I can't explain it but the Black Widow Movie feels like a 3rd movie of a non-existing trilogy

unpopular opinion?
I want to see coldhearted!assassin!natasha.
"I love natasha because she's actually so sweet" cool. same but I also love her bcause she (comic!natasha) can be an aboslute psychopath
I wanna see why SHIELD wanted to kill her.
I want to see why natasha is known as the deadly assasin. dealdy kgb agent.
(Imagine this: natasha brutally murdering rapists and abusers. would have ate as a movie, don't you think?
Also, her entire arc is about her wanting to redeem herself from her horrible past and yet we know little about her horrible past / her horrible actions.)
You cannot tell me this natasha wouldn't have been amazing
(Her in Welcome to the Game & No Restraint Play >>>>>>>>)

Yes!!! I 10000% agree
However, they have already erased her backstory and personality (and relationships) to fit the MCU.
In White Widow #1 Yelena says she was taken as a baby and that she lost her family. (Even through comic!Yelena became a widow at 15 and she still has a family)
Also, this entire panel SCREAMS MCU!Yelena
Yelena is suddenly involved with the Hawkeyes, even through she met Kate once (an that was 2 years ago). Also she doesn't like Clint.
I am sorry but what is this????
(And why is she making that face?)
Anyways, here are some of Yelena's real outfits!

I hate how romanticized the Red Room & Hydra are within the Marvel Fandom
The Red Room is a literal human / child tr4fficking organization which turns little girls into soldiers against their will!! They literally mind controlled the Widows and removed their reproductive organs against their will!!
Hydra is a literal n4zi organization!! Do I really need to say more? And don't try to deny it!
Every second Marvel fanfic writer: I'm gonna ignore everything the Black Widow Movie / CATWS / CATFA stand for and make my OC a Widow / Hydra agent -- for the ✨trauma✨
Like, just create your own (non-traumatizing / non-n4zi) organization! It's not that hard!

Does this count as a confirmation? I mean, the writer only used the English spelling.
Whenever I see those "Princess/Royalty!Natasha Au" I giggle because of implication that Natasha might be a descendant of House Romanov
Like, she probably is Russian royalty.

Whoever designed that fighting suit, do you know that Natasha is a SUPER SPY?!? She works in the shadows!! Why does her suit have fucking lights!?
That basically goes against the premise of her character.

imo, the biggest changes between the comics and the Black Widow Movie (talking about characters)
(Dreykov dowsn't stand a chance against the headmistress.)
(I already talked about how they should've used Anya)

Exactly! Natasha's life is directly linked to the Soviet Union (Like it or not) and erasing that connection was incredibily stupid (and damaging for her character.)
Natasha should've been a super soldier and should've been born in 1928.
She's a cold war legend and fought in WW2, which is a really important event for her.
(*cough* Nikolai & Rose *cough*)
She was used for propaganda reasons, especially during the cold war, and the mcu was like: no.
Her being born in 1984 takes away a lot from her character (and created a plothole).

If I see one more person saying that Natasha married Spider-Man in the comics and ate him, I'm gonna go insane
THAT IS NOT CANON!! LEAVE MY GIRL ALONE!!

Natasha went from being one in 28 Black Widows to the last remaining Widow :(

she would've been the perfect Black Widow villain (for the movie)
you're telling me, you're making a Natasha movie without including her biggest hater?
