spaced repetition is ur friend aka start early!!
for formulas the easiest way to remember them is to use them. so do lots of practice questions
for quotes/definitions/case studies write them out on paper, record urself reading ur notes out loud, then listen to the recording while reading along. i used to do this on the way to school

Hello everyone! I'm new to studyblr but i'm so exited to be here
My name is Nor, i'm a sophomore student ( 1 ere année tronc commun scientifique international au maroc) and i can speak Arabic, French and English also i'm an artist and my goal is to be a top student and study abroad 📚
My story:
i just took a gap year for mental health and to take care of myself cause i've always been the burnout student, the gifted child who turned out to be a disappointment, grown ups always put high expectations of me since i preformed well at school and was interested in reading books in such a young age but i suffered from multiple mental disorders that disabled me from continuing my studies but i got help and now i feel so exited for a brand new school year
