If there was one thing you loved about Beidou, it was her motherly qualities. She always had this aura that made you feel like you could tell her anything. The two of you were practically parents to Kazuha.

You were sitting on one of the Crux’s towers, crying alone. In fact, it was sunset, the crew was currently having dinner downstairs.

“Hold on, where’s Y/N?” Beidou asked as she held bottles of wine for the crew. “I haven’t seen them all day.” One of the crew replied. Beidou grew slightly worried. Kazuha was really the only one who had a clue as to where you went, after all, he is a very observant young man.

“I believe they went to sit up on the tower.” Kazuha told his mother figure. Beidou thanked the younger male and went upstairs. “Y/N! Dinner’s ready!” She yelled loud enough for you to hear from the tower. It was quiet, and she heard your sobs. She hadn’t heard them all day because of the whole crew hanging out on the deck all day.

She climbed up to the tower herself to see you. “Y/N? What’s wrong?” She asked softly as she placed a hand on your back. This was kind of unlike her. Sure she was motherly, but she usually had much more energy. “It’s nothing.” You replied wiping your tears. “Come on, Y/N, you can tell me.” She said with a concerned look in her eyes. You turned towards her and broke. You couldn’t hide it anymore. You were scared. She took you into her arms. She didn’t understand without you telling her because she wasn’t as observant as your son figure was, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t care. “I really don’t know why, but I’ve been really scared recently.” You said, as you cried.

She kissed your forehead. “That’s alright, it’s ok to feel scared.” She said. “Even I get scared sometimes, but it always ends up fine!” She picked up your chin to face her. “I’ll protect you, you’re safe with me, so don’t worry.” She’d say with a big smile. Her protectiveness and selflessness was always a great quality. “I promise!” She said excitedly as she kissed your nose.

“Come on, let’s go have dinner before it gets cold.” She said, holding her hand out for you to grab.

I’m sorry this is so awful, writing for Beidou was a step out of my comfort zone because I’ve never written for her and I didn’t know where to start because I don’t really know her personally as well as other characters.

Y/N and Xiao had recently moved into an apartment together after they had finished college. Y/N had invited their best friend and former roommate, Hu Tao over.

Xiao didn’t really want to have Hu Tao over, he just wanted to chill with his beloved Y/N. Y/N assured their boyfriend that it would be fine, and that Hu Tao wouldn’t stay long.

They rushed over to open the door after they heard their doorbell ring. “Hey, Hu Tao!” Y/N said excitedly as Hu Tao hugged them. “Hi Y/N! It’s been a while!” Hu Tao said excitedly as she rushed into the apartment. Y/N giggled as they closed the door.

“How has your boyfriend been? Where is he?” She asked as she made herself comfortable on the couch. “He’s doing well, he’s hiding in our bedroom with our cat, I’m sorry he doesn’t want to see you, he’s such a grump when it comes to anyone other than me.” Y/N replied. “Ahhh, just like usual!” She said with a laugh.

Hu Tao got excited when she heard about the cat. “Wow you have a cat! What’s it like what’s it like?” She shouted in their face. “She’s the sweetest little thing. Her name is Mei and she’s such a daddy’s girl.” Y/N replied. “Awww how cute! You already have a little family!” She fangirled at the thought of her friend and Xiao with their own little cat baby.

“She’s really shy around new people, and prefers to be away from crowds just like her daddy!” Y/N said excitedly. “She really is just like him!” Hu Tao said, falling into a fit of laughter.

Y/N and Hu Tao talked for a while until Xiao came out to feed Mei. Mei jumped into Y/N’s lap and nudged them. “Awww Mei Mei, hi baby!” Y/N said, hugging their little baby. “Awww how cute!” Hu Tao said, trying not to explode of adoration for the kitten. Xiao filled up Mei’s food bowl. “Mei, come eat!” Xiao said from across the apartment. Mei jumped down and ran to her bowl to eat.

As Xiao walked away from the kitchen, Hu Tao got up and threw her arms around Xiao. “Hey Xiao!” Hu Tao yelled. Y/N didn’t mind because they knew that Hu Tao was just a social and affectionate person. Xiao stopped in his tracks. “What do you want?” He asked the girl. “Awww come on! lighten up Xiao, why are you so grumpy all the time?” Hu Tao asked as she let the male go as he sat next to Y/N on the couch.

Hu Tao ran over to the couch and sat on the other side of her friend. Y/N grabbed Xiao’s hand as his eyes started to close. Y/N kissed their boyfriend’s forehead as he started drifting asleep on their shoulder. “He must be really tired, he never usually falls asleep on me like this in front of others, but I guess he has been really busy lately.” They said. Hu Tao couldn’t help but laugh.

Y/N and Hu Tao talked for a while longer until Xiao woke up on Y/N’s shoulder. Y/N didn’t notice their boyfriend had woken up as they kept rubbing their thumb on Xiao’s knuckles. Y/N looked back at Xiao as he closed his eyes quickly to act like he was still asleep.

“Hey, Hu Tao, I’m gonna marry him someday.” Y/N said with a lovestruck look on their face. “Oh I know!” Hu Tao responded, calmly for once in her life. “Because I’ll be right there when it happens!” She said softly with a giggle.

At that moment, it took all of Xiao’s strength not to start crying and make it obvious that he was awake. Y/N made him feel so loved and he didn’t think he really deserved it.

“I should get going now, it’s getting late!” Hu Tao said as she stood up. “It was nice seeing you again!” Y/N replied as they rested their head on top of Xiao’s. “Yeah! See you at the wedding!” Hu Tao said jokingly as the two friends shared a giggle.

As Hu Tao left, Mei, jumped onto the couple’s lap. After a while, Y/N fell asleep. After Xiao was sure Y/N was asleep, Xiao placed a kiss on their forehead and measured for Y/N’s ring size before he looked at engagement rings on his phone and went back to sleep on Y/N’s shoulder.

Y/N smiled as they dropped a penny down the wishing well. They were currently hanging out at a boardwalk with their best friends (and crush), Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke. Y/N was peacefully staring at their crush, Tanjiro as the penny fell. “Y/N! What did you wish for!?” Nezuko asked excitedly, eager to find out what Y/N had wished for. “Sorry, I can’t tell you, or else it won’t come true!” Y/N giggled slightly. “Awwww! Come on Y/N!” Nezuko gently and playfully nudged Y/N’s elbow. Tanjiro watched as Zenitsu and Inosuke argued, and didn’t want to deal with them, so he walked over towards his friend and his sister. Y/N blushed slightly. Nezuko realized Y/N’s blush and immediately knew what Y/N wished for, after all she was the only one who knew about Y/N’s crush on Tanjiro.

I’d trade my soul for a wish, pennies and dimes for a kiss, I wasn’t looking for this, but now your in my way!

Y/N looked back at their other friends, Zenitsu and Inosuke. “Their fighting again huh? They are such a pain sometimes.” Y/N commented as the Kamado siblings shared a giggle. Y/N thought Tanjiro’s laugh was so angelic. They really did love him a lot. They would trade literally anything for Tanjiro to reciprocate their feelings, but they were to afraid to say anything and doubted that Tanjiro would return their feelings. “NEZUKO~CHANNNNNN! LOOK WHAT I GOT!!” Zenitsu shouted as he held up a huge plush that he won from a silly little boardwalk game. “Oh my god he’s so stupid!” Nezuko said as she ran off into Zenitsu’s direction. She always acted like Zenitsu annoyed her, but it was obvious she had the biggest crush on him.

Now that Nezuko had run off, it was just Y/N and Tanjiro. Tanjiro looked at Y/N with a gentle gaze. It was hot outside that night, even as the wind blew. Y/N was wearing a T-Shirt and ripped jeans with sneakers, and they realized they made a mistake wearing long pants that made it feel like they were on fire. “Damn, it’s hot out here tonight.” Y/N spoke. “Yeah, well it is a Summer night July.” Tanjiro said as he smiled. “Why don’t we go take a walk by the ocean?” He asked. “Yeah! Let’s go!” Y/N followed after their best friend towards the beach.

2 Years Ago

Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy, but here’s my number, so call be maybe! It’s hard to look right at you baby, but here’s my number, so call me maybe!

Y/N walked down to the beach from the boardwalk. They had come down there because they weren’t a fan of the crowd, and they were basically 3rd wheeling for their friend and their partner anyway. They realized a male around their age standing their staring at the ocean as the wind blew. The boy had auburn colored hair. He heard footsteps and turned to see a person, that was Y/N. “Hi?” Y/N hesitated, feeling a bit nervous meeting someone new. “Hi! It’s nice to meet you!” The boy said with a smile. Y/N thought to themselves about how polite the boy standing in front of them was. “Nice to meet you too.” Y/N said, not really knowing how to respond. “My name is Kamado Tanjiro! Yours?” He said sweetly. “L/N Y/N!” They stated. “That’s a nice name!” The male said. “Thanks. What are you doing down here?” Y/N asked. “Just staring at the ocean, my friends and sister are being a handful, so I came down here. How about you?” Tanjiro asked. “I’m here 3rd wheeling for my friends, so I just left them to do their own thing without me watching. There’s something awkward about 3rd wheeling for your friend when your single.” They said as they turned towards the ocean. The two talked for a while until Tanjiro’s sister and friends came running over. “Tanjiro! We were looking everywhere for you!” The younger girl shouted. “Sorry Nezuko.” He said as he pat his sister on the head. “I have to go, why don’t we exchange numbers?” Tanjiro offered. It felt weird to Y/N that they had exchanged numbers with someone they just met, but at the same time it felt to natural. “Sure!” They agreed.

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Y/N heard a scream and instantly there was a yellow-haired male in front of them. “TANJIRO YOU RAN AWAY TO TALK TO A PRETTY PERSON?! HOW DARE YOU!!!” He screamed at the auburn haired male. Nezuko was secretly jealous if Y/N. “YOU’RE STUNNING, PLEASE MARRY ME!!!” The male yelled. “HEY LETS FIGHT!” Y/N looked to see a male with long hair and green eyes and a bucket hat with boars on it. “Guys, stop!” Tanjiro said, as he pushed his friends off of them. “Sorry about that!” Tanjiro apologized, as he introduced his friends and sister. “We should go now, bye, call me maybe?” Tanjiro asked kindly as he walked off with his friends and sister. “Sure!” Y/N replied happily.

3 days later

You took your time with the call, I took no time with the fall, you gave me nothing at all, but still you’re in my way. I beg and borrow and steal, at first sight and it’s real, I didn’t know I would feel it but it’s in my way!

Y/N heard their phone ringing. They picked it up and realized it was Tanjiro. By the time they had gotten home from the boardwalk a few nights ago, they realized they had a crush on Tanjiro. In fact, they had been in love with him at first sight. “Hey, L/N! How are you?” Tanjiro asked. “I’m good, you?” “I’m great.” After talking for about 10 minutes, Tanjiro invited Y/N to hang out with him and his friends and sister at a park on Friday. Of course, they accepted, because of course they would want any chance to get to know Tanjiro better!

Back to present

Your stare was holding, ripped jeans skin was showing. Where’d you think your going baby?

Y/N and Tanjiro walked across the beach. Y/N was wearing the same outfit they wore 2 years ago when they had met Tanjiro. “I can’t believe it. We’ve been friends for 2 years now, Y/N~San!” Tanjiro said, happily. “Yeah, all the time went by so quickly!” Y/N replied. Y/N and Tanjiro walked in a comfortable silence, remembering this spot. “This place is exactly the same as it was 2 years ago!” Tanjiro said. “Yeah! Woah!” Y/N replied as they tripped and fell into the ocean. “Y/N!” Tanjiro shouted, until he heard Y/N laughing.

Y/N and Tanjiro splashed each other, and just messed around for a while. After messing around they stood up and ran along the shore together. The two remembered their first meeting as they messed around for even longer.

They didn’t understand how they ever lived without Tanjiro or their other friends. “Same here, Y/N!” Tanjiro said, with a smile. The pair was hugging each other as they tried to catch their breath from all the running and splashing.

Then, the pair’s lips touched. They had kissed. It felt like heaven on earth to the pair.

“Y/N~SAN!!!” Nezuko shouted as her crush and friend followed after her. Y/N and Tanjiro pulled away from their kiss. “Wow! You finally got with him! Congratulations!” Nezuko said kindly to her friend. “WAAAAAHHHHH! HOW DID TANJIRO GET A PARTNER BEFORE I DID?!” Zenitsu cried on Inosuke’s shoulder. Inosuke tried to push Zenitsu off, but Zenitsu was clinging to hard. “HEY NEZUKO~CHAN LET’S GET MARRIED!” Zenitsu shouted. Nezuko started running. “HELL NO!” “BUT WHY?!??” “LET’S FIGHT!” Y/N and Tanjiro looked back at each other as their friends chased after each other. “I love you.” Tanjiro said softly with a love struck expression. “I love you too, I don’t understand how I ever lived without you.” Y/N said. The couple kissed again with nothing but love and happiness.

She’d probably buy you stickers to put on your skateboard

She’d love to try it one day if you let her

I feel like she’d actually be pretty good at it bc she alr has good balance bc of her wind gliding skills

Sometimes she worries about you getting hurt, but she knows you can handle yourself

If you did get hurt though, she’d be so worried

Would probably scold you for doing reckless tricks and hurting yourself, but she couldn’t stay mad bc she loves you too much!

Albedo

He would think it’s really cool that you know how to skateboard!

He would definitely sketch you on your skateboard

If you let him, he’d probably even paint on your skateboard

I don’t think he’d be interested in trying it himself, but that’s ok!

I feel like you would go on dates in the park where you skateboard while he watches and takes care of Klee from a park bench

Klee would beg you and Albedo to let her try, but Albedo didn’t want her to fall and get hurt

Barbara

Very supportive

She wouldn’t be interested in trying it herself, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy watching

Similar to Albedo, she’d love going on dates in the dark where you skate and she watches

She worries about you getting hurt sometimes

But if you do get hurt, don’t worry!

If you get hurt she’s right there in the blink of an eye

Luckily she can heal you

Like Amber, she may scold you a bit, but only bc she cares

Mona

She would act like she didn’t care much, but she thinks it’s pretty cool

She wouldn’t want to try it

I feel like you and Fischl would go skateboarding sometimes and Mona would secretly be jealous

You skate while she stares up at the sky

It’s a great way for the two of you to bond and it allows both of you to do what you like

If you start to fall, she’ll teleport you back safely onto your skateboard

He’d definitely love to try, but hold his hand if you don’t want him to fall

He’d definitely love going on dates where you try to teach him how to skate

These dates usually end with you taking him to get healed by Barbara

He loves just watching you cruise around, but he’d find your hobby even cooler if you could do cool tricks

Please don’t let him try doing tricks he will break a bone or two

He worries about you getting hurt

If you fall he’ll blame it on his bad luck

He loves to cuddle you after these kinds of dates

I feel like he’d steal your skateboard sometimes and sneak away with it

Get him a drink and he’ll replace the broken skateboard

If you fell, he’d be laughing his ass off
