Ramen + fried rice for 1,160 yen at “WASAYA", Asagayanaminami near Ogikubo on Ome Kaido Road. ＋ It is 3:30 p.m. after finishing some business in Chitose-Karasuyama. I am exhausted from hunger. I found a Chinese restaurant still open just past Ogikubo on the Ome Kaido road. Next to a BUTSUDAN-YA(Buddhist altar shop), run by a crooked old man and woman. Inside the restaurant, a group of four old women were boisterously drinking. ＋ Fried rice, sticky fried rice. The ramen was, of course, noodles that were smooth. Well, it was tasty in its own way, wasn't it? + Four old women who were boisterously boisterous at lunchtime drinking got a receipt when they paid the bill. Are they going to write off the cost of the lunchtime drinks as some kind of expense? They didn't look like they were coming home from work. They were too old to be working. Are they members of the Soka Gakkai (Japanese cult) or something? Is the cost of a lunchtime drink a tax-deductible expense for a religious activity? I don't know what it is, but there's just a bad vibe. + And this is for 1,160 yen? In this way, the set meal of 8 pieces of fried chicken for 1100 yen at "A-Get-Monya"" in Koenji is inexpensive. 青梅街道沿い「和佐家」で、ラーメン＋チャーハン1160円。＋千歳烏山で所用が終わって15時半。ハラ減ってへろへろ。青梅街道沿い荻窪過ぎた辺りでまだやってる中華屋みつけて、辛抱堪らず飛び込んだ。仏壇屋の隣。折れ曲がったじいさんとばあさんがやってる店。店内は、老婆4人組がぎゃーぎゃー騒ぎながら酒盛りしてる。＋チャーハン、べっちゃりしたチャーハン。ラーメンは、もちろんでろでろ麺。まあそれなりに美味かったかな？＋昼酒でぎゃーぎゃー大騒ぎしてた老婆4人組、会計する時、領収書もらってた。昼酒代、どっかの経費で落とすのかよ？仕事帰りには見えない。そもそももう仕事できるような年齢じゃない。創価学会かなんかか？宗教活動で、昼酒って経費で落ちるのか？なんかわかんないけど、悪事の雰囲気しかない。＋こんなんで1160円だよ？こうしてみると、高円寺「あげもんや」さんの唐揚げ8コ定食1100円は、安い。 #ラーメン #チャーハン #炒飯 #荻窪 #阿佐ヶ谷 #和佐家 #麺スタグラム #老婆の領収書 #酒くらい身銭で飲め #町中華 #ramen #noodles #noodlesoup #friedrice #tokyo #japan #soka (和佐家) https://www.instagram.com/p/ChqA7iYBudi/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

ある日からはじまる 24歳のある日、思い立ってジョギングをはじめた。当時は健康ブームが世界的に広まってマラソン（長く走ることを総称してそう言ってた）する人も多く、何かを求めて一生懸命に走るのではなく友達とお喋りしながらゆっくり走るようなゆるい運動が普及していく時代だった。そんな世界の風に背中を押されてからは毎日走った。千歳烏山から久我山を経由し玉川上水の側道を井の頭公園まで。それほど遠くない広い公園へ行って時間をかけて走った。井の頭公園、砧公園、駒沢公園、野川公園…。ネットのない時代の情報は雑誌と口コミがほとんどだった。正しい走り方の姿勢とか、流行のウェアとかnikeのニューモデルとか。走ることを生活に取り入れて行くと生活様式や着るもの食べるものも変化していった。欧米ではベジタリアンが増えていて腸の長い日本人は肉食には向いていないとか、長く走るためには中よりも炭水化物がいいとか…。そんなある日思い立って肉食をやめた。家族と同居していたにも関わらずそんなことができたのは夜勤を含むシフト勤務をしていたので家族と一緒に食事することが少なかったからかもしれない。それでもたまには一緒に食べていたはずだが。そんなわけでミーハーな青年は24歳のある日ベジタリアンとなった。お肉類は一切口にしないというわけではない。魚介類や卵チーズなどは食べるしラーメンのスープも飲む。正確にはベジタリアンとは言えない青年はやがて中年となり還暦を過ぎてもお肉は食べない。理由は食べられなくなったから。ヴィーガンのような何かポリシーがあって動物を口にしないというわけではなく肉が嫌いなので食べない。ピーマンが嫌いな子供が小さく刻んだそれを綺麗に残すように。思い立ってはじめたジョギングは今はもうやっていないが似非ベジタリアン生活は続いている。世の中にお肉はなくても美味しい料理はたくさんあります。 ※写真で食べているのはファラフェルバーガー https://www.instagram.com/p/CFGZMnnhw5W/?igshid=16d33v7y9otg

CHITOSE-KARASYAMA "Daishoken", TANMEN(Stir-fried Meat and Vegetable Rame noodles) and Fried rice: 1,250 yen. + Hot. Yesterday it was raining heavily, but today is sunny. Pleasant sunny day. The humidity is low. But the temperature is 30°C. It's hot. It's hot, but I wonder if it's already autumn, even though it's the end of July. ＋ A restaurant along the old Koshu-kaido road that we had been curious about. A middle-aged man is at the grill. A grandmother is in the hall. And a wrinkled shriveled old man sitting in a corner of the counter. I thought the A middle-aged man was a chef, but I was surprised when the wrinkled shriveled old man started swinging the Wok. He could barely walk. I thought, "Is he going to be all right? He started to shake the Wok vigorously. ＋ The fried rice was moist. The spices are very strong. The color was reddish. I wonder if there are finely chopped green peppers or something in it. Delicious. ＋ And above all, the TANMEN was wonderful. The light and clear chicken broth (presumably) was very tasty. The noodles are medium-thick strained noodles with a low water content, and are cooked to a slightly firm consistency. The middle-aged man was skillfully lifting up the noodles with a flat colander. This is delicious. ＋ The guy who seemed to be a regular at the restaurant ordered either ramen or fried LEBANIRA.(stir-fried liver and garlic chives). The LEBANIRA set meal looked delicious. I want to come back again. 千歳烏山「大勝軒」、タンメン＋チャーハン1250円。＋暑い。昨日は豪雨だったけど、今日は晴れ。気持ち良い快晴。湿度も低い。でも気温30°で、暑い。暑いけど、もう秋っすかねえ、7月下旬だけど。＋旧甲州街道沿いの気になって気になって仕方がなかった店。焼き台のところにおじさん。ホールは、ばあちゃん。そして、カウンターの片隅にちょこんと座ってるしわくちゃに萎んだじいちゃん。おじさんが作るのかと思ったら、じいちゃんが鍋振りはじめたんで、びっくり。歩くのもやっとくらいのじいちゃん、「大丈夫なのか？」と思えば、がっちゃんがっちゃんと豪快に鍋振り始めた。＋しっとりしたチャーハン。強烈に香辛料が効いてる。色も赤っぽい。細かく刻んだピーマンかなんか入ってるなあ。美味しい。＋そして、なによりタンメンが美味かった。あっさりとしてて澄んだ鶏ガラスープ（推定）が滋味深い。麺はズボっとした中太ストレイト麺で加水率低め、気持ち固麺に茹でてて良い感じ。おじさんが手際よく平ザルで麺上げしてた。これは美味い。＋常連っぽい人は、ラーメンかレバニラ炒め頼んでた。レバニラの定食、美味そうだったなあ。また来たいねえ。 #タンメン #チャーハン #炒飯 #千歳烏山 #大勝軒 #町中華 #千歳烏山 #麺スタグラム #ramen #noodles #noodlesoup #friedrice #chinesefood ? #tokyo #japan #japanesefood ?
