okayy, new diet cuz we're all going to lose that weight!!!!

exercise DAILY (stretching doesn't count as workout)
stretch in the morning and evening
run, ride a bike, walk and make it fun obvi
2-3 litres a water everyday
do not eat after 6 or 7 pm (depends on u)
make sure ur eating breakfast 12 hours after dinner
u can be under the cal limit not over though

I did a 24 hour fast today! But, I kind of binged after. I ended up eating 881 Calories but I burned 523 Calories meaning my net is 358 Calories.

UPDATE + WIEIAD 22/05/2024
Okay, so, I haven’t been updating for a while because I’ve been on a bit of a binging spree :( I’ve had no control over myself and didn’t want to share that as I’m a bit ashamed. I only ate Dinner today, but I might have a snack later on in the evening.
Dinner - Gerkins, Mini Tortilla, chicken slices, and mustard - 153 Cals
I’ve burned 259 Calories with workouts today, so, my net is -106 Calories. I’m going to continue following the Draculaura Diet this week. I need to loose as much as possible as I’m on holiday next week!

17.05.2023 Food Diary
I kinda binged today, idk, I was supposed to be fasting but then my mum made me eat breakfast and it kinda all went down hill, I just couldn’t stop snacking. In total I ate 747 Calories, I went on a walk and burned 163 Calories meaning my net is 584 Calories.
Breakfast - cheerio’s, milk, berries - 188 Cals
Lunch - some bread roll - 34 Cals
Dinner - roast dinner - 287 Cals
Snacks - cookie, Diet Coke, croissant - 238 Cals

Okay, so, today I’ve eaten 392 Calories and have only burned 71 Calories. This means my Net is 321 Calories. I’m supposed to eat 380 Calories or under today meaning I’m staying on the diet.
Breakfast - Cheerio’s, berries and milk - 177 Cals
Lunch - skipped
Dinner - Chicken, Rice, Veg and, teriyaki - 181 Cals
Snacks - Some caramel candies, Diet Coke - 24 Cals

Okay, so today I’ve eaten 534 Calories and burned 337 Calories which means that my net is 197 Calories. Im following the monster high diet that I posted earlier, I’m supposed to eat 450 Calories but I’m hoping that if my net stays under that than I’m still complying within the diet.
Breakfast - fairy cake (shouldn’t have eaten) - 143 Cal
Lunch - little things my friends gave me - 83 Cals
Dinner - Quesadilla - 144 Cals
Snack - High-Protein choc pudding - 162 Cals
Drinks - Diet Coke (400ml) - 2 Cals

I need to be skinny, I need to be able to wear whatever I want: crop tops, low rise shorts and jeans, sleeveless tops where fat doesn’t bulge out of the sleeves. I need to feel skinny so I don’t feel disgusting all day every day.
