Ever since he started dating you, Kanata found the emptiness between flesh and bone gradually filled with warmth—yet the boundlessness he sought after was a wish he couldn’t obtain in his current state. After all, there were so many things left unsaid between you two; even in spite of your hand slipping into his and intertwining your fingers.
Whenever you touched him, or called out his name, Kanata had his world being dyed in your vivid colors. And he couldn’t help but wonder if he permeated beauteous colors in your world, too.
“Angelfish, there’s somewhere I want to take you. Can I?” Kanata asked you, squeezing your hand tightly and feeling how you reciprocated the diminutive gesture.
Curiosity draped over your features, yet you ardently nodded your head as you pertained no reason to decline. “Of course! I don’t mind,” you spoke, noticing how you were now deviating off the path to your designated date spot.
You felt a burst of further intrigue as you ambled away from the city’s bustle. The two of you shortly reached a concealed beach, where the white and grainy sand contrasted against the scintillatingly clear water. You’d never seen this place before, or were even aware of its existence.
And that perplexity was lucid on your countenance, so Kanata piped up, “I discovered it a looong time ago. On a day where I couldn’t handle pleading, despairing eyes stuck on me; begging for my help.”
A subtle nuance of hurt contorted on his lips, and you rubbed the pads of your fingers against his knuckles lovingly. As Kanata began walking down, you followed him—until you spotted a quaint chapel and the pathway that lead to it. Your gaze was riveted onto the alluded place, and you could feel your pulse accelerating with exhilaration.
However, the sensation of your heartbeat ringing in your ears overwhelmed you and your embarrassment eroded any rationality. “Ah, what a pretty building! Anyway, where did you want to take me?”
“The chapel, silly♪ I thought it might’ve been obvious by now, especially considering we’re walking straight towards it,” Kanata lightly teased you, witnessing as your lashes fluttered sheepishly in response. You were so, so cute; and it was incredibly difficult to suppress his yearning for you.
Pushing open the doors, Kanata couldn’t help but become enthralled with the pulchritude structure—with glass-stained windows and off-white walls, it was extremely picturesque. It was exactly how he remembered it from his last visit too, untarnished by decay.
Kanata glimpsed over at you, scrutinizing how everything reflected gorgeously in your eyes that shimmered with wonderment. The breath in his throat hitched as you tugged him forward down the aisle, having not expected you to be this fervent over the situation.
“It’s so beautiful, honey. I’ve always wanted a beach wedding too,” you gushed, standing before the altar and examining how the available windows gave a generous view of the beach outside.
“I know, my love~” And Kanata delicately cupped your cheek, keeping your other hand locked together; before turning your body so that you faced his. He could feel your skin sweltering and pulsating underneath his touch, evoking heat and rapture within him himself.
“When I first came here, I actually hated it. The walls closed in on me, keeping me far from the ocean⋯ But, you know, Angelfish? I’m glad I never told anyone about it, since, now, I want to be the one who stands here with you.”
You couldn’t look away, your eyes fixated on his fathomless ones. The expression on his mien was unlike one you’d ever seen before, and it nearly made your legs quiver. “Anglerfish—”
As he brought his face in propinquity with yours, Kanata thought you looked breathtaking with embarrassment occluding you from finishing your thought. “I want to properly express my feelings for you, love, so that I can share this place with you one day myself,” he started, simpering as your expression melted. “I’ve always loved you. More than anyone else. I know I still act childishly, or maybe even distant, but⋯ I know that you won’t ever leave me.”
Knowing that Kanata was accepting his own weaknesses with all his heart, you shut your eyes and whispered, “Of course I won’t. My heart belongs to you.”
“Say it properly for me? Tell me you love me,” Kanata pleaded softly, his thumb caressing your heated cheek.
Without hesitation, you avowed, “I love you, and I promise I’ll continue to accept all of you⋯ ‘Till death do us part.”
Unexpectedly, Kanata flushed hotly and his entire complexion went florid. He truly hadn’t surmised you’d be so audacious and proclaim that with all of your sincerity, even if you were only teasing him a little.
Leaning forward a smidgen, Kanata connected your lips together and sensually moved his mouth against yours in order to luxuriate in the overflowing feeling of love shared between you.
Being alone in an abandoned chapel allowed the colors of your worlds to blend together endlessly, creating the most prepossessing sight ever imagined.

Despite her general resistance to romance, she does want some kind of relationship where there's mutual respect between her and her partner. She doesn't want to be put on a pedestal because she feels that only just leads to disappointment later on down the line.
While Clara is another pretty easy person to get along with most if not all of her past relationships have been pretty casual. She likes the idea of romance but it's also something she's not too concerned with? I think she's the type of person who's more open to dating a longtime friend rather than someone she just met.
Odette has a lot of insecurities due to how people treated her when she was alive. She would greatly appreciate someone who would build her up and help her see her own qualities.
Glitz is probably the EASIEST muse of mine to ship. Her standards are not exactly...high. That being said, she has little to no interest in romance. The girl honestly just wants someone hot to fuck and will spoil her with expensive gifts.
Glam, on the other hand, is EXTREMELY picky. While she does love being praised for her looks, that's not really what she's looking for in relationship. It would be nice to actually be acknowledged for both her talents and intelligence for once.
I would say Charlie is also pretty easy to ship with because she wants to see the best in everyone. That being said, she hates being belittled or condescended to. She may be a little intense but she wants to be taken seriously dammit!
Despite her lean towards 'bad boys' she does want to be romanced the "old-fashioned" way. Taking into consideration the time period she grew up in, she expects someone to woo her and take charge so to speak. It gets a little exhausting having to constantly chase down anyone who's caught her eye
She doesn't really ask for much, but if she's getting a serious relationship, she wants someone who will listen to her. Actually, listen to her. Someone who will listen to her thoughts and opinions and won't ridicule her or put her down.

Jungeun lets her head fall forward onto Sooyoung’s shoulder, groaning deeply as Jinsol finally pushes into her from behind. She always needed a little extra time adjusting to Jinsol, the woman’s length a bit thicker than Sooyoung’s, and yet that single feeling of fullness could never compare to just how good being filled by both of her girlfriends was.
“You doing okay there, Jungie?” Jinsol asks, her breath clipped and clearly impatient to move.
“Yeah, I’m just- fuck- just…” and she doesn’t even finish before Sooyoung takes the lack of response as an invitation to pull her into a gentle kiss.
“Don’t worry, baby, you’re the one in charge right now. We’ll do anything you say,” the oldest pulls back, only to begin trailing her lips across Jungeun’s jaw and to the junction of her neck and shoulder. “Isn’t that right Jinsol?” she continues, looking Jinsol right in the eye as she begins to bite down, marking the delicate skin.

very interested in your thoughts on this bc you are very fun with omegaverse: you were to write yvesoul omegaverse , what would it be? what dynamics, what aspects will you focus on?
I've never though about it!! but I just walked around my whole house for ten minutes thinking about what the two of them growing into a relationship could look like.
With that, I think having Sooyoung as a beta would be lovely and I don't think that I've seen it done yet? There is no standard depiction of betas, so there's a ton to work with in that way, but also there's no standard way they fit into the dynamics. That would give Sooyoung a chip on her shoulder. She has to figure out how she fits into a society so centered around a type of dynamic she can't be a part of. I've written Jinsol as a beta in the same position, but I think Sooyoung would be more combative and defensive with that insecurity.
Hm and then Jinsol being an omega with a strong sense of what she should want fighting against this nagging feeling that it's not what she does want. She has this idea that there's a reason that her body acts the way it does, that it makes sense, is easiest if she pursues alphas. It just fits together like her hobby model kits.
I guess the aspect I would focus on/subvert is the way that omegaverse tends to fit alphas and omegas together like two halves of a whole. After all, the entire genre was built around that dynamic. Focus on the electric feeling of freedom in private, away from the expectations of others. Yvesoul are always so lovely when they're combative, and Sooyoung is out to prove a point, so I think the dynamic could get spicy. I don't know! The possibilities are very exciting.
But also I'm dying to know what your take would be 👀
