell everyone about Darktail. Thistleheart would stay in Thunder until Dark was defeated, but then Harestar wanted to prove he was a strong enough leader and demanded the kits back. Things weren't going to lead to a conflict just yet, but Thistleheart and Ferretkit were sent back to WindClan while Asterkit would stay in ThunderClan with Icecloud. (the leaders didn't listen to the protests of Violet, Twig, Alder and a few others about how bad it is to split littermates like that).

Asterleaf (name courtesy of Bramblestar's shitty naming capabilities) replaces Brissie as the protag of TBC.

Their painfully unrequited feelings for Plumstone (who is in love with Thriftear, and inherited xenophobia from blossomfall) and the frustration they felt about being torn away from their littermate made them a prime target for the impostor. They're technically called a codebreaker, but could save themselves by renouncing Icecloud. They were being pressured and forced by the impostor and did so. Ferret was horrified by everything and confronted Harestar to stand up against the impostor And confronted Aster about their actions in regards to their own mom.

Side note, Fetter had grown up to be a vocal warrior that would Not back down from a challenge. And was always arguing for things to get better.

Anyways, Harestar was already somewhat unwilling to follow the impostor, but Ferret berating Hare in front of the whole clan, and even using some spoken language, made him kinda forced to actually go against the impostor fully.

With Aster things were a bit more complicated. They felt terribly bad about Ice boing banished because of them (Ice was safe and sound in WindClan tho, dw), but the impostor had promised them it would only be for the best as they know first paw how bad things become when half clan kits are born and they need to make an example out of the cats that made them have such an unpleasant kithood. (Ice was a good mom, but ThunderClan isn't the kindest, especially to a kit like Aster, even if kind cats like Daisy or Twigbranch were there). Ferret starts to become aggravated. Bramble and Hare were the reason their kithood was bad. Sadly tho xe could not get Aster to understand that and a Thunder patrol showed up, which forced Ferret to run. Obviously the patrol were never going to catch xir, but it was still close anyway.

TBC continues as Aster starts to feel very stressed about "Bramblestar's" actions and they think about what Ferret said about Bramble and Hare being the actual reason they struggled.

More cats begin to be banished, things are becoming very uneasy in ThunderClan and Ferret goes to find Rootspring to know more about what is happening. Ferret had heard about the rebellion from Smokehaze, xir good friend, and xe wanted to know more in case anything could help convince Aster to side against Bramble. Ferret learns about the possession stuff and again tries to convince Aster to stop. They didn't believe it could be true, so, mission failed.

The rebellion decides it's too much, and plans a murder attempt on Bramble. It goes as poorly as in canon and a few cats die, including Smokehaze. Ferret is devastated and furious and runs all the way to the ThunderClan camp to kill Bramble xirself and it fails, but Ferret somehow still has some time to let Aster know xe's feeling all those things. Ferret has to flee again and by some miracle they escape yet another ThunderClan patrol into the WindClan border.

Aster is still in ThunderClan and helps treat Bramblestar's wounds as they think about what happened. That the murder attempt failed was technically their fault (for not believing Aster, for not helping the rebellion, for having led a patrol to bramble) and they are starting to feel serious remorse for their actions there. Like in canon bramble is angry, banishes Berrynose and makes Asterleaf deputy. Many cats from all sides of the argument are unhappy with this choice, but they can't complain or they'd be banished.

Aster actually goes to find Ferret after that. Ferret is livid obviously and doesn't want to talk to Aster, but they plead and Ferret begrudgingly accepts to talk with them. Ferret doesn't forgive them, not yet, but xe agrees to get them up to speed with the rebellion. Aster is determined to help and one of their first acts was to tell the rebels about Bramblestar's plans to attack WindClan for helping the rebels. They had the task of fully planning how the fight would go themselves, so they could tell every detail to prepare the camp as well as possible. Aster also intentionally didn't make their plans perfect to give more advantage to WindClan.

The day of the fight Aster stands right besides "Bramble", as the fight commences. They split up eventually and that's when they see Icecloud being threatened by a RiverClan warrior. Aster jumps to their mom's defense and gets a heavy blow to their face as a reward, but Icecloud is safe at least. They keep fighting and cats from all clans die. In the end the battle is ended by Ferretchase violently attacking Bramble before running out of reach and that until bramble was too tired to continue. That's when a few rebels pin him to the ground and the battle is over.

Most cats return to their camp. Aster isn't one of them as Squirrelflight took the deputy position back over and led ThunderClan back to camp. Aster needed to talk to Icecloud and Thistleheart first. Aster apologized to their moms about everything that happened. Aster even broke down tears because of the everything of feelings that was hitting them. Harestar allowed Aster to stay in camp for a few days. They got their wound treated and helped diligently to guard Ashfur. Ash still tried to get them to his side, but Aster wouldn't budge anymore. No they won't, never again.

Or at least that was until Ashfur began over the fact that no-one would forgive them for what they've done. How they had broken the code and hurt their loved ones and they were an unlovable monster now. This began making Aster uncomfortable again until they couldn't deal with it anymore and lashed out, accidentally letting ash escape mostly to get rid of him. This was a bad idea as Ash immediately dragged Squilf in the dark forest.

Aster was also starting to be tired of their bad decisions and set out to stop ash. Aster arrived at the Moonpool alone and entered the dark forest.

Ferret was caught in a mess as both Ash and Aster were missing and cats were starting to think the two were in this plan together since the beginning. Ferret had xir own doubts, but wanted to trust Aster, so we defended them and began looking for them. Rootspring was so kind as to be a useful npc and tell Ferret about ash dragging Squilf in the dark forest and Aster following them. Ferret hurried over there and with Root's help entered the dark forest too.

The dark forest was decaying, like in canon and Ferret nearly experienced it first pawed as we nearly dropped in a puddle of the black goop. Xe looked for any of the living cats they were looking for, but couldn't find any. Dark forest spirits found them instead. Ferretchase found xirself face to face with Sparrowfeather. Xe immediately positioned themselves in a fighting pose, but Sparrow wasn't going to attack xir. Sparrow wanted to know what was going on with all those living cats in the dark forest. Ferret briefly explained and Sparrow decided to help Ferret, if not just to get rid of Ash and have the dark forest be slightly less of a mess that's destroying itself.

Aster on the other hand was not having such a great time. They met with some slightly less kind cats there and had to flee. They did see one of the cats accidentally fall in a pit of goop and disappear forever, which did not help with their worries. Eventually they found Ash and Squilf. The two were surrounded by dark forest spirits and Aster assumed it'd be a bad idea to fight Ash then and there. (it definitely would have been. See, Aster can make good decisions sometimes).

Back in WindClan Thistleheart and Icecloud are worried about their kits and go look for them and arrive at the moonpool. Rootspringe also helps them enter and they find Asterleaf. Ice hurries over to her kit while Thistle follows, worried too, but slightly more hesitantly. Aster explains what happened and Thistleheart assures them they aren't an unlovable monster. They did terrible things, but that can all be repaired now. Thistle wants to know how things are going exactly with Ash and proposes to quickly spy, but not too long and Discreetly. The family go back to where Ashfur is harassing Squilf. Ash was too busy, but one of the other spirits saw them and called alarm. Ash immediately began shrieking (not that they could hear it) and sent a few spirits to deal with the three cats.

They fled, but the spirits were closing in. Aster didn't want their moms to be hurt so they stopped right in their tracks as Thistle and Ice kept running. They faced down the three spirits that rapidly approached them. One of them was already lunging at them, but they were slammed to the ground by a white shape. A tortie sprang behind it and barred the path of the other two spirits. Aster was ready to fight and both Thistle and Ice had returned as they had realized Aster wasn't with them anymore. The family recognized Ferretchase and a happy reunion happened after the three spirits were dealt with. Sparrowfeather simply politely looked away while they were busy.

The little family was together again and they were ready to finish this. They gathered some allies from StarClan, and from the living that Rootey got in the dark forest and prepared to launch a full-on assault of Ashfur to finish this once and for all.

The group reunited and the battle began. It's honestly not very epic, but Ferret does specifically avoid hurting Smokehaze's spirit. Then Ashfur was threatening Squilf again, but too close to the goop and Aster had enough of it. They ran towards Ash and pushed him in the dark water. Aster followed him. Ash fought back to escape, but for good measure Aster gave them a massive push to deeper in the water.

They were starting to drown too. The water was slowly making them fade away, the memories of their past flooding in. The WindClan camp they barely remembered from their kithood. The ThunderClan camp with all its cats, kind and mean. Thistleheart and Icecloud curled up together around them and Ferret. The pain of losing Ferret again, the joy of seeing xir as a kit when Icecloud took them out. The painful love they felt for Plumpaw when the only thing she cared about was teasing Aster. The anger they felt when cats mistrusted them, the distress of being manipulated by the impostor and the pain of hurting their loved ones time and time again because of their dumb decisions.

Aster straightened up, the water was making them feel very light, but a sudden burst of emotions made them aware of what was happening and what they definitely did not want to happen. They got their paws to move and pushed through the water, slowly moving up. It was terrible as the water wasn't going to let them escape so easily. It craved their emotions, but Asterleaf was not going to die a traitor. They pushed harder and harder until they neared the surface, but then everything disappeared. Their body was gone, they barely could move anymore and they couldn't form coherent thoughts. Instinctively they knew they were about to die, but that was before they felt teeth grabbing their scruff. They couldn't look up, but they felt themselves being hoisted up, out of the water and back in land.

Asterleaf took a deep breath. They could open their eyes again and saw their family surrounding them, looking at them with worried eyes. They didn't know what was going on until they looked down. They could see through their paws. They nearly took a step back into the water from the shock, but Ferretchase stopped them. Thistleheart and Icecloud slowly pressed themselves on both of Aster's flanks as they tried to understand.

It took them a while to fully accept it, but in the meantime they had followed the other cats to StarClan. There one cat had said they needed a guardian for the new opening that had been made. Asterleaf immediately volunteered. Many cats were surprised, but the StarClan spirits accepted.

Asterleaf now waited by the border. It was mostly a lonely job, but sometimes a kit would wander too far away, or a cat would desperately want to see their loved one. They could never let them pass, but they gave comforting words and guided them away.

Moons had passed. Honestly more than Aster had counted. It wasn't too bad out there alone. They could be with their thoughts and start making peace with them.

One day though they had a special visit. They saw two white starry shapes approach. They became so happy when they saw Icecloud and Thistleheart. They couldn't go too far from the border, but they hurried to greet their moms. Asterleaf hugged them for a long time, so happy to see them again. The three cats sat there, catching up on everything. Aster learned Ice had moved to WindClan after the dust was settled. This was now allowed by the code. The two had simply spent their last few years as warriors before enjoying their retirement together. Then they died peacefully next to each other.

From then on Aster would have visit from time to time. Usually both Thistleheart and Icecloud came to visit, but sometimes it was only Thistleheart or only Icecloud. The two siblings hugged each other tightly. They had been separated for so long. Ferret told Aster all about their life. The fights, the fun moments in camp, the deputy position xe had been offered but refused, Rootspring, everything actually. Ferretchase told Asterleaf everything. Some parts were a bit more awkward, but things were told anyway. Aster was done with not telling things to cats.

Both siblings avoided the topic at first, but Aster apologized for everything again to Ferret. Ferret accepted the apology and told Aster things would be fine again.

Yh i agree about people s obsession with new duos. And don t get me wrong, sometimes new and unexpected duos are great, i m talking to the treebark burner account! Ranchers were also great, and totally out of nowhere. But i think people are a bit too obsessed with 1 creating new duos and names in order to portray new narratives and theories and 2 making every close relationship romantic or familiar, as if close friendships, qprs or just good ol' rivalries did not exist 3 ignoring female ccs, even more so when it gets in the middle of a ship (this happens with women in every single piece of media btw).

Male-female friendships (or ships) are often ignored bc i feel a lot of fans feel as if these fanon relationships are somehow more "real" and not roleplay bc they are a "straight couple" (c'mon people, most of us are queer what are you doing with this mentality?), and are more likely to assume you ship the creators and not the characters, or worst, to actually assume the ccs are together irl (which was the reason some female ccs were against shipping in the 1st place). Re: this point, I will give an special mention to bee duo though, the fans really assumed they liked each other irl, which was very creepy considering they were underage at the time.

F/F ships are also often snubbed, although lately i ve seen them become a lot more popular, such as nature wives and more recently Gem & Pearl (ik the ship has a name, but i ve decided to ignore it bc we are better than that), which has been satisfactory to see. Still a long way to go though.

Hope i have explained myself correctly 👉👈 english s not my 1st language so i m kind of nervous about dping such a long post about such a complex issue. Feel free to correct me

you're right that ppl want to create new duos and narratives but sometimes... those ppl aren't that close. or had three interactions in a series. that isn't to say they're not friends or friends can't become close in a short amount of time. but the fandomisation and trying to come up with an incomprehensible name instead of saying their names is kinda ?? to me personally. not that's bad, it's just... i don't really get why you won't use their names. especially when it's not a long established group that frequently collabs.

you're so right about male-female friendships and especially in this fandom. i feel like m/f shipping in this sphere (outside of the obvious lizzie/joel) is seen as taboo bc it could leak into m/f irl shipping. at least that's why i was squicked out for like two years. esp bc m/f irl shipping was / is a problem (for example, i still see ppl asking in their public yt comments if stress and iskall are together. during hc2 people thought mumbo and false were dating when he was like 17 and she was in her early twenties and it's just fucking weird to truth in people's comments).

(unrelated to this discussion but i will always be salty that the antihcshippers never bring up the point of REAL AND ANNOYING M/F IRL SHIPPING IN COMMENTS and instead bully scar/grian shippers on twitter or whatever. really shows that they never cared about cc's "boundaries" or feelings and just want that fandom moral superiority. quick have you been to comment sections of eps posted by the women in like 2017. have you seen the random twitch chatters.)

the fanon side of m-f friendships/ships in hc is interesting bc pre gem and pearl, the three women had their "designated guy bestie that they always collab with" and it's quite obvious who: stress-iskall, cleo-joe, false-ren (to a lesser extent cub). former two are basically the only prominent m/f ships (iskall in particular plays into it). i had talked to ppl in dms about why false/ren isn't prominent and my main theory is what i call the yaoi shield bc ren is shipped with a lot of men LMFAO (also something something about ren/iskall and false/stress being complements to avoid the "boring" m/f shipping).

but i still wish m-f friendships get more recognition 😔 like if you're not shipping them in the character sense, there's no risk of being seen as irl shipping, so technically it's no different from same gender friendships, right? 🤡 and i do not like the instant "siblingification" to create a fanon familiar bond to avoid shipping. like sometimes it works. a lot of the time it doesn't. people can just be friends. and they all are actually friends.

ok, more of a tangent here, but dug up an old ass convo from 2021 in which there was a point like "sometimes romantic relationships can happen between ccs and it is definitely more feasible than ccs becoming family via marriage/adoption" and i said "so technically 'shipping hcs' are less weird than 'same family hcs'. hm". soooo 🤡🤡🤡 it's totally fine if you don't wanna ship, but it is also TOTALLY fine to keep them as friends instead of siblings / family hcs. i think this fandom has enough awareness now to know you mean friends when you portray them as friends.

i'm happy to see more yuri bc yuri is almost always the least popular in fandoms. but i think m/m and f/f also has the vibes of "less likely to be perceived as irl shipping so we can go wild" while m/f character shipping is still treated with caution? and people really don't want ccs to misinterpret it as irl shipping? tbh i feel like the modern day fandom has gone into "god forbid a man and a woman are friends" that m/f is seen as the "boring" "cop-out" and it goes all the way around. like yeah sometimes it's boring. but not the point of it being nonexistent lmfao like m/f could be funnnnn!!!!!! and they can be queer too!! bi4bi, t4t!!!! or they can just be hetero idk!!

Things i want to do in Veronaville:

- Bring back Claudio and Olivia and make her pregnancy come to term (undecided on the name for the baby but I would assume it would be a boy)

- Contessa Capp is alive, she was meant to be playable originally which we can see from her bio

- I may bring Cordelia and Caliban back too just because IMO VV has too many unnecessarily dead sims. Sure I guess there is the fued but it makes VV seem very empty with all these random dead sims

- Hero Monty deserved better and honestly I might bring her back pregnant just because

- Bring Viola Monty back as a teenager

- Give Viola an identical male twin (Sebastian)

- Potentially keep Viola and Sebastian living in the shadows of Romeo and Mercutio to create some sibling rivalry? Maybe they’re forced to live in the family house with Claudio & Olivia while Romeo & Mercutio live with the grandparents as potential heirs?

- Somehow rename Benedick and Beatrice Monty without taking away from Viola who is already established as a VV character (I hate that they give these names to twins but I don’t like renaming B&B to Viola and Sebastian since the discovery of Viola Monty’s existence)… I was thinking of naming them after Shakespeare’s real life twin children Hamnet and Judith but I’m not sure. The other option is Robson & Crane from Comedy of Errors but I don’t think either of those names sound particularly feminine for Beatrice…

- Create Benvolio and Rosaline from R&J but give them their own separate families so that we don’t just have three families in VV (maybe one of them could be the child of Puck’s bio parents for a twist which would technically make them Puck’s bio sibling?)

- The usual Romeo & Juliet storyline will play out but with more characters alive for the feud i think it would add deeper dynamics (i.e. Cordelia was neutral from Contessa’s bio)

- Tybalt and Mercutio will eventually be a couple… their enemies to lovers storyline is just *chefs kiss*

- I would also like to recreate Puck’s biological parents and potentially Bottom’s too since we’ve had confirmation from the storytelling images and game files that these sims were most definitely deleted

- Hal Capp’s face must be fixed!!! I would also like Miranda to have more involvement - maybe she falls for Benvolio or Rosaline instead of typically getting involved with Mercutio?

- Kent Capp is 100% gay there is no doubt in my mind I’m sorry to those who ship him with Bianca they are just besties

I mayyyy look at the alt VV by dreadpirate and also the more historically accurate VV i’ve seen on MTS and take some inspiration from both of these too but these are the general ideas that I have for an almost ultimate good end VV??

Hi going on anon for the sake of safety and so on- I've been digging into the stuff around Sparkly/edgarallancrow2030 because some people have been accusing a friend of being that person- and I needed some clarification on some things if you potentially had it.

Do you know around what age that person is now? From the writing before it seemed they were a woman, is this assessment accurate?

Sorry for this randomly coming out of nowhere but I'm trying to find any and all information I can on this person and front to know for certain what's up.

Its fine, I can understand wanting to figure out if Sparky is around you or not, given the amount of times I had to deal with being unsure if a new follower was Sparky stalking me again or not. In terms of what your asking about Sparky:

*I sadly cannot tell you what Sparky's age is because I do not know how old he is either. Sparky either didn't put his age on all the blogs he made or if he did, they varied in ages. One claimed he was 23 for example, but as you can see with his current twitter, he's claiming to be 30 now. I just know at this point, he falls into the adult age range. *The whole being a woman claim you are likely getting from the first ever blog Sparky had, aka trans-gliter-girl-sparky (aka where Sparky's nickname came from cause its either that or refer to Sparky with whatever blog he has going right now and that's impossible to keep track off so), as he claimed to be a trans-woman on that blog, but later on in different blogs, dropped that via claiming at first to be going by differing pronouns and then finally, just went by he/him on blogs and on his current twitter, so Sparky's gender is he/him confirmed.

And in terms of stuff I can give you that can help a little more in identifying Sparky:

*Sparky's name is Ian (sources being his blogs and such). *Sparky claims to be in America (sources again being his blogs and also when someone I know went on an alt and talked to him, he assumed it was me and told me to come to the states and give....*gag*...daddy a kiss). *Sparky also claimed to be in terms of ancestry: Irish, Iberian and Mexican (source being one of his blogs). *Sparky used to mention a grandma a-lot at least (source basically all his blogs). *Sparky is a pro-shipper whose very much into incest and age-gap ships (...Do I need to cite a source when you likely saw his tweet saying incest is hot and based??? Because that was all he had in his following in all his tumblr blogs as well and was into age-gap ships like Percy Jackson X Luke Castellan and basically confirmed liking these ships in his bios each time). *Sparky is a self-admitted pedo who did erotic role-plays with minors and for all we know could still be doing that but trying to hide it better now (source sparky himself). *Sparky is into anime and animation fandoms- I can't exactly name a-lot of the anime ones beyond Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Fullmetal Alchemist (based on headers and icons used on his blogs)- but in terms of animation, shows like South Park and The Owl House. *Sparky also likes DC based on icons and usernames and following and posts in the past and actually started hating/stalking me over me hating the MCU so likes the MCU as well. *Is a self admitted bootlicker for cooperation's like Disney and is also a monarchist (mainly cause I hate the monarchy...yeah Sparky admitted in the past that whatever I hate or like, he will do the opposite).

i'm getting much closer to actually posting during pride month! go me! :-) i decided to work on some pieces to depict my deep feelings i have for the idea of a love triangle between zoey/gwen/courtney from the total drama series during pride.

ok, so like, here me out on zourtney. courtey? do they have a ship name? please tell me. these two fascinated me over the potential of how their relationship could work. they don't have many interactions, but for the ones we have, my personal headcanon is that they'd make interesting rivals. look at it this way, it's clear as day that courtney is hardworking with a competitive spirit. she's well equipped to deal with challenges, because she's put the time and effort to harness the abilities needed to get the job done. she's that girl. in comparison, things just work out naturally when it comes to zoey. it's not clear how she's naturally good at things like archery, she just picks it up with ease. to courtney, that has to be so frustrating to interact with. she's put in the work, but some other girl with lack of experience is outdoing her? this is injustice. it'd clearly be a one-sided rivalry with zoey assuming courtney is trying to be her friend, when in reality, courtney is trying to take her down.

next up, we got the queens. gwourtney. courn. whichever you prefer. what's there to say about these two queens that hasn't been said? their dynamic in the show is just so interesting. they go through so much together that it's fun to imagine where they end up in the future. bitter ex's? besties with benefits? married with 2.5 kids and white picket fence? i could see it all. overall, I just like thinking bout them watching documentaries and visiting museums together. maybe, they'd even run a podcast... hmmm...

on gwoey's end, i just feel like these two work naturally as an alt couple. the type who's date nights consist of concert venues, food truck dining, and walks through the city at night. they're so similar to one another, they just get each other despite their differing dispositions and aesthetic. i'd love to see an indie coming-of-age romcom about them.

Alright, I have Feelings about Dasira, but I’m mostly going to be talking about it in an aromantic way, because I am not the person who knows enough to talk about TMA and cops. (But I will say that if one more person headcanons Daisy with BPD I am going to Die, please Stop.)

So, as an aromantic person, I appreciate that canon!Dasira is completely platonic. They absolutely suck ✨ platonically ✨. They’re a toxic ✨ platonic ✨ relationship. Basira has double standards about Daisy killing people versus Jon taking people’s statements, but her feelings for Daisy are completely platonic.

Yes, queer romantic relationships are important in fiction, I acknowledge this and I’m not going to say it doesn’t give me warm fuzzy feelings to have queer romance be a thing, I love it as much as the next person, but as an aromantic person, I absolutely adore how Daisy and Basira can be so devoted to each other — to the point of it being harmful to the people around them, don’t think I have forgotten — and have the relationship still be completely platonic.

I have a problem with the TMA fandom and how a lot of people just sort of… assume romantic!Dasira is canon, when it’s not. Some of my favourite fic authors are guilty of this (I will not name names because. No. They’re lovely. I don’t know if I have the power to make people do anon hate and I don’t want to find out), and it’s just… hhh. It makes me annoyed. Ship and Let Ship, yeah yeah, but also, aaa, just. It doesn’t sit well with me, personally.

Also, not the right person to be talking on this, but while I really like Daisy’s redemption (?) arc and the message of forgiveness not being necessary but trying to do better being necessary, I… hm. Idk. I just don’t want to say something wrong, so I tend to just stay away from Daisy and Basira as characters. Don’t have much experience with it and have not done enough reading on it.

1. my favourite guys... grants whole rebellion thing went incredibly south and in the nes translation i recall him saying dracula killed his family, so theres nobody for him to really introduce trevor to; and we're completely in the dark regarding the status of any family members trevor has, so im not sure on that. but i think trevor would have a lot of concerns about *having* a family with grant, after the way the belmonts have been treated for so long, so... i think that if they did, theyd probably give them the danasty name, just to be safe, and perhaps to give grant a bit of peace after his living relatives possibly all got mega mauled by draculas girl gang army

2. okay we know that the entirety of loi is walters favourite movie until the very end, lets not kid ourselves. even after that, i think walter would find leon at the very least incredibly intriguing. rinaldo says to leon at the very beginning that "he must really like you" which, HMMMM, but also has implications for any later developments after both their lives go completely down the drain. i think that no matter what they did after loi (possibly go on a dual revenge quest assuming alt ending, because we all know walter would be THE WORST influence), walter would regard it as a new sort of game, leon of course still at the centre: very entertaining indeed

3. FATE HUH. FATE. the successor of fate and the funny skeleton man doing everything he can to perpetuate that fate... we love to see it!! their dynamic in the game is incredibly interesting, with this being the (as far as release date goes?) first showcase of deaths down to clown attitude when it comes to helping slash not attacking 'enemies' if it doesnt endanger his master. hes flexible! and juste, in turn, doesnt attack him until death starts a fight. they cooperate for a bit! despite immediately recognising juste as a belmont (colour of his soul? idk thats kinda 🤨) death gives him some answers juste wouldnt have realised on his own and leaves him be until he himself actually realises "oh shit dracula time i gotta go prep", even though it wouldve been easier to deal with juste before he got more gear and whatnot, and juste showa him the same courtesy. theyre also kind of snippy? which is fun! they banter! the whole parallels thing juste has going on with leon is especially obvious, and especially fun when it comes to them. not death letting things slide because juste reminds him a bit of leon :p ahhh doomed relationships

4. arid huh? hmmm...

theyre both. both definitions. after loi, their relationship is a pit, a giant swathe of burned and dead land between them; nothing can ever grow there again, except for the hardiest weeds, the fruit of hate and loathing. and too, after loi, their lives are arid. meaningless. aside from vengeance leon has nothing, and now that hes had his vengeance mathias has nothing. their lives are dull and empty. quirky huh

Ba, ba, ba....Revenge Timeline.

Optimus couldn't help but feel this overwhelming dread that he was trying to keep to himself. He wasn't even expecting much today. He was going to help out with the port, train Eren, maybe tinker with the neutral ship or even go to the library. But when a Marleyan ship arrived on their shores, he didn't expect Reiner, Pieck, Zeke, and a few Marleyans soldiers to ask for their help over a name that he hadn't heard in a while: Starscream.

He knew that Starscream was unaccounted for near the end of the war. So was Shockwave. He saw Starscream leave in the opposite direction from Megatron. He assumed that the Autobots were able to handle it, and he himself had to return to the Well in order to help Cybertron live again. But Starscream was now here on this world, with a ship, hired men, and the Dark Star Saber. He was restarting his quest for power and vengeance, no doubt. And this world was ground zero for that. Did Starscream harm the Autobots? How much danger were the Eldians in on this world now that Starscream was here? And all the other humans! Paradis! What would happen to them?! Where was Megatron?! Did he survive Starscream's attack?!

"Optimus?" the Prime snapped out of his thoughts and looked down to see Hanji staring up at him with crossed arms.

"Yes, Commander." Optimus kneeled down to face her.

"Can you handle Reiner and Pieck and keep a close eye on them?" Hanji asked, "Everyone else is talking with Zeke, and we have our 3D gear out for that to take him down in case if he tries anything. We doubt it, since he's been quite cooperative, but just incase."

"Understood." Optimus transformed into his alt mode and opened his door for the Commander.

Reiner and Pieck were sitting back to back with guards watching them. Reiner was doing his best to keep a watchful eye, while trying not to let the guilt he was feeling eat him alive. Pieck merely glared at the guard staring at them, hands gripping their gear, ready to attack. The two titan shifters turned to see Optimus' alt mode driving towards them. He stopped, and the door opened to allow Hanji to exit the vehicle.

"The two of you are going to be with Optimus," Hanji informed them.

"No," Pieck said.

"It's not up for debate," Hanji reminded.

"I didn't ask to be here," Pieck retorted.

"Please comply, or we will use force," Hanji drawled out.

Reiner...forced himself to stand up and walk over to Optimus' alt mode, feeling like he had no real choice. Pieck, knowing that she was outnumbered and outclass, followed Reiner while glaring at everyone there. Reiner sat in the driver's seat while Pieck climbed up into the passenger's side. Optimus shut both doors and the two were surprised when Optimus wrapped their seatbelts and clicked them in place. Pieck yanked on hers, but that only locked the belt in place due to the mechanism.

"Have fun!" Hanji patted Optimus' door before the Prime drove to the Walls.

The drive itself, was nothing more than silence between them. None of them spoke, or muttered a single word. Pieck turned her attention to the passenger window, quietly marveling at how fast Optimus was going. Meanwhile, Reiner kept his head down, staring at the steering wheel just feeling tired. The two titan shifters then found themselves going through the gates of the Walls and through the crowded town. Pieck took a look at her surroundings, noticing how some of the people were...excited to see Optimus. The kids ran along side the vehicle, waving to the titan with large smiles on their faces. Reiner; however, just felt sick being back here. He felt remorse, so much of it.

A few moments later, Optimus had arrived in Wall Sina and continued driving along the road. The Prime slowed to a stop, and Reiner and Pieck found themselves in front of a well kept building. The two jolted when Optimus opened the doors for them and unbuckled their seat belts. Pieck quickly stepped out, wanting to get out of the titan, while Reiner calmly stepped out.

"Where are we?" Pieck demanded.

"A quiet place," Optimus replied as he activated the holoform, startling Pieck. The Prime then walked over to the door and lifted a potted plant to reveal a key. Optimus took the key and unlocked the door, before gesturing for them to come inside. Both were confused, but complied, given the situation.

"I thought we would be in a prison," Pieck remarked as they followed the Prime and made their way down the hall.

"I am certain that we will be working together for the time being," Optimus explained, "So it would be unwise to lock up potential allies."

"So you bring us to...," Pieck trailed off.

Optimus opened another door, and the two titan shifters were stunned to see a library. All the shelves were filled with books, and not one of them was empty. Large windows decorated the other side of the room, allowing the sunlight to poor in. A desk was seated on their right, with a small stack of books, papers, and a sign-in sheet.

"You are more than welcome to read anything that you like," Optimus offered as he walked over to his desk, "I only ask that you keep it organized and not damage anything."

"This place...is yours?" Reiner finally managed to ask.

"It was a gift to me from the Survey Corps," Optimus explained, "I do keep it open to the public, so you might see a few others pass through here."

"You brought us into Wall Sina to read books?" Pieck questioned, "We could transform and flee from you."

"And you can expect if that happens that Paradis will no longer grant you asylum, and you will have to handle Starscream alone," Optimus retorted.

Pieck kept her mouth shut, realizing that Optimus was correct in his assumption.

"...why are you being so kind to us?" Reiner finally asked, "We should be locked away in chains, but we're standing here in your library. Why?"

"You have been through enough these past few days," Optimus answered Reiner.

"...I'm sure that it's something I deserve," Reiner declared.

"Reiner," Pieck warned.

"Watching my life crumble around me, not knowing whether or not my family is safe, dealing with...that monster!" Reiner could still hear Starscream's sadistic, unhinged, laughter ringing in his mind. "If only...if only I had turned back. This is my punishment. I deserve this."

Optimus remained quiet, and stood up. He walked over to Reiner and placed a hand on the titan shifter's shoulder.

"You're actions cannot be forgiven so easily. That is true," Optimus began, "But Starscream being on this world has nothing to do with your sins. I am certain they have to deal with my own sins."

Reiner was confused. "But you're not a criminal."

"I have made far more mistakes, and decisions with highly negative consequences," Optimus explained, "I have killed many for years in order to survive and lead my people. Starscream, despite some of his personality traits, is one of many who do resent me, and I am certain he will not be the last."

Optimus removed his hand from Reiner's shoulder. "You have made mistakes, Reiner. And now, it is up to you to decide how you wish to correct those mistakes. You are given an opportunity to make things right, and help create peace between our nations. I would advise that you utilize it wisely, and to not let your guilt consume you."

"...It's not that easy," Reiner said, "I'm sure they won't even want to talk to me."

"I am aware," Optimus agreed, "These things take time. Use it wisely."

Reiner nodded his head in response while Pieck...could only stare in disbelief. Reiner has been an active enemy of the island, yet...this titan treated him with civility and respect.

"And one more thing." Reiner jolted when Optimus ripped off the armband from Reiner's upper arm. Optimus then walked over to Pieck and ripped her off with ease before taking them and shoving them in a drawer behind his desk.

"Why did you do that?!" Pieck exclaimed.

"Because that armband is demeaning and discriminatory," Optimus answered, "You are equals here."

Reiner and Pieck were at a loss for words. Why did-! They were taken out of their shock when a student entered the library with a few books in hand.

"Sorry, Optimus, is this a bad time?" the student asked.

"Not at all," Optimus answered, "Are you here to return something?"

The student walked over to the desk and placed the books on the desk. The students looked at Reiner and Pieck in confusion before walking over to the shelves.

"You are free to do as you please." Optimus gestured to the shelves.

"...Thank you." Reiner could only muster.

1. How many works do you have on Ao3?

27! But I do have a few original works that I post on a different website.

Oh, oh, the working title for this one before I posted it was 'Frank Angst'!

Urgh. Happy endings are for happy people. The best I can give you in bittersweet?

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Nope. But then again, I don't get much comments either because of how small my fandoms are.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Yep! Recently I have been messing around with it as well, for kinktober, and now I'm a bit ashamed to look my beta in the eyes.

I will admit, I usually post my kinky smut on an alt for that excat reason. Too many people I know irl know my main AO3 handle ^^;

But yeah, I love writing smut! But sometimes I want to play around with themes or settings too, and it doesn't always belong in those stories.

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Yep! My fave is this fic, which I consider to be one of my best works:

I am also working on a few side projects that are crossovers. Since they're both longfics, I'm waiting to have over half of them done before releasing them (I've learned my lesson about those XD).

One is a Bablyon 5 and Star Wars crossover, where droids invade the world of B5, and a clone battalion is sent through to stop them.

The other is about the bad batch waking up on Blackreef.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not stolen, but I have had elements of a story plagiarized. I never called the other author on it, because it was one of their first fics, and because of the fandom and tags we had in common I don't think it was malicious.

12. There was no question 12 so I'll make one up myself: How many WIPs do you have?

18, not counting all the unfished kinktober one-shots. Some of those are original stories that won't go on AO3 though.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

Nope, but I would love to!

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

How bad would it wound if i name something from a fandom I never wrote for? Winterfrost is my favourite ship. I would die for some Bucky x Loki.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I just keep forgetting it exists tbh ^^; I've changed and grew a lot as a writer since I started it, and as I've said it would need a full rewrite. Maybe one day I will get to it (It is my second most popular fic as well), because the two fandoms it's from deserve that, but I have like 3 longfics to get through before that.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Characters. Funnily enough it's also one of my greatest weaknesses because if I can't write a character, I never will, but for those that I do write well, well, they're great.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Dyslexia and writing on mobile. Sometimes my autocorrect does things, and I don't notice them, and then my beta goes "???" on stuff that any 4 year old would have caught XD

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I did it once, I'll do it again! But readers did drop it after those chapters (and that fic is no longer on AO3). I think it adds a lot of realism to a scene.

On that note, one of my favourite Outer Worlds fics had Welsh text in it. The author went to great lengths to make it readable to peeps who didn't speak it, with hyperlinks and stuff. But I was reading on mobile, so it never worked for me XD I had google translate open in the background, and was missing half the dialogue, but i was sooo into it that I didn't care.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Soul Eater. But that fic will never see the light of day. I'm even more embarrassed by it than I am from showing my experimental kinky smut to my irl friends. (Yes it involved a shinigami self-insert smooching Death the Kid). I was 14...

20. Favourite fic you've written?

Tough pick. I'd say overall this one :
