Bakugou who dates an already successful writer for a long time, five years or so. He made you an office in his home and tried his best to keep you organized but that means two different things to you both.

Preferring the chaos of scattered pages and notes. Of half read books and half filled journals dotting the way and turning the whole place into a fire hazard.

He hadn't once read a single one of your books, out of respect for you being too embarrassed but he always read what you recommend. And in the rare few times, he would catch you reading a passage out loud to see if you liked the flow before he shut your office door.

But he stands in the door way now. The room empty and devoid of any of your perfectly aligned chaos. He sighs, hating how the empty shelves collect dust and how even now there wasn't a single trace of you.

He just sees your books on display and is constantly asked about the break up. Most days he just ignores the question other days he shoves reporters to their ass with his oversized palm.

But today a particularly persistent paparazzi droned on and on asking him over and over

"have you read your ex's latest book? They say the main male character is based off of you."

So he sits in the middle of your office, opening up the book he bought on the way home, creasing the spine like you used to even though he hated it, devouring the book whole in just a few short hours.

Horrified to realize that all along, he wasn't the hero in your life.

He was the villain.

✸ info & warnings: fluff

✸ BAKUGO cooks your favorite comfort meal for you. he knows that he can come off as abrasive sometimes and the last thing he wants to do is stress you out any further, so he’ll speak through food instead of words. if he notices that you haven’t been yourself or you seem swamped, he’s immediately off to the kitchen. you never have to request his cooking, he’s already on it. when the meal is prepared, he coaxes you away from your work area to take a well-deserved break

✸ DEKU offers to give you a massage. he thinks it’s the perfect way for you to relax your body and mind. you don’t have to worry about anything, just lay down while he pampers you. he’ll massage your neck, back, shoulder, even your scalp— anywhere that’s tense and needs some extra care. he’s always thorough, working at all the knots and checking in to make sure he isn’t causing you any pain. once he’s finished, he’ll suggest making you a cup of tea so you can continue to wind down

✸ TODOROKI is sure to ask you if you need anything from him. he never wants to assume there’s something wrong or impose on your space without asking, so he thinks it’s safe to ask you if there’s anything he can do for you. he’s willing to listen to you vent, go with you on a calming walk— you name it, he’ll drop everything to help you relax when you’re feeling overwhelmed. if you say no, he’ll happily give you space but let you know that he’s there if you change your mind

✸ KIRISHIMA reminds you that it’s okay to take breaks. he thinks working hard is great and is beyond proud of you for doing all the work you do, but he would hate to see you burned out from pushing yourself past your limits. so he reassures you that it’s acceptable to take breaks and set aside time for yourself. if he isn’t around to tell you that it’s time for a break in person, he’ll text you a reminder to make sure that you aren’t overworking yourself. he always points out that you deserve time doing things you enjoy

✸ DENKI puts on a funny show or movie for you both to watch. he thinks that comedy is a helpful way to get your mind off the things that are burdening you. words often fail him so he turns to actions. he’ll gather your favorite snacks and a bunch of blankets so you’re comfortable during your watching session. his approach is to keep you distracted, but it’s just as effective as other methods. he hopes that the lighthearted atmosphere is enough to ease your stress and make you smile

✸ SERO does your chores/errands for you. you already work so hard, you shouldn’t have to fret over menial labor like making it to the store or taking out the trash as well. while you’re busy doing your important work, he’ll take care of the little stuff. he knows that it feels nice not having to worry about a whole other set of tasks to complete once you finally finish one, so if there’s anything he can do to take some of the weight off your shoulders, he’ll gladly take it on to help you out

A/N! — yeah. idk.

DEKU becomes a stuttering mess. it’s honestly pretty obvious to tell he has a crush on you because his cheeks flush red when you talk to him, and he practically malfunctions if you touch him. it’s cute to see the effect you have on him, and sometimes you’ll go the extra mile just to see his reactions.

BAKUGOU gets quieter. his threats and exclamations to “die!” will decrease drastically. he sort of just avoids speaking to you because his goal is to become number one, not to get distracted by some moron with a pretty face and nice voice and nice skin—yeah no, fuck that and fuck you. and while his internal monologue wants you to leave him alone, he can never bring himself to leave your side.

KIRISHIMA is open about it. he’ll happily compliment your hair or your outfit whenever he deems fit. kirishima is extra motivating towards you and ready to offer a hand whenever you need it. oh, you need extra help with training? no problem! kirishima is almost like a puppy with the way his face lights up when you enter the room. everyone teases him about it, but he doesn’t care. he wants to make his interest clear, and he doesn’t want to give you any mixed signals, but he’ll leave it up to you to make the first move.

SERO is smooth. with a sly smile and curious eyes, sero shoots his shot through well aimed flirting. it throws you a bit off guard, but you ease into it. he’s well versed and nows how to get you to talk to him, and you admire the way he actually listens when you speak. sero pulls out all the tricks; stretching to reveal a peak of his stomach, running a hand through his hair, looking you up and down whenever you approach him with a small smirk. point is, this boy knows how to give you butterflies, and he does so in hopes that you’ll grow to like him back.

MINA is direct. this girl has absolutely no problem demonstrating her interest. she’ll always hype you up and she’ll constantly remind you how attractive she thinks you are. very confident in herself and her abilities, so please expect flirting, and good flirting at that. just like sero, she also some tricks up her sleeve: batting eyelashes, fleeting touches, plentiful eye contact, pretty much anything that could possibly make your cheeks heat up. she’d also probably be the first out of all of them to actually ask you out if she gets the impression you reciprocate her feelings.

Concept: Denki gets a harem, but it’s not as nice as he would have thought.

Due to the karmic imbalance of all of his luck with girls, he is constantly getting into situations that nearly kill him, especially with the tsundere and other girls fighting for him. And thus with the help of his genre savvy friend, he attempts to break out of the harem before he gets killed.
