The screen time was a problem during this whole year. I didn't even try this month. I felt so anxious and I just wanted to do something that helped me to forget everything I was going through.
Crazy month at school. I am glad we are almost done with this school year. No time for posts.
As for the sections, I was pretty consistent with the health and femininity ones. I have a lot of work to do with the others. No books (but progress was made), not many rituals, no exploration, no socialization. Yeah. Lots to do.

It was a challenging month. I was super anxious and I still am. I didn't do half of the things I wanted to do and that makes me uncomfortable.
November just started but I still feel the same. It's hard to focus on what I need/want. I have no energy right now.
I will keep trying, cause I owe this to myself.

SEPTEMBER RECAP
I am very very happy! Busy month, but overall September was nice to me. And the Gods know I needed it.
Of course I had a few problems, but nothing is ever perfect, right?

The screen time is a problem for me; in the morning not so much, but before bed.... that's when I mess up.
I didn't buy my new glasses yet, but I will next month. Since April I know I need to see a doctor in October to check if everything is okay, so I am gonna make appointments to the same place and day, in order to save money.
Be seen was a major goal, but I didn't do anything to accomplish it. Very disappointed.
As for my Art History page, here it is: analisesculturais. No posts yet, but coming soon.
SECTIONS
I am happy with my healthy section, cause I finally started the gym. But you guys know how hard it is in the first week, so during the first days I decided to have more time to rest. In the last week of the month I was able to go there 3 times and workout at home once. I saw a dietitian and now I am eating better. I am very, very proud of myself.
As I said, I worked a bit on my instagram page, but I also took a bit of time to keep working on my project. I know I can't apply right now, but I won't give this up.
I didn't plan anything for my vacations. Sad.
I was way better this month than I was in August when it comes to my productivity section. I need to pay attention to my habit tracker and meal planner, though.
I need to work more on my glow up section. The self care activities were partially done, but I can do more, so that's what I am going to focus on.
The witch in me is happy, cause I was able to follow my devotional routine for most days. I also celebrated Mabon, in a very simple way, but I did it.
As I said before, be seen was a major goal and I didn't move a finger to accomplish it. Work to do.
I also didn't have much time for hobbies, which is very very sad. I mean I had time, but I decided to stay in bed and do nothing. More work to do.
I finished Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Great book.
IELTS prep was done. I didn't want to, for most part, but I did it anyways.

DEVOTIONAL ROUTINE: Week One
My first week following the routine was good. No big rituals, no hours of study, just kept everything simple.
I'm having problems to keep myself organized and feel productive, but I was able to stick to the plan the whole time since I've started. And I am very happy about it.
One thing I wish to implement for the next few days is meditation. I was doing it quite often, but I stopped and now I find very difficult to keep this habit for long. I feel so stressed, anxious and angry all the time. Life is tough... I need to relax a bit and focus on what matters and I know this practice will help, so I must try.
What I did last week
Wrote down the dreams I had first thing in the morning
Said my affirmations
Listened to podcasts about Freya, Hekate and Apollon during the week
Had a purification and beauty herbal bath
Before bed I said my prayers.
The idea is to build consistency, so for this new week I still need to keep it simple since life is crazy right now, but as time goes by, I am sure I will improve in my craft - that's my final goal.

SUNDAY RESET (03/09/23)
I feel so sad today. All I want to do is to stay in bed and forget about my life completely. 
I opened my planner few minutes ago and one of the things I added there for today was to write a bit on my journal. So here I am, making a post about journaling and my bad state of mind :D

August was such a difficult month for me. I guess Venus retrograde had a major influence in it since I am a leo rising. 
Anyways, I need to be ready. I have no other choice but to show up for myself. Tomorrow I have to work and start my week like everybody else does. 
It will get better. 
And I actually did a few things today and still have time to get some stuff done. I wasn’t a total failure. Yay!

DEVOTIONAL ROUTINE: A PLAN
The past few weeks were challenging for me. For most part, I felt really bad. I had reasons to celebrate but still... I feel like I am losing focus and have no energy to persevere. That is why I am going to create a devotional routine, so I can focus on this area of my life. With witchcraft I can shift and transform what I have now, so I am going to make myself believe in me again with the craft.
These are the things I am planning to do:
Right after waking up: write my dreams (if I remember any) and say my affirmations.
When I have time, during the week, I can study about witchcraft/paganism/the occult in general
Before bed: say my prayers and journal
Rituals: at least 2/week
What I need before starting:
Create a witchy schedule
Have my journal and lists of affirmations and prayers next to my bed
Plan my rituals (script every step and ingredient I need at least a day before)

It could’ve been better. I lacked consistency by the end of the month. I started so well :( 
I am very disappointed. I won’t be able to apply my project this semester, cause the university closest to me will only accept applications of projects focused on brazilian or ethnicity related history. I am very very sad.  
When I got the news... broke my heart. But that’s life. 
I will have to wait a little bit more, but I know I will be okay.

JULY RECAP
It was a good month. I’ve done a lot of things and I am proud of that.
I had two weeks break from school and I really needed some time for myself away from work. I was able to start working on my project and hopefully I will be able to apply it soon (I am not done yet, but I am almost there).
As for the sections, I did well for most part. I still need to put more effort in some, like socialization and exporation. I need more time to relax, the Gods know I am craving it. 
Overall, I am happy with July. August will be better, I feel it!

DIVING DEEP INTO THE UNKOWN: DREAMS - MY EXPERIENCE
This happened a few weeks ago and I haven’t had any other lucid dream in the mean time. But that night was amazing, cause I - finally - was able to recognize I was dreaming while I was dreaming. I knew right away cause I was flying and then I realized I could go anywhere I wanted and I did. YAY!
The moment I realized I was conscious was amazing, even though I couldn’t manage to maintain that state for long. Maybe next time I will succed to ask my questions and have some answers.

MAY RECAP (MAJOR AND ALL YEAR TASKS)
Failed to achieve many goals. Surviving mode again, but slowly I am getting back on track.
I am usually up by 5 am, but I still have a hard time to keep my phone away. I was able to prepare for IELTS for a few hours this month. As for my article, still haven’t found a journal to publish it for free (that’s what I am looking for).
Healthy lifestyle was so hard to maintain. I struggled a lot with my diet and workout, but by the end of the month I managed to focus on it. 
Art history section was almost done completely. I am studying currently this book and I am loving it. I am planning to create some posts with some notes I am making while I am reading it. I also created a study schedule so I can learn more and use all the things I have now on the Art page I am working on. 
I was not as productive as I wanted, but when it comes to cleaning I did well.
Elegance area was also partially done. I can do better than this. I am sure of that.
The witch in me needs help.
I went out with an old friend this month and it was nice. Need to do more of that
Took some time for myself, but not as much as I wanted to be honest 
No books finished this month.
