the midnight club is literally such a love letter to horror and thriller as a genre... and the way it copes with loss is yes, a bit cheesy in moments, but equally moving at others. there's some really beautiful shots in there. it really flows like a thesis of love, grief, and power, and I just think it's fantastic.

a show about terminally ill teens who are attempting to come to terms with the end of their lives and the most common commentary on the show i’ve seen so far is that they hate the main character bc god forbid a dying teenager act out once in a while you’re all so annoying
