So I was cleaning up the kitchen and doing chores in general and I started thinking of your reception arch for Wyatt or whatever this is and it hit me (I’m doing ask because I don’t want to spoil anything and also don’t feel close enough to just send you a DM because I’m weird like that). What happens when Kian gets out of jail and sees that Wyatt is now happy and has a relationship? Cause I feel like he’s be pissed off. First he’s spent the last however many years in jail. I'm currently furiously editing 88 minutes in heaven (my Trevor/Kaner winner's room) and yesterday I had to face the realization that this fic features 180 instances of the word "like" (or "likes"). 😳 That's 1% of all words 😭😅🙈 Trevor, I love you dearly, but your California girl voice is, like, killing me 😂😂💀

“Are you for real?” Trevor asks before he can stop himself, because if this is some kind of hidden camera prank shit he’s gonna murder whoever is responsible.

Patrick—Kaner?—narrows his eyes at that, pursing his lips. “Am I for real?”

“Yeah, like…” Trevor waves a hand around. “You know what this room is for, right?”

Trevor’s not really sure how you could miss it—again, giant fucking sign right there on the door. Also, like, the huge ass bed and convenient bowl with lube and condoms is kind of a dead giveaway here, but, well, it never hurts to make sure. Consent is important, right? He’s pretty sure that was on the slides that really hot sensitivity trainer had gone over with them during training camp. Always make sure everybody is fully on board and all that.

Kaner laughs, looking like he can’t believe Trevor is serious. “I’m familiar with the concept of a winner’s room.”

“Cool.” Trevor nods sagely. It’s good that’s, like, cleared up. “Cool.”
