Quiet library dates with Shinso <3
He’s the type of boyfriend that loves holding your hand while he reads his book, rubbing his thumb over your knuckles in a comforting way.
The type that if you laugh or react to your own book in any way he’ll lean over to try to see what made you laugh.
He brings blankets and snacks for you to share, sometimes setting up a spot on the floor in a corner so you both could sit together and read.
Sometimes he takes you outside with lunch and a blanket prepared in the grass. Silently opening his arms for you to cuddle with him on the blanket. Sometimes he reads to you as you both cuddle.

Hello, I've been reading you're work for a while now and I've gotta say it's absolutely stunning! I was wondering if I could request a Bakugou x Reader where basically Reader is jealous of Uraraka (She gets insecure around her) Uraraka and reader are like childhood bff's and once they get to U.A they become supper popular and people start making fanart/fanfictions of Kachhako and Reader hates it but she knows Uraraka has a crush on Deku. So one day Bakugou finds out and Ig you can make the rest :). I'm so sorry if this is confusing it's my first time asking on tumblr. Have a great day/night!
Thank you so so SO much; it means a lot that you're enjoying my little dabbles ;-; AHHH this sounds like such a fun idea it's not confusing at all! I hope you like it :)
Pairing: Bakugo x Reader
Ever since you could remember, you and Uraraka have been best friends. You met her for the first time back in preschool, and you two have been stuck together like glue since then. You did everything together, and for years, you considered her your sister with how close you two were. She brought out the best in you and was your rock, the one person you could confide in when things got tough. You always assumed it would stay that way as you both went on in school, assuming that nothing could possibly get in between your friendship.
Well...that was until you both got into U.A.
You and Uraraka shared a love for cheesy romance movies about high school sweethearts, so on the first day of school, you both made a silly contest on who would get a boyfriend first. Not knowing what to expect from a new school, you foolishly agreed. Walking through the entrance for the first time made you anxious; you had always been the introverted one out of the two of you, so you panicked a bit when you and Uraraka found yourselves suddenly popular.
Suddenly you found yourself being the center of attention, new faces jumping at the chance of getting to know you and your best friend. Seeing Uraraka adore the attention and unswayed by the sudden rise of popularity, you felt the overwhelming need to match her pace. So that's what you did, to hide the fear of being left out you started putting up a front and hid your anxieties so that you and Uraraka both seemed like equals. Equally confident and loving the attention, especially from boys.
Uraraka always had better luck with boys than you ever did.
So after a couple weeks, when she caught the attention of one particular blonde in your class, you couldn't help but feel insecure. You two were always together, doing everything together, and even sat next to each other; you were a duo, a pair, so why? Why did he only ever talk to her? What was so special about her that he never seemed to notice you? You're pretty too, so what did she have that you didn-
"Y/n? Did you hear me?" Uraraka was waving her hand in your face trying to get your attention, her expression confused. "Y-yeah, I do." You mumbled, making her laugh before she scooted closer to you. Leaning in close, she looked around you two before whispering in your ear. "I said that someone is spreading rumors again about me and Bakugo. I heard that someone even wrote fanfiction about us! Can you believe how silly that is?"
Her words burned, making your insides feel like hot lava. Unable to shake the irritation that bubbled up inside you, you moved away from her with a sigh. "Yeah, very silly."
Oblivious to your dry response, she grabbed a hold of your arm, pulling you into a tight hug. "Turn that frown upside down! Come on!" And you did try forcing a smile on your face, but you couldn't. The rumors were starting to bother you more and more as time went on, and you couldn't help but not only feel insecure because of Uraraka but feel jealous of her. Of course, she gets the attention of Bakugo and not you.
Bakugo.
God, he was perfect. Anger issues aside, you've always loved tough boys while Uraraka was the opposite. So it was surprising to both of you when you first caught wind of the rumors.
Uraraka and you were sharing some snacks at your desks when Mina and Denki pulled up a chair in front of you guys. "So...Uraraka, we kinda heard a rumor that you like Bakugo. Is it true?" You remember Uraraka choking on her drink in surprise while you sat there in shock. "No! W-who said that?' She coughed out.
Denki and Mina exchanged looks and shared identical smirks. Denki spoke out this time, leaning in. "Someone saw you and Bakugo walking home together yesterday after class sharing an umbrella." This time you were looking directly at your best friend in shock, your stomach dropping when she started to blush. "He offered because I didn't have an umbrella, and y/n was finishing some stuff and told me to go ahead."
This time Denki and Mina looked at you, making you gulp. "Well, you didn't tell me he walked you home! Or that you didn't have an umbrella!"
"It was embarrassing! Plus, we're just friends anyways."
After that, more rumors started to go around, so it didn't take an expert to know who exactly was spreading them.
"So...I'm guessing Deku isn't here today, considering it's lunchtime and the lunch you packed for him is still in your bag." The thing was, Uraraka, despite the rumors, actually liked Deku. Ever since meeting him on the first day of school, she fell in love and started trying to get close to him every chance she got. Finally, she managed to convince him to try some of her cooking after talking your ear off about it, and it was still sitting in her bag.
She blushed and took a blue bento box out of her backpack, setting it down in front of her with a sad sigh. "He's in the nurse's office again. He's sleeping it off, but I think he and Bakugo were at it again at the gym."
You were about to respond when someone came up and grabbed the bento from the desk. "That damn nerd started it, and he's weak if a little explosion makes him faint every time," Bakugo said as he pried the top off of the bento box and started to eat the insides of it. "Hey! That's for De-"
"Damn, round face this is amazing." Uraraka sat in silence while you sat straight up as he quickly ate everything inside, giving back the box before licking his lips in satisfaction. "Bring more next time." He said, looking at Uraraka, not sparing even a glance at you until you finally spoke up. "We'll pack one for you tomorrow, Bakugo."
"Oh? Look who's finally talking." His smirk made your cheeks burn, and you knew they were glowing at that moment. When he walked away without another word, Uraraka turned to you with a smirk of her own. "We?" She laughed out loud when you nudged her away and continued to talk about Deku. Out of the corner of your eye though, you noticed Denki and Mina hanging around the door of the classroom with Bakugo, whispering to him desperately before running away. This time Bakugo looked back at you with a brow raised in a curious look before leaving as well.
Weird.
The next day was even weirder when Uraraka suddenly claimed she was sick and couldn't go to school, smiling from her doorstep as you left confused. So you took a slow walk from home to school with your extra bento box in your backpack for Bakugo. It made you feel giddy, knowing that you would be able to talk to him without her being around.
"I can't believe I just thought that. No, she's your best friend; stop it!" You whispered to yourself, stopping your walk to silently beat yourself up for such thoughts when you felt a shoulder bump into yours. "So you talk to yourself now huh weirdo?"
"B-bakugo?" You turned around too fast out of surprise and stumbled, Bakugo swiftly grabbing you by the waist and steading you. "So where's round face? You idiots, are usually glued at the hip." Since he was taller than you, you had to look up to meet his eyes, but it only made you feel embarrassed, so you kept your eyes down, focusing on your feet and the feeling of the area where Bakugo touched you burning as you both walked alongside each other to school. "Oh, she's sick today...so it's just me."
Surprisingly he was very quiet, only humming in response, looking straight ahead with his hands in his pockets. The silence was awkward, and it was killing you inside not being able to just say something. You kept thinking to yourself how easy it is for Uraraka since she always starts the conversation and knows how to keep it going. Uraraka...now that you were thinking about her again, you started to feel small and insecure again.
You were so lost in your thoughts that Bakugo's loud, frustrated shout made you jump. He grabbed your arms and forced you to face him, your face getting warm again. "U-uh Bakugo?"
"Do you like me." He said simply, his brows furrowed.
"What?" It felt like you suddenly couldn't breathe. How did he find out? No! Why did he find out? Who could've told him? The only person you ever told was...Uraraka. Feeling betrayed, hurt, sad, and angry, you let your emotions take over your thoughts that Bakugo gave you a little shake to snap you out of it. "God damn it, y/n, do you like me."
The shock and the hundreds of emotions you were feeling in the moment were swirling inside of you like a hurricane that you blurted out your response. "Yes!" It made Bakugo freeze; the only thing moving was his eyes looking into yours as if he was checking whether or not you were lying. "Bakugo-" You were about to deny everything, to make a joke out of your reply, but something stopped you.
That something being Bakugo's soft lips against yours. Without a word, he pulled away, grabbed your backup, swung it over his shoulder, and grabbed your hand speed walking to school as you trudged behind him in shock. You touched your lips that burned and looked up to see Bakugo purposely hiding his face.
"Consider sparky and raccoon eyes your matchmakers. You just won your bet."

Bakugo Angst part 3:
Time skip- HAPPY ending! <3
It's been a couple years since you last saw Bakugo, your baby now five years old, and he looked so much like his dad. From the hair to his eyes, your son was an exact copy. Some days you found yourself wondering what it would be like if you had told Bakugo.
Your daydreams were always happy ones; you and Bakugo out on a sunny day at the beach building sun castles together with your son, or you watching from the kitchen as Bakugo played hide-and-seek with his mini twin. You always found yourself making up sweet scenarios that only made you feel lonely afterwards.
Luckily enough, though, your knight in shining armor always showed up right on time to rid you of your depressive thoughts. Standing right in front of you with a big smile on his face was Haru. Your son, while he looked like an exact copy of Bakugo, his personality was the complete opposite. Haru was a bright and happy boy who loved his hero action figures more than anything and his mom, of course-
"Mama? You snapped back into reality, your eyes meeting Haru's, scooping him up in a big hug.
"My sweet baby boy."
After leaving, you moved three towns over in hopes of putting enough distance between you and Bakugo, moving into a tiny apartment that looked nothing like your old one. You took Haru to the park that morning to get some fresh air and were watching him play at the playground across from the bench you were sitting on. Hugging Haru made that lonely feeling disappear in a second, the adorable blonde boy laughing in your arms as he returned the hug.
"Shall we get going? It's time we get some lunch, my little hero." You gave Haru a quick kiss on his cheek that made him giggle and stood up from the bench; holding Haru in your arms, you began your journey out of the park. It was a short walk back to your apartment, only needing to walk about five minutes before getting home. At some point, you stopped before a road waiting to cross to the other side of the street with a crowd of people doing the same. It was Saturday, so there were many people around you and some waiting on the other side of the street that you were headed to.
In your arms, Haru was playing with an All Might doll you gave him for his birthday last year. Heros were Haru's favorite thing, his favorite currently being All Might. The crowd around you started to grow so you tightened your arms around your son as a precaution, "Hold on tight baby, we're about to go."
Finally, the crowd was given the go for the crosswalk and began to move; you followed the crowd across the road, following the pace of those around you like you always have since moving. After reaching the other side you were about to continue the walk home until Haru cried out, wailing and pointing behind you. "No! Mama, go back! I dropped him!"
Turning around and shifting a crying Haru in your arms, you noticed the doll was no longer in his hands. Looking back onto the road, you searched the ground for any sign of it, but cars were already zooming past, blocking you from seeing whether or not the doll didn't get run over. "Oh honey, I'm sorry, I'll just get you a new one I promise." You felt defeated, it was such a small object, but Haru had grown so attached to it you couldn't help but feel bad when he continued to cry. Rocking him in your arms a bit you decided to wait it out, to wait for the cars to stop and for the crowd of people to move again to see if you could catch a glimpse of the doll on the ground. Except your eyes found something else or rather someone else-
He stood on the other side of the row at the front of the crowd, just beginning to cross to your side of the road to where you stood. To you, it felt like everything was going in slow motion. He looked older now, more grown and mature-looking; he was taller, too, coming up to you with the softest smile you've ever seen. His appearance froze you in place; he looked the same yet so different.
"He dropped this back there, don't worry it's not too dirty." Bakugo's grown voice sent shivers down your spine. With how close he was standing to you, you could feel the warmth radiating off of his body.
In his hand was the All Might doll Haru dropped, and Haru immediately burst into a fit of giggles clutching the doll to his chest. "Thanks, mister! Thank you so...daddy?" Of course, you weren't a monster who kept secrets from Haru, especially those about his father. But Haru had only ever seen Bakugo in old photos you kept; it was surprising that he had managed to recognize him now.
Bakugo's eyes got watery, and it caught you off guard. "He knows about me?"
You nodded. While you still felt sad and guilty about leaving, Bakugo had never done any wrong towards Haru, so it made no sense to pretend that he didn't exist. "Of course he does...you're his dad."
Bakugo glowed at your words, his smile growing.
"I'm his dad." He whispered to himself.
Not wanting to be occupying the sidewalk for too long, you invited him over to your new apartment, the walk being a pleasant one where you and Bakugo found yourselves catching up. It no longer felt awkward to talk to him; everything from his mannerisms to his speech and tone made you feel safe, happy even. You felt proud in a sense, feeling proud of him and feeling better about leaving. Maybe being apart from each other was the one thing that would allow you both to grow as people.
Inside your apartment, you led him to the living room, leaving him with an energetic Haru so you could go to the kitchen. The living room walls were filled with photos of you and Haru, drawings Haru made in class, and silly little notes clearly written in your son's writing. Bakugo took it all in, admiring every photo and every drawing, happy that there was no fighting but sad he missed out on his son's important milestones.
From the kitchen, you could see Haru showing off everything to his dad and explaining every drawing, to which Bakugo happily responded in praise. God, how it warmed you up inside seeing the one thing you have been dreaming of for so long.
A happy family. A reunited, happy family.
Bakugo came into the kitchen laughing, grabbing the cup of coffee you held out to him. "He's amazing, y/n; he's perfect." His words touched your heart. The both of you stood there for a bit, quietly sipping at your drinks while you both watched Haru playing with his toys on the floor of the living room. After a while, you set your drink down and turned to Bakugo with a shaky sigh.
"I'm sorry." You blurted out, catching his attention right away. He stood quietly as you went on. "I'm sorry, Katsuki, I n-needed to leave, and I knew leaving like that and just leaving a note was a bad idea, but I had to. God, I'm so sorry; I know it was stupid-"
Suddenly Bakugo's arms were wrapped around you in a tight hug, comforting you as he gave you light pats on the back. The gentleness of his touch was enough to make you tear up. "It's okay. We needed it, the time apart." He loosed his hold and even gave you a light kiss on your forehead, one that you couldn't help but laugh at. "You're different," you said quietly.
He nodded with a sad sigh, looking defeated as he gently brushed your hair back away from your cheeks. "I changed for you and for Haru y/n. I got the help I needed to make myself better for myself and our family. We both needed the time, so please don't be hard on yourself about it."
You bit your lip to stop the flow of tears that threatened to fall and nodded, pushing yourself back into his warm arms.
"Mama! Daddy!" Haru came running from the living room into the kitchen, tugging at your pants and begging to join the hug. Bakugo scooped him up and drowned him in kisses that made your son laugh out loud; you did the same, tickling and kissing your precious son. "Daddy, are you staying?" Haru asked with eager eyes, looking back in forth from Bakugo to you.
A smile grew on your lips as you looked at Bakugo's nervous smile. "He's here to stay, my little hero." Both Bakugo and Haru exploded in cheers, Bakugo wrapping his other arm around your waist to hug you again.
----------
A couple months later:
After reuniting with Bakugo and getting back together, he bought a house close to the beach. It was the same beach where Haru now spent his birthdays and the same beach where Bakugo proposed to you one day while watching the sunset together. Of course, you accepted his proposal in tears and found yourself walking down the aisle in a beautiful winter with all of your friends and family; and with Haru proudly being the ring bearer.
It was hard holding back your tears after the vows; it was even harder when Bakugo whispered the sweetest "I love you" before planting the deepest kiss on your lips, dramatically dipping his new wife, and popping back in with a loud cheer. Haru cheering just as loud as his dad.
It really was the happiest moment of your life; marrying Bakugo, growing up with him, and raising Haru with him.
The best husband. The best dad.

Bakugo Angst part 3:
Time skip- BAD ending <3
It's been a couple years since you last saw Bakugo, your baby now five years old, and he looked so much like his dad. From the hair to his eyes, your son was an exact copy. Some days you found yourself wondering what it would be like if you had told Bakugo.
Would he have been happy? Excited? Maybe you two would've stayed together, and maybe-
"Mama?" You snapped back to reality at your son's call, smiling down at the little boy that stood in front of you. Haru, you named your son. He always had a smile on his face and was always a bright, happy boy, his personality the complete opposite of Bakugo.
After leaving, you moved three towns over in hopes of putting enough distance between you and Bakugo, moving into a tiny apartment that looked nothing like your old one. You took Haru to the park that morning to get some fresh air and watched him play at the playground while sitting on a bench across from it. "Yes, sweetie?"
Haru climbed onto the bench sitting right next to you and grabbed your hand to start playing with your fingers. "Mama...you're making that sad face again." You couldn't help but laugh at his words; you could never hide anything from your son. He grew up smart and could read you like an open book. Looking down at him, you wrapped him up in a hug and settled Haru in your lap. "Sweetie..."
"I'm not sad, I promise."
Haru didn't believe you at all, and his face showed it, but he didn't say anything as he gave you a hug nuzzling into your chest. You two sat in silence for a while, just enjoying the hug and the quietness of the park. After a while, he climbed off your lap and motioned for you to grab his hand. "Let's go home mama." You stood up with a smile on your face and grabbed your son's hand, walking hand in hand out of the park.
It was a short walk back to your apartment, only needing to walk about five minutes before getting home. At some point, you both stopped before a road waiting to cross to the other side of the street. It was a Saturday, so there were many people also waiting around you to cross to the other side.
You had walked across this specific road before, probably a hundred times, but when the light turned green, it felt like everything was going in slow motion. You found yourself thinking about him again and got so lost in your thoughts that it wasn't until you reached the other side that you realized that Haru was no longer holding your hand. You didn't feel his hand slip out of yours, didn't hear him telling you to wait as he saw his shoes untied, and didn't hear him call for you to stop.
Panic spread through you. You desperately looked back at the street you just crossed to see another large crowd of people waiting to cross, Haru nowhere in sight. You felt the stinging feeling of tears in your eyes, your heart beating like crazy, your hands shaking. You desperately pressed the button on the thing that would allow you to cross back to the other side of the street. Back to where you left Haru.
You left Haru.
You left Bakugo.
What was wrong with you? Why did you keep leaving everyone behind? Why were you such a-
"Y/n!"
A large hand grabbed your shoulder, making you turn around to face the one person who was always on your mind since that day. He looked older now, more grown and mature-looking; he was taller too, looking down at you with a worried look. His very presence and older appearance stunned you enough to not notice the giggling boy in Bakugo's arms. The second Haru's little arms reached out to you, the tears that you were holding back ran down your face, and you couldn't help but hug your son very close. "I t-thought I lost you baby; I'm so sorry. It's all my fault; it's mama's fault for not noticing baby. I'm so sorry."
Clearly affected by his mother's tears, Haru began to cry too, wailing into your arms as Bakugo stood in front of you both.
Bakugo-
Suddenly remembering the person who was holding your son in the first place, you whipped your head up, making direct eye contact with Bakugo. You felt mixed emotions bubbling inside of you. Should you be happy? Angry? He did find Haru and brought him back to you, but all your efforts to separate your family from him-
"Thank you, but we have to go." You didn't waste any time gathering yourself and quickly began the walk home. Quiet footsteps from behind followed your fast pace, but it didn't stop you; ignoring the father of your child, you continued on. Finally arriving at your apartment complex, you stopped right in front of the stairs leading to your floor. Turning carefully with Haru now fast asleep in your arms, you faced him once again.
He said nothing as you glared at him. With a calm face, he reached into the back pocket of his jeans and pulled out a folded photo holding it out to you. With a shaky hand, you took the photo from him, opening it, and to your surprise, it was one of the photos your mom took of you and Haru on Haru's second birthday. In the photo, you both had wide smiles, Haru's cheeks smeared with cake while you had some on your nose. "Why do you have this?" You felt embarrassed. Embarrassed to have kept the father of your child away, to have him miss the important milestones and memories.
He smiled, and when he did, it seemed like you were looking at a completely different person. Not only did he look older and more mature, but he felt like it. "I'm his dad; your mother wanted me to know about him, even if it was only through pictures."
Those first three words were enough to have you bawling. They made you feel worse, and they broke you down. Not only that, but your crying made Haru jump awake, and he wrapped his arms around you in a hug. "Mama! Don't cry; it's okay! I'm back because daddy helped me."
Bakugo's laughs sounded like heaven, and for once, you got to see him genuinely smile.
Using your free hand to wipe your tears away with your sleeve, you forced yourself to calm down. He changed. He's grown. Surely he's here to stay? Here to fix everything between you two and ready to be family, ready to be a father to Haru...right? Your thoughts were jumbled all together; you couldn't help but see all the negatives, all of the terrible reasons why Bakugo would show up only now after all these years.
Money? Blackmail? Maybe to take Haru away?
Your insides felt like they were burning up, and your heart was tight, like someone was squeezing it. You didn't want to believe that there was a chance to fix what you had done; after all, you were the one who left him in the first place.
And you knew deeply that even if you accepted him back, even if he became a real father to Haru, and even if he had changed and came back to truly love you, you would never let go of the fact that you left him behind and ran away with his child.
"Get out."
Immediately Bakugo's smile dropped, a shocked expression replacing it. "What?" His voice was soft and quiet now, genuine confusion and sadness showing on his beautiful face. It hurt seeing it, it hurt that you were pushing him away, but you continued.
"I said, get out; you're not welcome here. I left for a reason! Get out!" Your voice was growing louder now, and your arms tightened around a scared Haru.
"Y/n? I'm his father! I changed baby please, please believe me. I came back for you! For Haru! He's my son, and I want to be here! Because I love you, and I love Haru... I love you." Bakugo's pleads stung hard. God, it burned, feeling his genuine love radiate off of him, seeing his face in pain. Pain that you were causing but couldn't stop because of your own selfishness.
"Bakugo..."
He looked up with hope, hoping that this was the moment. The moment where you would take him back, where you would forgive and forget, where you both could reconnect and become a true and complete family. Where you both could reconnect and love Haru together. He had dreamed of this moment. Staying up countless nights thinking about all the things he could've done differently and thinking about the moment when you accepted him for the improved person he had worked so hard to become. Thinking about how you would be so happy, happy to see how much he had changed, how much he had matured, and happy to see how ready he was to fulfill his responsibility of being a dad.
A dad.
"You're not his fucking father, and you will never ever be his father, nor will you ever be a part of his life."
"I hate you."
.
.
.
That day you left. Again. Left behind a changed man without seeing his reaction, his face, and packed everything in your apartment once more. Locking your feelings away and running away from everything again. But this time, you didn't tell anyone; you simply disappeared with Haru. The both of you leaving behind a peaceful life you once knew and leaving behind a beautiful future that could've been yours.
Bad habits really are hard to break, huh?

Bakugo Angst part 2:
Katsuki’s reaction to you leaving<3
He found the note.
The second he stepped up to the door he had a feeling of dread build up inside of him. Unlocking the door he hesitantly stepped through only to freeze. The photos and decorations that used to line the walls by the entrance were gone. The pile of shoes that he always complained about whenever they blocked the door were gone. From the doorway he could see through the open door to your room where everything was bare, where everything was gone.
Panic. In that moment all he felt was panic. It had only been three days since last saw you, three days since he’s routine bickering and fighting, and three days since once again he found himself leaving you for another time. What did he say this time? What pushed it too far? Did he say something wrong? What could be have possibl-
Then he saw it. The note on the kitchen counter.
He practically ran to it, stumbling over himself to grab the tiniest piece of paper. With shaky hands he unfolded the note, hoping that it would give him a clue to a location or a hint on your well being-
𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘰𝘺.
It was as if he was frozen in time, his eyes reading the same three words over and over in disbelief. A boy? Was it true? The pain was hot, it was blinding and it crushed his heart that in a moment of shame and rage he spit out the most hurtful thing he thought of in the moment and left.
You would be a great mother, the greatest. He never thought that he would ever be a dad but regardless you would’ve been a great mother. You are a great one. And of course he thought about it before- having kids with you, and in his mind he had the perfect family.
He collapsed to his knees clutching the paper to his chest, his brows furrowed in pain at the image of his chance of a family, his chance of being with you again gone. With a heaving chest he sat up against the counter and pulled out his phone, desperate to hear your voice again except it went straight to voicemail.
“Please y/n i’m-“ He felt like he was choking.
“I’m sorry. Shit y/n I didn’t mean it! I was being stupid, you know I never mean anything I say so 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 answer me.” He knew it was useless, to beg after leaving again. But he couldn’t help but worry, because you were always waiting for him; because he would always come back to find you safe and sound in the same apartment after every fight.
Sniffling into the phone he forced out a slow sigh and sat in silence for a bit before letting out a sad laugh.
“I’m a dad…”

Angst drabble:
You and Bakugo have been on and off for over two years now, mostly because he calls it quits after every argument and you’re the idiot waiting for him to come around every time.
Not this time.
This time he pushed you too far. Once again he was in your room, your apartment, yelling and arguing over something small. Except this “small” thing was the stack of printed photos you had in your hands. “Who is she?” You kept repeating yourself because he refused to give you a straight answer. Your eyes burning with tears and the photos in your hand feeling like fire.
“You keep me on a leash! I’m always the one waiting for you with open arms! W-what…do you think I can keep doing this forever Bakugo?” The tears felt like waterfalls and stung as you watched the blonde across from you fidget in embarrassment.
He opened and closed his mouth trying to form some sort of excuse for being caught with another woman. While you both were on and off, he knew it was only because he was selfish, because he was a dick and needed space before exploding. He never wanted to hurt you yet he couldn’t stop himself from making terrible decisions such as randomly hooking up with some female hero from the agency. He didn’t even know her name, only that her hair and eyes were the same color as yours.
“If i’m such a bad guy hit me! Kick me! Throw me out! Do something damn it! Stop standing there like you’re so perfect!” He screamed back, fearing that you could hear the loud pounding in his chest from across the room.
His word’s didn’t t make sense, they only made you confused and angry. You could handle the breaks and the fights, the waiting, but another woman? That was the last straw, that’s where you drew the line. While your heart bleed and your stomach cramped you threw the photos at him and ran to the closet, grabbing his clothes and belongings in such a rushed manner you just threw them in a random bag. “Get out.”
Your words froze him in place. “What?”
“Get out! Leave! This is it, this is where we end.” You felt like throwing up, the pounding of your heart was echoing in your head now and your stomach cramped painfully now like a signal.
“No more Bakugo. I can’t do this anymore.” Your cries were louder now and even he flinched at your tone. The sound pierced his heart, it was so painful he wanted nothing more than to leave and come back the next day where you both pretended nothing was wrong. To continue this cycle you two have been stuck on these past years. Yet his ego and the shame of being caught bubbled up inside of him and took control. He grabbed his bags, swinging them over his shoulders and headed towards the front door.
You followed him to the door, watching as he gripped the door handle and slowly opened it. You found yourself holding your breathe as he walked through.
He paused midway and turned to you with the most disgusted face. “Thank god we never had a kid.” And with that he left, leaving you standing at the open doorway as you held your stomach that cramped even more now.
That night you left the apartment he always came back to. That night you took everything you owned except for a note on the kitchen counter where you knew Bakugo would find it.

Imagining Denki inviting you over to his house for the first time, you’re both sitting on the floor in his room watching a romantic movie when he gently grabs your hands, faces you and gives you the most softest butterfly kiss you’ve ever had 🥺
