the happiness journal

today I want to be grateful about the simple things I have that are not normal for everyone. I'm grateful that I have a warm home, a job and that I'm fit and healthy.

the best part of today was an awesome yoga session with the great austin ince @samsarayoga in Southfields/London. A great vinyasa class to end the week and start into a new week. austin is once of my favourite yoga teachers.

Even though I needed to work today it helped me to stay focused and relaxed.

A day off. I'm happy about a day off! I went to the gym and had a nice yoga session and feel very good.

I started into the year with a Hot Yoga Session. It was for free as my Yoga Studio did this for charity so I donated as well. Happy days!

today was a pretty shit day. the only positive moment was when I made a Yoga positive I was never able to do before:

today I had a very good gym session followed by intense 30mins spinning.

Today I'm grateful that I'm healthy and that I can work out in a great gym.

the happiness journal for yesterday

yesterday's main activity was sleep. I slept a lot. Sometimes the body just takes what it needs.

today i was truly happy to text with two of my best friends. As I live far away I'm not able to see them very often so even contact counts.

Also I'm going to meet new people I just met.

So todays happiness goes out to one of the most important things in live: Friendship.

today I went to work with my bicycle as usual, wearing a leather jacket since it was't that cold outside. Shortly before my shift finished we heard that rain was pouring down. The underground wasn't running either. My boss gave me her jacket and her gloves as she got picked up by car. 

So I could cycle home warm and dry.

This really made my day. Sprinkle kindness it's for free.

two months ago

it is exactly two months ago that you broke up with me. I'm still heartbroken but we haven't been in touch or anything. We aren't friends on any social media plattform. I don't know how you are but I hope you are fine. I hope you are happy. I don't hate you, I wish I could. I'm glad you made me the happiest person alive for a short period of my live. I will leave a little part of my heart to keep you there. Hopefully forever. I have good moments where I don't think about you at all, and I have the bad ones where I miss you like hell. I will work that out and I'm going to be fine. I hope I will be able to love again, as much as I fell for you. And I hope I will find someone who loves me more than I've ever know. For your next girl, I hope you can give her everything you gave me plus that feeling of unconditional love. I wish we had been the one for each other. Noah and Allie. I think its funny how someone who is so close to you can be such a stranger. How we cared so much and know don't know what the other one is doing. I know I'm hopeless romantic. And I'm glad I am...
