Images for my website. I needed to show a character from two sides of one of my series, so I chose Marian and Leilani.

This was something I was working on, but I couldn't get it to work, so I gave up. Anyway, this is Marian and Leilani. These are two girls from the same series, Lion Paws, but from different stories within that series. Marian is a pure blood lioness while Leilani is only half. Get father is a lion while get mother is a cougar. That's why Marian is a little bigger even though she is a year younger.

The one on the right should say 2022, but anyway, this is my process for making the pages of the coloring book.

This is, Coyote. She is one of two women in the tribe and the most powerful magic-user in the entire tribe. She was also the last one to join the group and her arrival was somewhat...calamitous. Coyote is in love with Wolf, but he does not feel for her as she does for him. He loves her, but as a dear friend. His desire is for someone else and it is precisely that love that caused the calamity.

This little girl is, Snow Leopard. She's a very sweet lass with a generously empathetic heart. She is closest to Wolf, the tribesman she looks to as a father. He was the one that rescued her when she was alone after the death of her mother. It was a gruesome event. Hunters had cornered the female and slaughtered her on the spot...and Snow Leopard saw it all.

The next of the redone characters is, Fox. Fox is Raccoon's closest friend. They are virtually inseparable. Where you find one, you will almost certainly find the other. I forgot to mention it in Raccoon's post, but Fox's elemental power is the ability to communicate with the wind (Raccoon's power is that of plant understanding). Fox is short-tempered and stubborn. He gets easily frustrated, but often his frustration is with himself.

So, I had decided to go back to my first series, "Hybrid: Gods and Demons", and realized that I never gave it the attention it deserved. So, I went back and began updating the character designs. The first one I worked on was, Raccoon. He is one of the children. He's playful and curious, but also kind and empathetic at times. He and Fox are best friends and were found together when Wolf and the others first discovered them.

Oh! I've been working on a coloring book for my series, "Sweet Shoppe". I wanted to print out a page to make sure the lines were the right weight for coloring, the right size, the lines were clean, etc and this is how it turned out. This is Amber and Malki, two of the kittens from the series. Amber is sweetie pie while Malki strives to be a warrior like his older brother.

This was an ad I put in the convention book for Anthrocon for "The Carpenter And The Nightingale", a romance novel about two families of lions, a dangerous threat, heartache, and healing. Reviews of the book have been positive and people have told of their enjoyment in uncovering the story. You can find it on Amazon for just $3.99.

Mhina-Liana Bravewolf, Night's beloved lioness love, wearing traditional clothing of her ancient people. The sight of his wife looking so exotic made Night get a little hot and bothered, to say the least.

This is Night and Mhina, a husband and wife duo. They love each other dearly and have a dynamic relationship that's devoted, playful, sensual, and heartfelt. They have been together since grade school and know one another better than anyone else. Their romantic escapades are intimate tales of tantalizing wantonness and tender emotion. Their stories make you laugh, cry, and believe in the idea that love conquers all. ❤️

This is Asami, one of the characters from my series, "Aoi: Blue Sun". She is a water spirit and this is the way she looks when she blends in with humans. Basically, this is her false form.

These are older drawings, but this is still pretty much the way that I work. I'm always trying new techniques, but I also think it will always come back to the basics.

In the upcoming anthology, these two characters, Thorn and Sahara, will be featured in two of the stories. These two are best friends with Night and Mhina and they also have the same relationship dynamic; a male wolf married to a lioness. ❤️ These two also have a daughter named, Marian. She's a lioness, just like her mother, but she is also Thorn's baby girl.
