と言う古いフランス映画がありました。沢田研二の曲も有名です。映画の原題は À bout de souffle で、これをグーグル翻訳すると「息ができない」でした。うまい日本語タイトルにしたもんだと、感心しきり。

さて話変わって、何やかやと長きにわたって使ってきた私のメールアドレスは完全に悪用リスト入りしてます。結構な頻度でフィッシングメールが届いているようで、メールソフトのフィルタリングを時々すり抜けてきます。

プロバイダーのフィルターは有料なので申し込んでません。使ってるメーラーはこれまたパソコン初期から使ってる古～いメーラーで、古すぎていまさらハッキング対象にもならないでしょうし、テキスト表示が標準でメール内からリンクがクリックできる状態では表示されません。

で今回、フィルターにかからなかったのがこちら。

全文英語です。本文の内容を要約すると「あなたのPCシステムを完全にハッキングしたのでどんな操作もできるし、すべての情報を手に入れたよ。で、900ドル相当のビットコインを支払うように2日以内連絡をしてね。でないとあなたのプライベート映像を晒すからね。メールを開いた時からカウントダウンが始まったよ。」でした。

「う～ん、ヤバいなぁ。でも900ドルなんて高すぎるし、えぇい、こうなりゃ勝手にしやがれ！世界中に俺の恥ずかしい映像がばらまかれるなんてかえって面白いし。… しかし、俺のパソコンはカメラ付いてないのにどうやった？」… ってのは置いといて、

「データを抜いた」は気になりますが、それでも

対応してはいけません。何もせずに削除です。

気になる場合は、件名で検索すると良いです。

フィッシング詐欺メールだとわかるはずです。
